In my review of my credit report XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection debt account number XXXX to the CRA. I have no knowledge of this collection debt and this negative account has affected my ability to obtain credit. It is a violation of FCRA for any COLLECTION AGENCY to report any collection debt account to any credit reporting agency without notifying the consumer.
