I just got off the phone with Consolidated RCVY Grp at XXXX. I called them and she called me back because I had disputed a debt with XXXX with them. She claimed to have talked to me in XXXX and I was upset at the time because I thought the matter had been resolved in XXXX. The address where the debt had been reportedly incurred is XXXX where I lived in XXXX. This makes the debt more than 7 years old. She admitted that it was at least 8 years old since in XXXX her notes said I was upset since I thought it had been resolved in XXXX. If it 's the debt I 'm thinking of, it was a service that I had told I was discontinuing and they went ahead and billed me anyways, back in XXXX. I refused to pay and had maintained records of my discussions with them about how their services were not properly rendered and how I had disputed their debt over & over again, and if it 's that debt and I thought it had been resolved in XXXX, then CLEARLY in XXXX they should not have been attempting collection again. And never should have reported it to XXXX. If it is not THAT debt, then I have no idea what debt they 're talking about. So today I asked the lady to provide me with proof of the debt. She became defensive and kept talking about how XXXX would get in touch with her. I explained that I wanted to know what the debt was and that as the consumer she was trying to collect from, I wanted proof of the debt. She said, " Oh, then you know all about XXXX, do n't you? '' and something about assuming I did not know anything about XXXX and did not know what I was talking about. I again said I wanted her to provide me with proof of the debt she claimed I had. She hung up on me and will not answer the phone any more. This is offensive and outrageous that she is still trying to collect a debt that by her own admission is more than 8 years old, that she appears to have XXXX proof of, and when she was not able to get me to pay, she reported it to XXXX ( and probably the other credit agencies as well ). Her manner with me when she started talking about XXXX was demeaning and abusive and she should not be permitted to collect old, out of date debts with tactics of refusing to give someone evidence or even the slightest bit of information about the debt, itself, reporting an OLD debt to the credit agencies, and being demeaning and abusive to the consumer ( who she apparently has no proof is even a debtor ), when on phone calls trying to resolve it. She claimed I had hung up on her office 5 years ago, and if they had been this abusive and un-responsive, I certainly understand why. At the time, I woudl not have had their information to make a complaint, but because they made a report to XXXX after that discussion, ( reported in XXXX of XXXX XXXX, and they CLAIM in thier report to XXXX that when we talked I said I thought the debt was resolved in XXXX, which makes it CLEAR that they knew the debt was at least 3 years old at the time and in thier report to XXXX, they claimed " date opened : XXXX, XXXX '' ... which MAY be the date that the original fraudulent creditor sold the debt to them but it is NOT when the original claimed debt occurred because even by our conversation today she admits that it had to have been incurred before XXXX .... per her own office 's notes in her own system. REALLY offensive behavior and an apparently fraudulent report of a {$46.00} debt past due. for more than a decade ( the address they claim the debt was incurred at, is XXXX I sold in XXXX which if the debt EVER WAS incurred or if I was the correct person that they wanted to claim was a debtor even though I dispute the debt being incurred ... if that address was correct, then the debt is AT LEAST 10 years old. Of course we have no idea the real age of the debt becaue the collector does n't provide the proof of debt despite messing up my credit rating!

This is not true, the original amount charged back was not the amount reflecting on credit. Please request that this company provide a statement of what is owed with a complete break down so we may properly dispute this situation further. They are not reporting to credit properly if the date below is XX/XX/XXXX. It is THEIR responsibility to report correctly. We do NOT owe this money, its a fraudulent charge back. Additionally the company has never sent us a bill, a breakdown, or provided evidence of a valid chargeback. We have, however, provided a lot of documentation to show the charges were correct and valid. Also, they had our original date of reporting incorrect by half a year. Based upon the correct original date of reporting this needs to be removed from credit. Where do they get XX/XX/XXXX as a removal date? This date doesnt match a single thing according to law? Here is what they said before : Once again, the charge backs, fees and interest that XXXX XXXX was charged were entirely contractual. No money was added to the balance because of attorney fees or any other fee that was n't strictly agreed to in his contract with XXXX ( XXXX ). We report all of our personally guaranteed merchant accounts the exact same way using a Merchant Account code with the bureaus. This is an automated process. Further, we report the first date of delinquency exactly as the client gives them to us. Our List Dates are reported as of the date we receive the account. Innovative informed us that the first date XXXX XXXX 's account went into delinquency was XX/XX/XXXX. The bureaus are responsible for monitoring the dates and deleting lines in accordance with the FCRA. If XXXX XXXX believes the line should be deleted because the 7 years has run, he should contact the bureaus directly to accomplish that. At the end of the day to fraudulently charge back an item and then ruin someones credit is criminal. We want to see this company provide the CFPB with the documents we sent, we sent a lot of information and pictures, and explain how they can legally charge back a valid charge. This company sounds like a broken record talking about the responsibility of a consumer. This is not about our responsibility as the consumer, this is about a valid charge back. No matter what the contractual obligations are, you can not illegally charge back a charge. Consumers have rights as well, the contract we held with the company has nothing to do with their reactions and actions in relation to the responses we are receiving thru the CFPB. Again, this is not about whether we agree or disagree with a contract, this is about the company listed acting against the law and in contradiction to their own contract. In fact, we were supposed to have the RIGHT to defend ourselves and at what point was the massive documentation of mechanics bills and photos not enough? I mean where is the honesty in America people? Shady business dealings, never acceptable. Thank you.

XXXXTHIS COMPLAINT IS IN RESPONSE TO CFPB COMPLAINT # XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX, I want to start by informing you that Im a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC for violating my cease and desist demanding them to STOP all communication & collection activity. Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC also is admitting these violations by stating " We have attempted to reach XXXX XXXX both by mail and phone without success '' I am aware that in accordance with Article XXXX, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ). Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC stated in their response to COMPLAINT # XXXX " The balance was sent to XXXX 's internal collection dept. and when they were unsuccessful, the contract was assigned to this firm for collection. '' I have not validated any alleged debt with Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC and my failure to dispute the validity of these alleged debts shall not be construed as an admission of liability. As of XXXX XXXX, XXXX I have not received any documentary evidence, such as a trilateral contract, giving Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC any right to collect on this alleged debt. I have never received any documentation requesting validation from Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC, before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report, including but not limited to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 4 ) which the FTC defines as debt parking. If Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC, can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC, can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC, continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC, will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.

I had a merchant account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claim that I charged someone 's credit card for {$4900.00} under my merchant account number. I never initiated any such charge. Apparently someone else had XXXX XXXX XXXX change my merchant number to route to their bank account and placed a fraudulent charge to someone 's credit card under my business name. Once the money was deposited to their account, they withdrew the funds and closed the account. XXXX XXXX XXXX got notice of a charge back under my company name and tried to recover the funds, but the account was closed. They are now contacting me and are claiming that I need to pay for this charge. I let them know that I was completely unaware of this and never charge a single credit card on my merchant account ( I opened this account to allow my customers to make ACH payments to me - they are usually less than $ XXXX/month ). XXXX XXXX XXXX never even notified me that my bank account was changed and I did not authorize a change of my bank account at any time. Obviously, the bank account was not opened in my name, as they must be opened in person with photo ID according to the Patriot Act. XXXX XXXX XXXX will not release to me the name of the person whose credit card initiated the charge back and they wo n't give me the name of the bank and account # where the funds were deposited, so I have no way of knowing exactly how this even happened. I can report that I received an ACH deposit the Monday after this alleged credit card charge ( Father 's Day ), so this must have been a very quick change. Since I did not initiate the change of this bank account information and did not make this charge, I should not be held accountable for it. I notified XXXX XXXX of this and they acknowledge it was probably fraud, yet they will do absolutely nothing on their end to investigate this fraud. They are only willing to proceed with collections against me, even though I had nothing no ability to control their security practices, which are obviously flawed. On my end, I did file a police report of this fraud and a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission. I continued to receive calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX demanding payment along with threats that they were going to send me to collections. I kept denying I made this charge, yet they still proceeded with collections. I just received my first collections notice from Consolidated Recovery Group, LLC and I responded that I am disputing this charge.

The credit report dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX provided by XXXX showed Consolidated Recovery for two accounts showing on my XXXX report. Those accounts numbers were account # XXXX and XXXX. As of XXXX XXXX XXXX, they reported that the amount owed for account # XXXX was {$250.00}. On the same date, they reported the amount owed for account # XXXX was {$260.00}. The original accounts from the original creditor, XXXX, became delinquent as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. This means that XXXX/XXXX/XXXX would be the correct Date of First Delinquency. As of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, according to a statement from XXXX, the final amounts owed were {$210.00} and {$170.00}. The accounts with XXXX were charged-off and any interest or final fees owed to XXXX can not be applied after the charge-off occurred. Consolidated Recovery, a debt buyer, can not legally inflate the amount of the debt after the original creditors write-off. Under 15 USC 1692f 808 ( 1 ), the law states the following : The collection of any amount ( including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation ) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. This is no legal explanation as to why the amount owed in the two collection accounts was inflated. We can only assume that this was done in retaliation since they only inflated the amounts after I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus because the company was reporting an incorrect amount for both accounts ( less than what it shows now but more than the original amount ) and the dates were being reported incorrectly. These debts are from XXXX. From XXXX until the time that I filed the dispute with the credit bureaus in XXXX XXXX, the original amounts have never increased. They did not increase until I filed the dispute which shows a clear retaliation from Consolidated Recovery. In addition, the company is showing the wrong first date of delinquency. In this case, it would be XXXX. They are reporting a date in XXXX in violation of my rights as a consumer. I am attaching a previous credit report from this year as well as my most recent XXXX so you can see the increase in the amount reporting. Please note that the XXXX credit monitoring that I am using shows the original creditor reporting however it is actually Consolidated Recovery that is reporting the accounts to XXXX

Received a letter from a collection agency about a XXXX debt owed. Sent a debt validation letter, what I received back was a contract with no signature and information inaccuracies as to when the business was started, name of business and bussiness bank account associated. They have it listed as XXXX XXXX collection with a bank account registered as XXXX XXXX that was has been closed and shows no deposits from XXXX. The date it says the business was established is incorrect. I can provide articles of organization and filing dates to show proof of when they were registered and date established. There is no physical signature provided to either prove that it was me who authorized the account and the debt to be owed. Just a check marked box. The chargebacks in question are fraudulent/I have no knowledge of. And theyre dated XXXX and the bank account associated with the XXXX claim had been charged off and closed end ofXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX before the chargebacks were filed with XXXX XXXX I can show proof of the statements to show no intuit deposits were made to that account and the closure date. There is also a fraud alert on my credit report due to identity theft previously and states i must be contacted before authorizing any opening of an account. They transaction dates on the debt theyre claiming i owe were made AFTER the initial bank account used for this application was closed so how can transactions be made and deposited into a closed account and the statements show no deposits were made TO that closed account. And the transaction dates from XXXX and beyond are AFTER the account was closed. Furthermore the business name listed on this account and the date it was established are inaccurate. I have attached the articles of organization. And the business account registered in the actually business name is not listed on the application.

I XXXX XXXX have a serious complaint to post with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). A debt collection agency known as Consolidated Recovery Group has posted a collection against my personal credit reports, when all of the charges were posted with XXXX XXXX XXXX through a corporation known as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have no ownership with this corporation, I am just the bookkeeper/secretary. However, there was never a personal responsibility agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX. The only agreement was with XXXX XXXX XXXX. In addition, my understanding was that several payments were made from a former client with multiple stolen credit cards. It took a great deal of time for these cards to be reversed from stolen identity theft. That is not a responsibility from XXXX XXXX, an individual with a bookkeeping position. Consolidated Recovery Group has by posting a collection to a non-responsibility individual, working for a Massachusetts Corporation. They are in serious violation of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. By connecting this debt to me personally, they are essentially developing a phantom debt to me personally, whereas the stolen use of credit is a federal crime and should be filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Consolidated Recovery Group is in violation of their subscriber agreement with all three major credit bureaus, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Respectively. Accordingly, I demand that this collection that shows an original balance of {$54000.00}, now shown as {$100000.00} be deleted immediately. This collection process is highly illegal and must be discarded, purged from all of my credit reports, and returned from Consolidated Recovery Group to XXXX XXXX XXXX. This debt posting is causing severe damage to my overall creditworthiness. DELETE THIS ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY!!! XXXX XXXX

In XX/XX/2019 I received a letter at home from consolidated recovery stating that I owed over 9000 in a chargeback for a XXXX XXXX merchant account and that it would be put on my credit report. Immediately called the company and asked what this was about, they said that if XXXX XXXX XXXX paid this I would have nothing to worry about, and didnt explain it any further than that. So I went to work at XXXX XXXX XXXX and told the company OWNER - which I am not, I was just an employee, that they needed to set up a payment plan for this debt. Which they did and sent checks under the company, this was never paid by me personally. Come XX/XX/2019 I notified consolidated recovery I was quitting XXXX XXXX XXXX and gave them the contact information of the owner of the company, and they tell me then that if the company stops paying that I am personally responsible for the debt, per the agreement I signed. I explained to them I never signed an agreement and asked for a copy of this agreement. Once I received it I explained that I never signed this nor did I do this. I also asked since my signature isnt on this agreement if anyone could have done this. And the representative said yes. So again I state I didnt do this agreement, and to please send me a signed copy by me which they couldnt provide, and they say I have to do a police report and sign their paperwork stating that I didnt do this. NO Im not signing anything they sent me, because look at what happened when I didnt even sign this agreement. I also recently asked them per what it says in the agreement they sent, that says their client was responsible for doing a verification of all information in the agreement, and that I wanted to see the verification XXXX XXXX did regarding this agreement and they have ignored me. I have asked for proof of my signature, and they have ignored me.

CONSOLIDATED RECOVERY GROUP needs to Cease and desist all collection activity and have original creditor to contact me by mail and prove to me that I took out an unsecured loan with their company and the document needs to say that I applied for and got approved for an unsecured loan because I got my credit pulled for a loan from them or their affiliates and I never signed for a loan with them or their affiliates never.I have proof from the credit bureau they are saying this a charged off debt loan.

We have a case here of fraud. The consumer used our service with our company XXXX XXXX XXXX, damaged our RV, and we sent a ton of pictures and documentation/contracts to the credit card company after they did the charge back for services rendered without requesting information from us, the business owners. This is not allowed, they must ask first for information and then determine if its legitimate. There is nothing friendly or pleasing about friendly fraud. Friendly fraud is an industry term which refers to a fraud which results from a customer making a purchase with his or her own credit card, receiving the merchandise and then filing for a chargeback. This involves dishonest people who would like to keep the merchandise without actually paying for it. This is what happened to us and we have been victimized for years due to this fraud. In the offline world, this is known simply as shoplifting or stealing. However, this is tolerated on the Internet, thanks to chargebacks. We expect this debt to be erased immediately or we will take further action. The documentation, we assume, is on file with this collection agency. Please publish this situation as something needs to be done about their dishonest business practice. All anyone has to do is read reviews online to see all the issues with the original company : XXXX. AND they are out of business .... not surprised. XXXX XXXX. Therefore there is no way to dispute this situation with the original creditor. This is so shady all the way around. Again, we assume this " collection '' company has all the original documentation?

I received a letter in XXXX, 2016 from Consolidated Recovery demanding I submit a payment to satisfy an old BUSINESS transaction. The original debt was in the amount of {$4900.00}, which happens to have been a chargeback for a trip to XXXX. I think it 's important to say that the trip was a group of 24 people and 1 couple decided to dispute to charges and, well things went downhill from there. The point is, I should have never been held personally responsible for a business transaction. My Company, XXXX XXXX XXXX and DBA/ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is and always have been listed on the attached support documents. They include, business insurance, GA. Corporation, IRS - EIN Number, Travel Supplier Membership, Credit Card Processing agreement, and Articles of Organization. THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS THAT I NEVER RELINQUISHED RESPONSIBILITY OR PAYMENT GUARANTEE FROM MY BUSINESS TO MYSELF. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE NEVER SIGNED ANY AGREEMENTS AS FURTHER PROOF. The collection agent wrote in a letter, that I signed an agreement electronically taking personal ownership and guaranteeing responsibility. THIS IS FALSE, UNTRUE A LIE! Today Consolidated Recovery has placed on my credit reports verberage implying, they are the creditor, That I 've have owed nearly {$7000.00} since XXXX, 2016 which continue to accrue interest. I have also contacted my States 's Attorney General, since they have also threatened to sue me.

XX/XX/2022 - Received letter to collect Debt of {$41000.00} from Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC ( Letter attached below ) XX/XX/2022 - Called and spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX who supposedly the Debt was being collected for. They confirmed that no Debt was owed and account is in good standing and this is more likely to be a Fraudulent Letter. XX/XX/2022 - Called and spoke to a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) at Consolidated Recovery Group , LLC and requested that they provide the " Assignment of Debt '' contract for us to review. She had no such contract and simply said that they ( this company ) works for XXXX and that payment was owed and she had my last four digits of my Social Security Number. After reviewing this company on XXXX ; it seems that they are fraudulent sending collection notices to folks like me. They are commiting fraud as no such debt is owed. She mentioned that this was some sort of Charge-back that XXXX did and that we had received this payment of {$41000.00} and we never paid XXXX back XXXX That is not true at all. We do not have charges of over {$500.00} at most and there are no issues with charge-backs. This company is just commuting fraud.

A transaction between me and a business partner was made through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I started to receive letters and phone calls from XXXX claiming I'm responsible for the balance that XXXX XXXX didn't pay. XXXX XXXX is a business partner owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my business is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX representatives explained to me several times that the transaction was fronted to me, and when they went to issue a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX it was rejected. We went back and forward for a week or two. Then I presented a transaction that showed funds leaving " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account into my account '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' which was processed on XX/XX/XXXX, which clearly proves that they lied about fronting me the money, which is why I don't trust this company. I even filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX never responded, actually then proceeded to call me after they exhausted the time frame for XXXX to interfere. I have spoke to XXXX XXXX and he explained that several disputes were made and he did receive refunds that had nothing to do with my company. Now XXXX have reported this transaction on my credit report.

A few years ago I allowed a friend to stay with us until she could get on her feet. She stayed in my office so she had full access to all my info. She opened a account with XXXX payment solutions to invoice people for a product she was selling from XXXX. It was a lash growth product called XXXX. I knew she was selling this to all her girl friends at the cosmetic department. I guess she went much further. By the time I became aware of the situation XXXX shut down the account and fined me {$30000.00}. Which seemed like a scam. I tried to explain but by them this woman had disappeared. I have tried to talk to these people to no avail! They turned it over to a consolidated recovery group. They are very aggressive and basically laughed. They put this huge collection on my credit report, which I worked diligently to have removed. I finally succeeded and now are threatening a lawsuit. I have looked this company up and the have tons of complaints. Please help me to get rid of this once and for all. XXXX XXXX XXXX

Hi In XXXX I transfer with my job from XXXX XXXX to XXXX and then transfer back to XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I was receiving letters about a debt and dates to go to court for {$27000.00} under a business I opened up name XXXX XXXX XXXX so in XXXX it went on my credit with XXXX. I contacted the debt collector which is consolidated recovery credit and I asked them to send me over what contract they have and it was a contract of liability which means if a business has a balance that is owed to XXXX they would go after the person other than the business. I asked members of my family about it and I was told they dont know anything. But I looked over the contract and notice that the dates that the application was filled out and filed, I just moved to XXXX and so someone gave themXXXX XXXX my social security number and address but they also gave them their personal email and phone number that I do not recognize and I informed both the creditor and collection agency and they refuse to investigate the matter.

My credit report lists " attorney fees '' and this is not an attorney fees account, it was a company who we used for our Company, XXXX, to collect credit card payments. We had a client who returned our motor home late, damaged the motor home, and then did not want to pay for the rental or damages. The original date that the collection was recorded was XXXX/XXXX/2011 to the credit bureaus. This was a fraudulent charge back situation to our company whereby we submitted a lot of information to the credit company including pictures and our contract and yet they still honored the charge back. This is not our problem, as this company charged back the amount requested by the consumer and we had to contact them to find out why. Please see attached credit bureau page where it showed that the original collection was XXXX of 2011. I believe legally this now has to be removed from my credit as it has been 7 years. Thank you.

I checked my credit report and there was a debt collection account that showed up that appeared to be a debt that was well over 7 years old. I disputed it with the credit bureaus and it came back as " verified. '' Since I never received notification from this company, I sent them a debt validation letter and dispute letter to the address listed on my credit report. The letter was returned un-deliverable by USPS, it says the building is vacant. So the address listed on the credit report is 100 % inaccurate. How did the credit bureaus " verify '' this account if it's not possible to get hold of them via mail? This company is reporting debt that is over 7 years old, their contact information is not correct on my credit report, so it's impossible for me to reach them to deal with this matter. This is not legal.

I recently applied for credit and saw a collection from Consolidated Recovery Group, and since I never heard of them before I wrote them a dispute letter. I had to find their address on my XXXX report. ( see attached ) I wrote them a dispute letter to ask them for validation of the debt and to beg them to stop calling me. The letter was returned as the address was inaccurate. How can this be? Aren't they supposed to report 100 % factual information to the credit bureaus? If they can't even provide an address for this, how can they possibly report interest and penalties accurately on my credit report? Everything is wrong here. they have violated the FCRA, by not allowing me to dispute the debt or request validation. they have violated the FDCPA by not reporting correct information to XXXX. Please help me.

Consolidated Recovery Group is reporting a collection on my credit reports with multiple errors that are a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and needs to be deleted. 1. On XXXX, they are reporting an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX when that address is no where on their website and I never received a response from the dispute letters I sent them. How can they have different address on the credit report and website but their website shows the address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX 1. It does n't look like they did on investigation on this account at all because the date of status on XXXX is XX/XX/2011 which is wrong. 3. I attached the dispute letter that I sent them but they failed to properly validate this account.

Consolidated Recovery is reporting an old business debt on my personal credit report. I am no longer affiliated with the company that owes the debt. The business was incorporated and the debt belongs to the business and not on my personal credit report. FCRA 603 ( d ) defines credit reports/reporting as information for establishing the " consumer 's eligibility for credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. '' A business in which I was associated is not consumer information of a personal, family, or household purpose, and does not meet the FCRA definition of consumer credit reporting.
