My autopay was removed I found out about it when they blocked my store from receiving XXXX payments so I called into the company on XX/XX/XXXX also in regards to several fees late fees they charged me a XXXX lady advised me she put my autopay back on and removed late fees however she only removed one. Therefore I called again and the fee was not removed I refused to put my account on autpay at this point because I refused to pay for fees regarding a website error now I have racked up almost {$150.00} in fees alone even though I have paid on time I just refuse to pay for fees. Now they are claiming Im late anyways because the payment posted later. I used their website scheduler to schedule my payments days before the due date and if their site processes payments late that is not my problem, This is unethical and not right. I also want to say that this company engages in predatory lending on minorities and then does stuff like this. Its shameful and Im disputing these fees and charges.

I have a business card account with PayPal Business Mastercard Credit Card through XXXX XXXX. I have credit limit of {$15000.00} and currently an available credit of {$2600.00}. Today, XXXX card has been declined across multiple recurring online accounts. At XXXX XXXX today, I called the company 's customer service and was told " Due to a policy that we can not disclose, you will not be able to use the card until 20 days after the end of the statement close. We advise our customers to not make more than 1 payment every 20 days. '' So, it appears that they are applying a term that I did not agree to on making more than 1 payment within an 8 day period. After demanding to speak to a manager, I was told, " You can not speak with a manager because the policy can not be overridden. '' Now I have a card that my company relies on that is connected to numerous accounts that is locked down due to a term I did not agree to and a policy that they will " not reveal. ''
