I mailed the following letter and they refuse to provide ALL docs to legally collect and report an account. CONCERNING THE ALLEGED ACCOUNT (Contentric receivable / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I am writing this letter in response to the phone call I received from a collector representing your agency last week. When I demanded to speak with a supervisor, your collector informed me that a supervisor was unavailable and I could pay the debt or face being sued by your firm. When I informed YOUR collector that I was starting to record the conversation your collector hung up. After being threatened with DIRE legal actions by your employee, I contacted the United States CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU; I spoke with a representative who forwarded me to a supervisor who clearly pointed OUT that YOUR Firm IS REQUIRED BY THE FDCPA and the Credit Reporting Bureau Settlement agreement to PROVIDE all of the FOLLOWING information to any debtor that your firm is pursuing. I have filed multiple disputes with XXXX concerning an unauthorized hard inquiry ( XXXX XXXX/XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX ) and an unauthorized collection account ( Concentric receivables Acct # XXXX ) {$1100.00} on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent my second round of disputes and the collection came back verified. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent my third round of disputes and on XX/XX/XXXX, I received partial investigation results from XXXX that the hard inquiry and collection account was verified. This is a lie because on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX sent me a letter and also sent a letter to XXXX saying " After review of the XXXX XXXX XXXX claim, we have concluded that you are not responsible for the disputed account. '' Also, the letter stated that they submitted a request to XXXX to remove this off my credit report. This is evidence from the creditor stating that the account isn't mine, so how does XXXX continue to say the hard inquiry is verified? That's a lie! Additionally, since XXXX would not remove the collection account off my credit report, I filed a XXXX complaint on XX/XX/XXXX on Concentric Receivables for having an unauthorized account on my XXXX credit report and on XX/XX/XXXX Concentric Receivables responded to the XXXX complaint stating, " We have no record of any disputes or communications with such complaint. However, today we submitted a deletion request to the credit bureau. '' This is evidence that the collection account needs to be deleted immediately. If the creditor has no record of three rounds of disputes, this lets me know that XXXX is not sending my dispute letters to each creditor and just annotating " verified '' on the investigation results when it wasn't verified. This is really starting to irritate me. I am also a victim of the XXXX data breach. This hard inquiry and collection need to be removed from my XXXX credit report today!

I received a notification on Saturday XXXX XXXX that my XXXX credit score dropped 70 points because of a medical collection was added to my XXXX credit report. The collection was from Concentric Receivables Management for the amount of {$300.00}. The original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted Concentric Receivables by phone on monday XX/XX/2019 morning at XXXX XXXX CST and spoke to XXXX XXXX. I made her aware that the collection was not valid and that debt had already been paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me that indeed were in contact with the hospital and were aware the debt had been paid and that they would be sending a Deletion Letter to all the credit bureaus informing them to remove the collection off of my credit reports. This has still not been done. Concentric still has not sent the deletion letter, and they will not return my emails or phone calls. I than called XXXX and they told me there was notning they could do but wait 7 to 10 business days to remove the collection even though I had a deletion letter in hand proving it was wrong. I spoke to XXXX at XXXX, his employee number is XXXX. I told him I needed it removed immediately because it violated my FCRA rights and he again told me he could not do anything. These actions by both XXXX and Concentric Receivables are in direct violation of my rights protected under the FCRA laws. This collection needs to be removed from all of my credit reports immediately.

I have reached out to Concentric Receivables about an alleged medical bill that does not belong to me. I am a victim of identity theft and have asked this company to provide proof that this debt does belong to me yet that have failed to do so. I do believe that this debt is a result of identity theft. I also know that I am allowed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. I do not recall giving permission to any provider for them to release my medical information to a third party. I am aware that the HIPAA does allow for limited information about me but anything more is to only be revealed with the patients authorization so I am confused as to how and why this company would have anything about me anyway. I am more than sure that I have never had an obligation to pay Concentric Receivables any monies. I also do know that any reporting of this debt to the credit bureaus prior to allowing me to validate it may be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which can allow me to seek damages from a collection agent. this company failed to even allow me to validate this account that I am more than sure is an account that is a direct result of identity theft.

I had XXXX XXXX that I paid cash for the service. I paid the doctor and the facility in full at the time of the service. Over a year later, I see a derogatory mark on my credit. I called the company and they said I received a medical device and that I hadnt paid for it. I explained I never received the device and so I should not be responsible. They said you still owe us for it. I think this company is a scam and demand it be removed from my XXXX report. XXXX has already removed this from my credit. I've sent multiple letters to this agency about this not being my account. After being advised by identitytheft.gov, I've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it, but nothing has changed. See supporting documents. Even the USPS tracking. My official complaint is against XXXX XXXX XXXX. My information was used to obtain an apartment, cell phone, and an auto loan with my ex-partner. I am a victim of identity theft and have put this off for too long. I've completed the proper steps, 1. notify creditors 2. police report 3. informed the state of Texas. The individual I've suspected for this theft is now deceased, and the police department said to contact the federal trade commission to seek relief. These companies disregard laws and dont care whos credit or lives they impact. i have a toal of 13 collections showing. This company took advantage of me and I want these collections removed from my credit report

CONCENTRIC RECEIVABLES M was advised to investigate a few things that I believe are inaccurate and their response came back as " verified ''. They never responded to any of my letters. I asked for a a copy of the contract that I signed ( which is my right to do so ), a full account history of this debt, every payment that was made and all interest that was applied. Those were MY specific request. It appears obvious to me that they are abusing their power under the FCRA to escape a complete investigation. I have been requesting, since since XX/XX/2021 verification of this alleged debt that they claim I owe to this company company and which they are reporting on my credit files. However, this company has failed to obtain and send me legal verification as mandated by the law

I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX XXXX breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Thank you. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.

Over the last 13 months, I have sent three certified letters to CONCENTRIC RECEIVABLES MGMT with a detailed request for debt verification information, proof I agreed to pay the debt, Proof that the debt was transferable, proof that they have the right to collect in Texas, and other information. To date my three, certified, signature required, verified received requests have gone ignored and unanswered. Instead I have disputed this debt several times and they keep putting it on my credit report pushing the date the account was opened sooner and sooner so that the debt looks new causing damage to my credit score

Cocentric Recievables has been reporting a negative account that does not belong to me. I sent in a dispute to them and asked them to investigate this, and delete it from my credit file.
