Construction Credit & Finance Group LLC contacted me via phone and left a message attempting to collect an alleged debt. Construction Credit & Finance Group LLC as of today 's date is not licensed to collect debt in the state of Washington. I called the Washington Department of licensing and verified this and verified via web search. Washington law requires debt collectors to get a license from the Washington State Department of Licensing ( DOL ) and post a bond before attempting to collect debts. They must renew their licenses yearly. Out-of-state debt collectors also have to get a license before attempting to collect from Washington residents. ( Wash. Rev. Code 19.16.110 ).
