Well I signed with consumer legal group to fix my debt. Because on the phone with them they told me everything I wanted to hear not everything they were really about. They said I wouldn't have to do or even worry about anything it's on all on them now. I just make my payments they will get my payments to the bank and in 3 years debt free and credit back to normal in one year from signing day. I'm thinking this is great. Then I get a call from XXXX which explained how consumer really operates. And they told me how consumer don't make payments to anyone they just hold the money and whelp in my case keep it. Cause I was told by XXXX to request a refund from consumer and by law. So I was gon na take that refund and give it to XXXX to fix my credit. Consumer denied my refund. So XXXX gave me your info to file this. Basically consumer is lying to people. And when they have u sign the agreement they dont give u time to look it over to catch them in all their lies it sign this sign that send it right back ro me ill wait. Is what they say.Can u please help. All I is a refund

I entered into an agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. They went bankrupt in XX/XX/XXXX and my account was transferred ( without my authorization ) to Consumer Legal Group ( CLG ). I have paid over {$32000.00} and nothing has been done to improve my credit. When you call all you get is scripted messages. I have asked to talk to an attorney and have never been connected. This entire thing is scam. Its theft. I want my money back and will do anything I have to do to make that happen. I have already filed complaints with the XXXX, FTC, CFPB, and filed a local police report. Stay away from this company.
