Consolidated Management Group Called me XX/XX/2018 and told me that they were attempting to collect debt for XXXX XXXX, XXXX and that I owed {$240.00}, and the male representative at the time said if I didnt make a payment that same day on the phone that consolidated management group was going to send an investigator to serve me papers to pay what I owe and additional {$200.00} dollars because he had to come out to my house to serve me the papers. Way before I spoke with the representative a man said he was on his way to serve me debt collections papers and in order for him not come and serve them to me, that I would have to speak to a representative from consolidated management group. I called the phone number he had given me and thats when I was being threaten, and I didnt have enough money to give him the full amount. So, I tried to make a payment arrangement and he said no that he wasn't going to work out a payment plan with me but that I would pay him {$150.00} that week, and again he tells me and if I didn't they would send the investigator a long with the debt and I would have to pay him the full amount and on top of that the {$200.00} dollars for him coming out to serve me. That week I paid him the other half even when I was short on money, after, I had to go to my doctor for XXXX because I was afraid that they were going to send the investigator. My doctor from XXXX XXXX prescribed me XXXX pills. Then 2 weeks later on XX/XX/2018 my parents were going on a trip we left pretty early in the morning and I hadn't get home until XXXX. I checked the phone messages it was the same male representative from consolidated management group telling me if I didn't comply with the agreement he was going to send the investigator the following week if I didn't get back to him. I also noticed on the caller Id he called me four times a minute a part from each other. When I called him back I told him I wasn't able to make the payment and he said to me " oh well I guess I have to give your debt to the investigator so he can serve you the papers ''. I explained to him that I lost my credit card payment and that I was expecting the new card next week. He proceeded to tell me and yell at me if I didn't follow the agreement that he was going to send the investigator. This was unethical and abuse of business practice I shouldn't have to go to my doctor to get treated for XXXX because of threats from this company and its team member. I received a letter from consolidated management that I paid it in full the whole {$240.00}. I tried to down load it on my computer but I have trouble downloading the document in question.

Someone called me yesterday morning, XX/XX/2019, seven times in a row, and told me they know where I live and work and that theyre delivering a claim filed against me. The man said he is a private investigator and began revealing my addresses and workplace. When I told him I dont even know who he is or what hes calling about, he gave me the number to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and a claim number, and said hed call me back in 20 minutes to make sure I called them, otherwise, he would be at my work with papers ( even though I told him multiple times not to ). When I called the company, they told me I owed $ XXXX+ from XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I asked if they mailed me anything describing the debt or payment options, they said they handle all correspondence via their private investigators. They took my social security number and birth date. I was afraid and gave them my credit card information because they said no checks can be mailed to them, that they do not take checking account or routing numbers, and that they only accept Visa and Mastercard. I have since canceled this card. When I called back to obtain a mailing address, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and given the address to an old XXXX store in XXXX, AZ. When I asked for their company name, they said XXXX. They also have no website. Today, they repeatedly called me again and when I didnt answer, they called my father and sister-in-law, telling them I am eluding the police on a past debt and then described their vehicle information to them. I have no idea what to do at this point. I am scared, and this company is harassing me. They are not following any consumer laws.

I received a phone call from a man who had informed me that he was a processor trying to deliver papers that needed to be signed by me because I was being sued. I asked him what was it about and then gave me a phone number ( XXXX ) to find out what it was it in reference to because he did n't know anything cause the documents were in a sealed envelope. And it was important that I contacted the number to find out for myself. I called the number a very rude man answered the phone and told me that I needed to pay a debt for their company in order to stop the process of being sued and going to jail, I got very nervous and tried to find out what it was about but he just kept yelling at me and telling me that I knew and that I deliberately did n't pay a debt and I was getting sued for fraud and going to jail. So, I panicked cause I really did n't know and I gave XXXX ( XXXX ext.XXXX ) my credit card information and paid the {$300.00}. Then XXXX XXXX came on the line to tell me that it was process in five days and if I tried to stop the payment that they would proceed with the process of suing me. I do n't know who this company is. I have n't received any letter or bill in the mail. I do n't even know what debt they were talking about. All of this took place over the phone on XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I received and email from Continental Consumer Services stating that XXXX XXXX was the original creditor. I honestly do n't know who that is. I realized that I was bullied into paying for a debt that I did n't make.

A company named " consolitated management '' based out of XXXX AZ keeps calling my place of work ( will call 10-15 times an hour ) from multiple numbers saying I owe XXXX on a debt from XXXX. I have checked my credit report and the company they claim I owe is on there. There is a specific number ( XXXX ) that calls alot and today " XXXX XXXX '' called. He was screaming, using profanity, called me a XXXX and a XXXX, and that he was a " locator '' coming to process me with papers for " breach of fraud ''. I have talked to attorneys and they told me this company is bogus and that the multiple calls, threatening of processing, and the harassing and XXXX calls are against the law. The " corporate '' office number is XXXX. I told them that they need to send me a certified letter since I have never gotten anything about this before, and " XXXX XXXX '' at the corporate office told me that the paperwork is what the locator is trying to serve me with, that he can not send me anything, and that not all companies that collect your SSN will report to the credit bureaus. I just want their calls to end and quit harassing me.

I saw a collection on my credit report by XXXX. I had already paid my school what I owned them. When contacting them on XX/XX/XXXX I informed them and they refused to remove it from my report. I informed them they were reporting it a debt paid and they did not collect the debt. I asked both the person who answered as well as the manager. Did you collect the debt? She just have a contract with the school. I asked again You have this on my credit report as paid to you. Did you collect the debt? Same answer this time she was being an XXXX and goes " Did I collect the debt personally ''. Also their letter they send out to people has a XXXX number. Basically on purpose forcing someone to call their XXXX area code number. I contacted the school and they even cleared the debt so there is no debt for this XXXX company to collect not can they legally report it on any of my three credit bureaus. I was called by a collector but they refused to give me an address or the representative 's last name. They threatened to prosecute me for fraudulent activity and had information from a loan with " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. The payment was over double what I had borrowed. They also said someone was coming to my house to deliver a " package '' after calling my employer and daughter for my address. I was intimidated and knew I did owe money so I released my personal checking information and authorized an immediate {$500.00} withdrawal and {$380.00} installments biweekly for XXXX more installments. They refused to send me anything in writing and said I would have the transaction ID. I only have a toll free number and was informed the company was located in California. Do I stop payment on the next installments? I am very uncomfortable and fear this is a fraudulent company. Nothing about the lending institution or collector is on my credit report.

I made arrangements with the University of XXXX, XXXX XXXX, to pay my tuition in 4 monthly payments. Due to a medical emergency that required hospitalization and on-going treatments, I was not able to make those payments. The debt was turned over to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They sent me a letter on XX/XX/2018, with a Special settlement offer approved by UNIV OF XXXX XXXX. However, there was no amount listed. I sent them a letter asking for a written document with the amount of the " Special settlement offer '' at which time I would send them a check. I will not talk to them over the phone and/or make a payment over the phone. I need a demand letter and I will send them a check so that I have proof that the debt was paid. To this date, they have refused to send me that demand letter.

A man named XXXX called me from XXXX to tell me there is a possible claim being filed against me. He gave me a phone number and claim number and attempted to verify my home address by asking me was I home. I explained that I did not know anything about a company named Continental at XXXX. He told me he would call me back in 30 minutes after I spoke with them, but to consider myself served. He called me back and told me that since I had not contacted them and did not take this seriously he would come to my place of business.He asked me again was I at home. They called my wife telling her they were from an investigation unit and they were heading to my house. After her telling them I was not home they threatened to come to my job. They left my wife a message very rudely stating they need to deliver to me in person a summons at home AND MY JOB. They nonstopped called her. After contacting them they were trying to force me to give my bank account information. They have called my cousin and uncles harrassing them with multiple calls looking for me, even after I called them. All contact needs to be through mail. They need to stop contacting my family.

They contacted me for a very old debt i had in XXXX i took that out when i was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I started to pay it off they never once sent me a letter about the debt or have verified that they are the ones authorized to collect the debt. I asked several times for a letter to be either email or mailed to me for verification purposes but they declined and got an attitude and threatening to send someone to hand me some paperwork to go to court and be in Jail for non payment. Hello, XXXX credit card by Continental XXXX is trying to make me pay {$590.00} after closing my account against my will and then reopening it after attempting to enroll in XXXX XXXX XXXX and unemployment related disaster impact. Their terms and conditions state that I do not have to pay an annual fee and interest will not be billed to my account. However, this debt continues to accumulate and Ive made several daily effort and attempts to reconcile this dispute.
