XX/XX/XXXX Began the process of paying off the line of credit/loan with CSC XXXX XXXXXXXX which, was due for pay off by XX/XX/XXXX. Noticed a charge of {$19.00} titled Advance. Looked back through a few statements and noticed that the charge had been occurring for at least several months. Did not go back at that time any further than a few months. Called CSC and spoke initially spoke with call taker who tried to tell me she though it was an addition into my account not money being withdrawal. I told her that if you add it up, it is clear that its being withdrawal and that I dont know what for. She stated that she would request that the account be audited and would have someone from that department get back to me. XX/XX/XXXX I called back and spoke with a Supervisor, XXXX XXXX. I had to re-explain to her what I previously told the other female I spoke to. She advised that the account was never audited. She told me the {$19.00} is a withdrawal. She advised that she would find out what the withdrawal is for and get back to me. XXXX XXXX called back and claimed that they had left a message for XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX trying to determine who the debtor of the {$19.00} Advance was. **This line of credit was originally set up through XXXX XXXX , which was sold to XXXX XXXX , however the line of credit is through CSC XXXX XXXX.XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX not only did they tell me that they were never contacted by CSC XXXX but that they would not have any information on my line of credit or any debtors to that line of credit as they dont hold that account, CSC does . They further stated that CSC XXXX is well aware of this. I told XXXX that if possible I would be attempting to file a dispute charge through XXXX XXXX if I can not get it done through CSC. XXXX advised sine they originally set up the line of credit for myself and my husband, I would need to file an Affidavit with CSC and then it would get forwarded to XXXX XXXX if need be. XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX at CSC back and explained all this to her. She told me to file a complaint with the debtor. I told her I still did not know who it was as no one has told me and this was my original question. XXXX called me back advising the debits are coming from XXXX XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX. She provided a phone number for XXXX XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX gave me a phone number for the company that processes their charges of XXXX, who provided a phone number for XXXX XXXX of XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with a female. I asked her what kind of company XXXX XXXX is. She explained they sell books and education material for children and do door to door sales. I then knew where the charge came from. XX/XX/XXXX, I made a one-time purchase of a set of educational books from a door to door sales woman. The purchase amount was {$750.00}, written on check XXXX from this account, addresses to XXXX XXXX. I asked the company why I was being charged {$19.00}. The female explained I have a 90 day free website access and then I started getting charged {$19.00} from then on every month. I explained to her that I made a one-time purchase and did not sign up for a website. She stated that a box on the receipt was checked. I told her I did not care, I did not agree to years of monthly withdrawals. She cancelled the monthly withdrawal and said she would notify her PR department and they would look into it. I asked if someone was going to call me back. She said they should but did not sound promising. They never called back. I did some online research ( little too late ) and found that this company is known for similar scams ). I called XXXX at CSC back and explained this to her and asked how they could do monthly withdraws from a one-time check payment. She said she did not know and it did not seem right. She said she would look into it. I told her I wanted to file the paperwork to dispute the charges. She said she would send it. I continued paying off the balance I owed on my line of credit as it was due in XXXX. XX/XX/XXXXCalled CSC and spoke with a different Supervisor XXXX XXXX ( didnt get the exact date ). Re-explained to XXXX that I need the paperwork to file a dispute and that XXXX XXXX was supposed to be sending it to me. XXXX said she would send it to me. I explained to her that this loan was due to be paid off at the end of the month and that I was trying to get it taken care of before I paid it off as it would be easier that dealing with a loan that was now closed. I also expressed my displeasure in CSC employees saying they were going to do something and then failing to do it time and time again. She assured me she would send me the paperwork. I also requested payoff amounts from their automated system so I would have the exact amount. XX/XX/XXXX Called CSC and spoke with Supervisor, XXXX XXXX. I was intending to pay off this loan, via telephone, when she advised me that the payoff amount I had requested and received was not necessarily the payoff amount and that I could not do pay off amounts via telephone. She told me I could do it via XXXX XXXX, which I did. I again requested the paperwork to file the dispute. XXXX said she would send it out. She also explained she would email me a form to sign detailing what we wanted done with the account once it was paid off, like if we wanted if closed. She explained for us to sign it and email it back to her. XX/XX/XXXX I received the form on the account, my husband and I signed and dated it and emailed it back to XXXX at CSC, but no dispute forms. XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email to XXXX at CSC again asking for the dispute form. No response. I also left her a voice mail. XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from XXXX at CSC. The email said she never received the signed form closing the account ( which was due to be closed XX/XX/XXXX ). She stated she attached another one and asked we sign it and send it back. I resent her the original. I did not want another form with an old date, afraid they would charge me for closing the account late. I asked her why the account did not show a XXXX balance as I paid on time and the amount that was due. I also inquired about the paperwork again. I again left her a voice mail. XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I further explained to XXXX that I never received the paperwork she promised she would send. She explained she did not send it to me as the company decided I should dispute it with XXXX and therefore they cant help me. I explain that the company is known for scams like this and their PR department never contacted me back. Regardless, I told her, I have the loan with them, I should be able to file a dispute with them. I do not feel they have the right, nor proper paperwork to allow XXXX to make monthly withdraws. I wrote one check for one purchase. That does not give anyone I ever wrote a check to the right to keep withdrawing money. I explained to her they are my financial institute and I feel they had a responsibility to protect me more, to require some sort of proof that I would allow someone monthly access. XXXX said she would contact the Resolution Department at CSC and will call me back. I asked her why she never called me back or answered the question regard the forms in any of my emails. I reminded XXXX that I have a car loan with CSC and that if this is how they handle their business I will happily take my car loan elsewhere. XXXX did not provide any reason for not responding to me. She did explain the reason my statement she last sent me with the balance, was a balance owed to me of a few dollars. She explained I over paid somehow. **I have never received a refund from them**. She did confirm that she received the paperwork from me to close the account. I asked XXXX for her supervisors name in case she again does not call me back like she says she will. She said to ask to talk to XXXX XXXX ( would not give me a first name ). XX/XX/XXXX No call back from XXXX so I called CSC. XXXX not in. I asked for XXXX XXXX. Was told her was in a meeting. Asked if he would call me back. Explained why and was told they sent him a message and his reply was that he would not speak with he and for me to talk to another supervisor. Assured that Supervisor XXXX would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter in the mail from CSC XXXX. I said that in a recent conversation I stated I had not received a dispute form for 3rd party charges I was assessed. The letter told me to contact the 3rd party. I have a friend who works in the banking industry who put me in contact with you guys for filing a complaint which is what I would like to do. As you can see I have tried. I have gotten nowhere and no one at CSC XXXX or of course XXXX cares. I understand XXXX is a shady company but CSC XXXX handles a lot of loans. Two of mine. They should be responsible to make sure people have the property paperwork to make monthly withdrawals from accounts. This is literally the only account we have this could have happened to long term. I check every other account and will do so on every account now. This was a line of credit for a lake house we purchase. We made a substantial payment into it every month. I only wrote 20 checks on this account the entire 10 years we had it open. I did not have any bills set to automatically withdrawal, or so I thought. Therefore, I did not look at it each month. I auto paid it and went on, until it came till to pay it off. I believe the total amount I am disputing is {$1100.00}.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CSC Logics, a loan servicing company XXXX repossessed my XXXX Nissan Versa Note for Defaulting on my payments. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the Vehicle was sold at a Private Auction for approximately {$8000.00}. Per Nevada XXXXSale or lease of repossessed vehicle : Persons liable on security agreement to be given written notice of intent in advance ; required manner of provision and contents of notice ; rights of persons liable on security agreement. 1.Any provision in any security agreement for the sale or lease of a vehicle to the contrary notwithstanding, at least 10 days ' written notice of intent to sell or again lease a repossessed vehicle must be given to all persons liable on the security agreement. The notice must be given in person or sent by mail directed to the address of the persons shown on the security agreement, unless such persons have notified the holder in writing of a different address. 2.The notice : ( a ) Must set forth that there is a right to redeem the vehicle and the total amount required as of the date of the notice to redeem ; ( b ) May inform such persons of their privilege of reinstatement of the security agreement, if the holder extends such a privilege ; ( c ) Must give notice of the holder 's intent to resell or again lease the vehicle at the expiration of 10 days from the date of giving or mailing the notice ; ( d ) Must disclose the place at which the vehicle will be returned to the buyer or lessee upon redemption or reinstatement ; and ( e ) Must designate the name and address of the person to whom payment must be made. 3.During the period provided under the notice, the person or persons liable on the security agreement may pay in full the indebtedness evidenced by the security agreement. Such persons are liable for any deficiency after sale or lease of the repossessed vehicle only if the notice prescribed by this section is given within 60 days after repossession and includes an itemization of the balance and of any costs or fees for delinquency, collection or repossession. In addition, the notice must either set forth the computation or estimate of the amount of any credit for unearned finance charges or cancelled insurance as of the date of the notice or state that such a credit may be available against the amount due. On or about XXXX XXXX, XXXX I reviewed my credit report and noticed that XXXX XXXX reported I owed {$16000.00}. I contacted CSC Logics and requested a copy of the Notice of Intent to be faxed to me. The representative I spoke with informed me that " we do n't send out any other notices ''. I have attempted to obtain the Notice of Sale per XXXX XXXX Paragraph XXXX and have been unsuccesful. The Required Notices After Repossession In Nevada, a consumer generally has XXXX possible options following a car repossession. The first is to " reinstate '' the contract by paying all amounts past due, plus any applicable delinquency charges, collection and repossession costs. Upon reinstatement, the car will be returned to the consumer and he or she will begin paying on the contract as if there was no default and repossession. The second option is for the consumer to " redeem '' the vehicle. This generally means that the consumer will have to pay in full the balance due under the loan, plus any applicable delinquency charges, collection and repossession costs. Neither CSC Logics nor XXXX XXXX sent the required notifications as outlined.

Hi, what happened? For 6 years I have been on auto pay on the XXXX of every month. Check my account. Meanwhile I just got a letter stating my last car payment was past due.. Why was that not taking automatically from the account. I just paid online via XXXX XXXX for {$330.00} which should be my LAST payment since maturity date is XX/XX/2021. This is a glitch on your end and you guys should have automatically taken out the last one ... Why also was it {$330.00} and not the usual {$330.00}? Lastly, not only was this a glitch on your end, you also should not be reporting it to the credit bureau since I just paid online well within 30 days. .Please confirm and explain what went wrong. Also concerned you may start trying to continue to take from my account. I need the title and lien release. This car is now officially paid off. I should have a zero balance now.. please send all paper work for release of title, lien, etc.. I have been doing automatic since DAY 1 for 6 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also you guys have a TON OF XXXX complaints. This better not go on my record. Looks like you just did same to someone else. This is your issue. This looks like attorney general should get involved. You have 36 complaints at XXXX and looks like you have issues with releasing liens and people are losing transactions. Someone else you did same thing.. took money out yet told them they were past due. With me.. I was set up for automatic with drawl and you didnt pull the money out.. why not? SCARY.. these are your complaints. I believe your regulated by federal trade commission. Enough complaints there should be a class action.. attorney general and bank regulators will be contacted..

We paid off 2 car loans with XXXX XXXX located in Texas. One was paid off in XXXX and the other in XXXX. We did not receive our released car title in either case. When I called them I was told that the titles had been mailed out however I have yet to receive either one. They refused to obtain a copy of the vehicle title or to reimburse me the 2 x {$95.00} fee 's that I will now incur due to their negligence with my titles. I had no problems receiving the monthly loan payment notice so I find it hard to believe that both titles ( mailed at separate times ) could not reach my home address. I do not believe that these titles were ever sent to me. CSC bought my loan from XXXX XXXX and I strongly feel that these titles may have just been lost in the purchase of our loan. Either way, I can not understand how this should be my responsibility to pay for a missing title, especially two times in a one month period. I want CSC to send me {$190.00} to cover the cost of the title replacement. XXXX XXXX XXXX

CSC LOGIC inc, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX has several contact phone numbers on the statement. Two numbers placed me into, respectively, a survey about whether the XXXX are a good place to vacation stating that participants might win a free trip, and an offer for a " free '' {$100.00} shopping certificate if I paid {$4.00} shipping. In both cases there was no option to skip the advertisement. If I refused to answer the company hung up on me. I tried to open an online account to get information off the website but the statement did not list the site code required to open an account. In the end I called the collections number. When I told the collections rep I was filing a complaint with the CFPB she answered my questions about interest rate and calculations. She told me the number with the ad was the actual customer service department. I had called because two payments were reversed and reapplied with significantly higher interest amounts.

CSC Logic Inc, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX received a lump sum payment of to the account for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , The company states I was sent to collections because I did not pay for 27 days. As a customer, CSC lo gic failed to disclosed that I was late on payment. As a customer I thought the lump sum payment would cover my payment for the month of XXXX . The lump sum was paid on XXXX XXXX and the last day to pay for the month was XXXX XXXX . I called on XXXX XXXX and the company advises me that I am 37 days late for payment, when I did not receive any collections calls for payment of this bill. Or any follow up mail stating that my account was going to be sent to collections. It is outraging that a company can hurt your credit sending you to collections because you are late on a payment, when in fact they did receive payment, in fact, the loan was almost paid in full.

XXXX XXXX calls me daily even though I have never had a loan with them in order to try to collect a debt. They have told me my phone number must be mistakenly associated with someone else 's account and I have asked them to stop calling me ; however, they will not. One employee said they would put me on their do not call list. The next employee I talked to said there is no such list, but would forward my request onto a supervisor. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, but was told there wasn't one available. This company is harassing me for no reason and is refusing to stop. This is my second complaint against them ; they did not respond to the first one and continuing to call me daily and then tell me there is no reason for me to be upset when I call them when they refuse to stop harassing me. Please help me!

my husband and i went online to pay off a truck loan thru CSC Logic on XXXX/XXXX/16. I hit the pay off amount and it gave me a pay off balance of {$730.00} which i then paid off after waiting 30 days to get truck title they sent us a notice of balance of XXXX which we did not understand why when we requested a pay off amount and we paid the amount for the pay off on there online system they then sent us another bill fro XXXX which then put in a claim with the XXXX they then sent us a ltr to call them which i did on XXXX and spoke to a XXXX she then advise me that the remaning balance was for NSF payments & interest charge which i then adv her i will be putting another complaint againts them for violationg our FDCPA rights she then adv i can do as i please

XXXX XXXX initiated harassing collection style calls to my wife 's cell phone alleging late payments and threatening harm to our credit and lawsuits if we did not make immediate payment. My wife had purchased a new car and traded in the XX/XX/XXXX for a XX/XX/XXXX. The payoff was evidently XXXX short due to a mistake that the purchasing dealership had made. A XXXX payment had been deposited by XXXX XXXX days earlier. A letter arrived to our house the same day that the harassing calls started. The callers were angry and accusation each time. The terribly rude behavior continued several times per day, even though the paperwork they sent stated that a payment was not due for another XXXX weeks..

I called to make the XX/XX/XXXX payment on my account. I verified that the payment would only be for the amount due in XX/XX/XXXX, but the customer service rep charged y my debit card double ( both the XX/XX/XXXX payment and for the payment due mid XX/XX/XXXX ). She said that there was an issue with the computer system, but when I spoke to the supervisor she told me that it was human error. I let them know that they have over drafted my checking account and left me with negative money in my account weeks before XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX continues to report a collection account for CSC Logic/ XXXX XXXX for a voluntary repossession that occurred 7 years ago. CSC logic has failed to provide documentation regarding legal notices or of the reasonable sale of the vehicle despite sending requests certified mail. I have provided XXXX with copies of the letter requesting said documents, copy of the certified mail receipt and the XXXX report showing the sale of this vehicle and they refuse to correct the information. I tried calling the customer service line today and the operator would not let me speak to a supervisor.

I spoke to CSC Logic about paying off my loan and told them it would be paid off before the end of XX/XX/2020 ( which I've made all my payments on time and even worked with them on a covid deferment ). I asked if there would be any additional charges if the loan was paid in full by months end and they said XXXX extra charges. Guess what, they charged me and extra XXXX. I phoned them again today and asked for them to return the extra charges and they said no, we're allowed to charge what we want. Well that is not fair. XXXX

In 1991 my wife and I received a XXXX loan due to the earthquake in California. After a year or two they sold the loan to CSC Logic. For the last 22 years I have been trying to secure an annual statement from them showing beginning balance, payments, total interest, principal reduction and ending balance. Loan was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. Payments made monthly on time and never late. Final payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX. I have requested the title as well as a lien release form. Company is not responding. Websites ( XXXX ) is no longer in service. Phone numbers are disconnected ( XXXX ). I bought my a car with XXXX, but was looking at my credit report and found that they sold my loan to XXXX what is puzzling is that I just received a bill from a XXXX company CSC LOGIC INC for that car payment. CSC/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX serviced my auto loan. At the end of the term of my loan they disabled automatic payment without notice and without my consent for the final payment. This resulted in the payment being late. I suspect this may be a deliberate practice to extract additional fees.
