They wrongfully tried serving me fake papers in efforts to get me to pay a debt, which I " owe '' but since the XXXX that wants money did damage to XXXX my teeth and refused to admit his assistant did any damage and refused to lower the bill. In my mind I do not owe that man any money.
So after that the " debt '' went to a collector, Como Law Firm. XXXX of the most horrible people I have ever talked to. They told me I need to send money to a XXXX XXXX XXXX and got mad when I said I was not sending any sort of money to some random XXXX XXXX XXXX When I asked for an address they claimed they did not give out their personal address for their company. I had lost my job soon after and shortly after that I became pregnant. My XXXX and for a majority part of it I could n't work due to being XXXX. I calmly called this law firm to explain the situation and if they could just wait a few more months till I am back at work. They proceeded to call me an immature child who ca n't pay my bills, then they said if you do n't make a payment within the week we will just sue you.
They never tried working out an agreement and just went directly to harassing me and saying they were going to sue.
I had n't received any papers from them in the whole time my debt went to them. When I asked for a confirmation paper that my debt was actually with their company they told me that they do n't give those out either.
I have never had a problem with the other debt agency I have an amount with. I work with them and we get my debt paid off in a timely manner.
Como Law Firm should not be in business.

XXXX XXXX from Como Law Firm called me today regarding a debt that I do not owe. He would not answer any questions about the debt and became angry and extremely rude when I said I would not make any type of a payment to him without understanding what it is he says I owe. I informed him that I have saved email communication from the apartment manager that he is claiming I owe this debt to in which the manager is telling me there was a glitch in their system and I OWE NOTHING but he would not accept the information. I asked him exactly what the debt was for and he could not answer that question. I then asked for an itemized list of what the debt is for and he said " Did you not just hear me, XXXX? I do n't have it. '' and he hung up on me. I pay my bills and have excellent credit and do not want to pay a debt that I not only do not owe, but do not know what is for. XXXX XXXX spoke to me in a degrading, rude manner and I do not deserve this type of treatment.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dismissed XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX judgement for an unpaid balance of {$10000.00} on XXXX XXXX, 2015, but debt collectors from XXXX XXXX continue to repeatedly call me and harass, verbally abuse and swear at me and threaten me with arrest and wage garnishment. The debt do not belong to me. The court dismissed the judgement against me. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, is in violation of the Minnesota Debt Collection Laws and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I went to court with Como Law Firm and we agreed to a payment plan of {$25.00} per month. The judgment is stayed as long as the payment plan is kept current, which it is. The Como Law Firm has illegally reported this dental bill on my credit report. Not to mention it was not my dental bill in the XXXX place it was my wife 's.

Attended 1 year of college at XXXX University in XXXX XXXX, MN. Was unable to pay for the loans after leaving. I am now in a position to pay the loan but the law firm handling my debt wo n't return my calls to work something out. I have been garnished and leveed without receiving a summons to court.
