HillCrest Credit Agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has 7 different charges of alleged medical debt that they are actively reporting to the credit bureaus against me for a total amount of {$41000.00} This amount is absurd and totally false, and I have receipts to prove so. I have sent HillCrest Credit Agency 3 debt validation letters months ago, 2 by certified mail and one of which I dropped off at their office in person. HillCrest Credit Agency has refused to respond entirely to the debt validation letters, yet they continue to report the inaccurate charges monthly to the 3 major credit bureaus. On XX/XX/2023 I called their office at XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX. I explained that I had sent the agency 3 debt validation letters however I have not received a response. I advised her this was a direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She stated that it wasnt. She was very rude and stated she wasnt able to give me any information, and further stated I needed to contact an attorneys office, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KY. I explained that first and foremost, I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have all responses to the suit filed from XXXX XXXX XXXX on file with the XXXX XXXX XXXX, in regards to the ongoing lawsuit. Additionally, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have not responded to my most recent response placed on file with the Courts, of which is now over a month with no response from them, as I check daily with the Court Clerk. Furthermore XXXX XXXX XXXX has not been able to provide a debt validation letter either, and multiple request were sent to them as well. Lastly, XXXX XXXX XXXX has no mention of HillCrest Credit Agency in the Court Documents filed against me. HillCrest Credit Agency is not listed as a Creditor, neither any debt is listed as owed to HillCrest Credit Agency neither is HillCrest Credit Agency listed as a party represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Most Importantly, the law office is NOT reporting this alleged inaccurate debt to the three major credit bureaus but HillCrest Credit Agency is the party doing so. I advised if they are reporting this debt to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis, with the most recent reporting on XXXX XXXX, they need to validate the debt they are reporting. She stated she was going to hang up in my face and then proceeded to do just that. HillCrest Credit Agency is directly in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and participating in bad and unethical business practices. It is my right as a consumer to have an alleged debt validated. Any alleged debt by the Debt Collector should be validated within a reasonable amount of time, or cease reporting it to the credit bureaus if they are not able to validate it. Additionally, HillCrest Credit Agency is inaccurately reporting a debt and when asking for information on this alleged debt, they are verbally stating they can not provide me any information.

On XX/XX/20 I realized my paycheck had wage garnishment being withheld on my last 3 paychecks on Friday each week starting on XX/XX/20 til present XX/XX/20 in amount totally almost 500.00. This apparently is from a 4-5 yr old medical debt that I never received a notice of garnishment about. Why garnish a persons pay now during a pandemic for a 4-5 yr old debt when the person is lucky enough to even be working to receive a paycheck and are not having to rely on government assistance yet also to a point you can not even cover your expenses?? If they can locate enough info to contact my employer to garnish my check then they should have been able to contact me regarding this debt as well. I have tried to contact the original debtors, original collection agency, the law firm that apparently filed suit and also my employer to request information regarding this garnishment, the original debt, how much I owe and what kind of exorbitant fees are probably being charged but no one will or has provided that information Ive only gotten the run around. Due to the fact that everything is pretty much shut down and quarantined I have had issues trying to contact anyone to get what information I could on my own from the court system etc. My employer only provided me with the payees names of Hillcrest credit agency and XXXX XXXX XXXX for garnishment to be sent. The original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

upon researching my credit report, i noticed an agency that i had never heard of nor conducted a contract with had reported to my file that i owed them money on behalf of a debt of mine that they received through an old bill collector. i contacted this bill collector who i had a previous contract with and asked for the contents on the debt i owed to them. This information was received and indicated that the party on my credit file was not collecting on behalf of the original party of whom i contracted with. i then notified the original party that i have been made aware that by debt to them was paid by a third party that i do not know but is claiming to own my debt. It is clear that i no longer owe this debt to them and they are to reflect my account with them as so, they refused. also i would like the account of the third party who unlawfully collected my personal information from someone not myself to be removed from my file. I never contacted this company directly neither have they to me therefore no legal contract between us can be shown. if they have one they must present it. also these companies or any other for that matter have received permissible purpose to report anything to my personal credit file.

I have a bill from XXXX and XXXX specialists XXXX started at {$800.00} I paid payments on time every month. The balance now is {$140.00}. I received a letter from hillcrest credit agency on XX/XX/XXXX17 stating that my account was turned over to them for XXXX. I have until XX/XX/XXXX17 to pay all of the amount or they will turn this over to the credit bureau thus harming my credit. I called the XXXX specialists and spoke with a manager that told me that the billing manager was out her name is XXXX. This manager told me that XXXX had sent not only my account but other customers bills as well on accident and that my credit would not be harmed due to their error. I spoke with hillcrest credit agency they did not confirm this information and stated that it would be turned in as of XX/XX/XXXX17.

Week of XX/XX/2022 received letter to request validation of debt from the law offices of XXXX and XXXX by way of Hillcrest credit agency. That same week I sent back by way of certified mail i sent the request to validate several of the debts. Thier letter stated that if they were responded to before XX/XX/2022 they would stop any collection on any amount I dispute until they send information that shows I owe the debt. The same week they also filed a court order with courts, going against their own statement in the letter. I responded with an affidavit of validation to the courts once served I was served on XX/XX/2022, ( which was filed on XX/XX/2022 with the court ). I have yet to be contacted, nor contacted with validation of the debt from XXXX and XXXX.
It has been four months since first asked to validate the debts with no communication back.

I got a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , DE XXXX They said they are collecting a debt of {$710.00} and if I do n't pay it they ill report it to Credit Bureaus. They did n't tell me what the debt is from. When I called the number on the bill it went to voice mail. I 'm not sure if this is a legitimate company. I googled the name of the company and found another number to contact them. Gave them the reference number on the letter representative wanted my social security number, which I refused to give it to him. He said he ca n't help me if I do n't give it to him. I said I do n't know if this is a legit company. He transferred me, the next person verified my social and said they will send a more detailed report.

I submitted dispute and they did not fix it. There are 3 accounts that are incorrect. All three are paid by garnishment and or by insurance also they made the balance greater after my dispute and it is on a closed account.They will not allow me to dispute anymore and it leaves the accounts showing negative on my report however other credit reports did fix them but XXXX and XXXX and XXXX XXXX is blocking me to prevent me from disputing these accounts.

I have contacted Hillcrest Credit ANG regarding this matter. This agency has made false report on my credit and also continues to make harassing phone calls all day long. As stated in the HIPPA law section 1681b ( g ) ( 4 ) you are not allowed to disclose any of my medical information this is obviously a violation to my privacy is noncompliance of the HIPAA law.
