I am a victim of identity theft, fraud,, waste, abuse, scam calls with using threatening language, multIe hacking attacks with my credit cards and my online accounts with the access to my banking and financial institutions, XXXX attacks. I've been trying multiple times to stop it back in XXXX, ( I had perfect credit back in XXXX and earlier, ), .and at the very end of XX/XX/XXXX all my banking accounts were maxed out till to the max limit over requested maximum limits with the total amount around $ XXXX after Every time I was disputing those fraudulent transactions, which were over my credit limits ( and that impacted my always perfect credit score ), money were stolen over and over again and it never ever stopped.and I'm tired fighting with them and I want to stop it now!
Somebody constantly opens credit accounts fraudulently under my name. I was receiving alerts from the different credit bureaus in back in XXXX that someone using my social security number under different names, and I was reporting fraud and disputes to my financial institutions, where my accounts were ripped off till the max limit and over max limits.
Currently, back in XX/XX/XXXX, we were illegally evicted from our XXXX bedroom house, we been living over 6 years and trying to get back into housing, which is extremely hard during Covid-19, especially when all our family documents and equipment in storige.
In XX/XX/XXXX, we relieved IRS alert, we were told by our official tax preparer that my taxes already been filed by someone and that someone receives benefits under my SSN and my identity, my SSI income was cut of 50 %, cause I was told that someone lauding thousands of dollars daily under my SSN and my identity through XXXX and I suggested to contact IRS regarding this issue.
I was suggested to apply to identitytheft. gov. and to inspector General office and local police department as well. Cause these online crimes causing my family and me serious problems and extreme hardship. And this fraud and identity theft keeps going under my accounts, and I reported this to my XXXX fraud department about this issue and now going to report to the office of inspector general that issue regarding my and my husband 's SSNs and our identities fraud.Is someone using my Name and SSN with my XXXX accounts, where all my data and SSI and physical addresses stolen and messed up, so I am literally blackmailed FROM LIFE DURING PANDEMICS.
Every time I try to get a hold of local or federal authorities to report that issue, I turn out to be disconected from internet or someone on the other site like intercepting my phone calls and hangs up on me, let it be SSA officer, whom I've been waiting every time I call there over 2 hours every time I call there, or inspector general office and I never have opotunity to finish that reports to stop that fraud.And this went way too far and very frustrating, especially during pendemics. please, help me to stop this ASAP to help our family get financially stable Thank you.

On XXXX XXXX this terrible horror started started and spanned over the course of 4 weeks. I was spending some time with my family when out of the blue some guy named XXXX XXXX calls me. He claims to be some type of loan officer assistant whatever that is and tells me that my mortgage through XXXX XXXX XXXX is going to be at a interest rate of 1.75 % going forward and I wouldnt have to make a payment for 2 months he also said that I would get back XXXX as some type of refund. What really bothered me is that he promised me I would get a 1.75 % interest rate and then sent me paperwork saying I would only get down to a 3.50 % from a 4 % and have a 30 year loan even though I was told it would be the payments remaining on my loan. After I got the paperwork a man named XXXX XXXX all but forced me to sign the papers claiming that the interest rate effectively was 1.75 % which was a lie. Things get worse from here. Originally I was told there was no cost to do this loan. The first time his company equifund was charging me XXXX for the loan. A week later he tells me that the only lender that will take my loan is some new company and their fee increased to XXXX for the same interest rate. I asked another loan company if there was a reason I could only use one bank and they told me that he did this because they pay him more money than the other guys So he tried to force me to get the loan from them. At this point I told him I was not interested anymore and asked how much money I have to pay to cancel. At first he told me I could not back out because I signed the disclosures and have to go through with the loan. Once I told him that I will not pay a single mortgage payment he said that I can send a cashiers check for XXXX to him as a cancelation fee and they will change my mortgage back to what I had. Turns out after I sent the cashiers check I did some research and found out I could cancel at any time. It was too late by then he already cashed the check. I have tried calling them for the past 3 weeks and they block my number. One time the guy XXXX answered and said he would get me a interest rate of 1 % and then When I said I was not going to take any loan from them he called me a dumba** for not wanting to save money. These guys have made me realize that theres really no good people left. I still have no idea if I have my old mortgage and am scared to make a payment and they wont tell me anything. Can someone explain to me what is going on? I fought in two wars for this country XXXX dont deserve to be treated like this.

A job place that I had applied for checked my background information and this information seems to be be very in accurate it must belong to someone else because I never went to jail in XXXX or XXXX nor did I have a criminal background that early in my life this is a huge error and Im very upset to see this
