Reporting inaccurate and unverified information on my consumer report which is hindering my ability to conduct necessary banking transactions and is causing harm to my reputation as a consumer. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX Pacific Time I called Consumer Corp/XXXX and paid of my balance of {$1800.00} in full. I was informed at that time that a letter would be sent out to all three agencies that the account was closed and that they would also remove the late payments from the account. Today XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my credit report and I saw I am still showing all the late payments. I called XXXX back at XXXX pacific time and they are now telling me they can't remove them. However, they were the ones who said they would. I specifically asked them if they would remove the late payments from my account and they said yes. So this company lied to me.
