On XX/XX/2023 my checking account was brought down to a zero balance without notifying me. It was for {$9.00} and it was removed from a company called Consuegra and Duffy PLLC.
On XX/XX/2023 my savings account was brought down to a zero balance without notifying me. It was for {$470.00} and it was removed from a company called Consuegra and Duffy PLLC.
When I logged into my account t I saw that both accounts were at a zero balance and I panicked so then I called XXXX XXXX immediately. I was told by the banker that I needed to contact the law firm that did this to my account and that was all the assistance that she could offer me. Upon calling the law firm, no one answered so I left a voicemail for a callback. Then I went online to the law firms website and created an online chat. I was told by the law firm that the case number I had from the bank transactions were not recognized by their law firm. They could not find my name, nor my Fathers name, and not even my step momss name associated with any account there yet the chat proceeded to tell me that the account is frozen but they cant tell me why and supposedly none of the three of us on the account were even recognized as owners of the bank accounts. They finished the chat by saying that they would call me back but never did. This has been ridiculously frustrating. And extremely stressful to have absolutely no funds for necessary expenses like paying the bills, buying food, and other necessities etc for our family.

My account was garnished for XXXX dollars. This account is my bills payment account with XXXX bank. I was not informed that my account was frozen by the bank until I tried to use my bank card. When I went to the bank they informed me to contact an attorney. They did not inform me that my account was frozen. The bank did not communicate with me. I was told by XXXX bank in XXXX XXXX, FL that they can not do anything for me. They said that I should hire an attorney. This garnishment by Consuegra & Duffy Law for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX case number XXXX XXXXXXXX due to a loan that I did not procure. Now I have no access to my bills bank account. I am out of XXXX dollars that was in my XXXX account. I have not gotten a letter until XXXX I feel abused this is now an abusive debt collection practice that has contributed to a number of fears about my ability to meet my financial responsibilities, to marital instability, and to invasion of my individual privacy.

In XXXX of XXXX I startes receiving alot of solicitations from people knocking at my door including a salesman selling a XXXX XXXX cleaning I unfortunately took the bait and purchased him telling me if I hhave any issues I can return the vaccuum in less than a month later I attempted to because the vaccumm was not working. I tried no one called me back in regards to my issue.. I made several attempts. Now XXXX XXXX I was giving a summons for court stating these people are attempting to sue me for a faulty product that never worked that no one called me about and Im finding out its not just me several people are going thru the same thing. Faulty product was giving and this company is trying to swindle money from me to pay. Without any form of written communication before today.

Consuegra and Duffy P.L.L.C is in violation of my federally protected consumer rights according to 15 usc 1692e ( 3 ) a debt collector, in collecting a debt, ( Which Consuegra and Duffy P.L.L.C is trying to collect an alleged debt ) may not use any false, deceptive or misleading represent or imply that he or she is an attorney or that communication is from an attorney.
Further, as per judgement made in the case of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act applies to attorneys who " regularly '' engage in consumer- debt collection activity, even when that activity consists of litigation. Thereof, as per judgement mentioned herein, your firm is liable as a debt collector.

This is regards to a wage garnishment that has been placed through a third-party collection agency for a vehicle that is reflecting on my credit plus wages are being garnished at the time of having the vehicle I hit a deer the vehicle was not fixed properly. I request the company to contact the insurance company to see if the vehicle could be fixed, the company did not want to help me get the vehicle fixed properly the vehicle was taken I have reached out to the third-party company in which I received paperwork from the company to request a fair hearing. I do not agree with the amount of wages that the company is garnishing from my check I have yet to hear anything back about a fair hearing From this company
