On XX/XX/2018, I was informed by the Director of Mortgage Operations that I would received a refund of {$500.00} after my mortgage closing. On XX/XX/2018 I received a check in the mail for {$450.00}. After contacting the Director of Mortgage Operations, I was informed that I would not be refunded the additional {$58.00} because of the type of loan I received.
