On XX/XX/XXXX, called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX department. Spoke with a male employee, asked if he could check to see what loan was sent to collections when all my loans are paid off. He stated a letter should been mailed out regarding this. Stated no letter was mailed to me. He then transferred me to another person, a female employee. The female employee checked in their system verified all the accounts/loans under me. Confirmed there was no open accounts and the last time they reported anything to the credit bureau was in XXXX. Was asked if a title was received and it was confirmed by me to be correct.
