They levied my bank account, without notice. Took monies from my account an my XXXX old son 's account that is attached to my name due to he is a minor. I had payment plans of {$75.00} a month, they said when I called after attacking my bank account an my son 's that they had a problem deducting the {$75.00} which I find interesting considering they just depleting my accounts. They did n't notify me of this issue an stated my mom answered my phone and that it was n't my number anymore but did n't leave a message with her or my voice mail of the issue of taking {$75.00}. They financially devastated me, no monies to feed my kids, gas to go to work, caused checks written prior to funds being taking to bounce like my kids school pictures. I had to tell my son who worked hard all summer to have his own monie that this company took his money. They would n't stop the payment, I said " I had no problems making the {$75.00} '' XXXX XXXX stated at Columbia collections, " I had no problems with that payment either. '' I said I wanted to continue making payments, he stated I had to call him by XX/XX/XXXX. with a plan, I asked what plan, he said a plan or they would do it again. I stated I wanted to continue the payment plan, he stated again to call him by XX/XX/XXXX. They couldn ; 't of had a problem taking the {$75.00} a month. They had access to wipe me out!

I had a car I bought from a auction and sold a couple days later. I ended up getting a paper thru the mail that The car ended up getting towed from the person I sold the car to. I submitted that I sold the car to the XXXX the day it first got towed. I even contacted the tow company telling them I sold car and to who and that I dont have anything to prove that its mine at that time. The women said it was okay and we moved on from it. A month later the car got sold at auction and the fees came to me thru mail. I contacted the tow company once again and told them I sold it and even offered the copy of the bill of sale as well as the name and phone number of the person. The women didnt seem to care and kept saying the car was in my name when it got sold even though the XXXX says its not in my name. The XXXX appointed me to XXXX XXXX that once the XXXX gets notified of the vehicle sold that no matter what the old owner cant be cited or responsible for it. I have screenshots of everything needed. As much as I wanted to make the tow company believe me they dont seem to care. Im a very responsible person and definitely was expecting them to actually send the debt to collections.

See previous case # XXXX. I have previously complained about this companies tactics.
They previously repeatedly contacted me. They screamed and yelled at me demanding my SS #. Based on their repeated bullying tactics, I refused to give them any of my personal information. Their ethics worry me and make me feel like if I give them the information, they will add me to this debt.
Previously, XXXX said he was satisfied that this was not my debt based on the information you guys provided in my complaint ( partial social ).
I have just received a letter today, dated XXXX/XXXX/2015. They are AGAIN contacting me about a debt that is not mine. They already know this is n't my debt. I am worried they are trying to MAKE this my debt. I do n't want to contact them because XXXX is not professional or calm - he screams and demands information.
I do n't know what to do anymore. This is not my debt.

Reference : Account # XXXX Delinquency reported since XXXX This Collection company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reports me in Equifax credit report company forever since this debt {$390.00}, which i am not owed them. I have been disputed with Equifax and this collection company many times since couple years as wrote and called them, but no resolving problem. Short story, around XXXX I was visited Dental office in my hometown, this office made mistaken by had done some things over charge, or unauthorized charge on my medical bill without my signature and approval in case of over limited health insurance. This cause me become the victim of collection fraud and bill fraud!!!! Pleas help me to resolve this problem not to harm my credit, and threat me fairly. Thank you!

I asked to validate the debt. they sent documentation showing that the account was old. Im not sure of the account because I do not owe any attorneys any money, Definitely do not owe {$2000.00}! I would remember that.
Now columbia collectors illegally reaged the debt to 2014 and negatively impacted my financial decisions. I never made a payment plan or discussed any payment options over the phone. I only asked for validation over the phone. The debt is unrecognizable to me and I believe to be error. nevertheless they reaged the debt, and its on my XXXX and XXXX reports

A prior landlord has attached {$8900.00} on my credit report. I did not owe him anything when I moved out. He has never got a judgement against me for this amount. I went to mediation with the collection agency who was suing me. The case was thrown out due to the prior landlord obviously altering paperwork he submitted. Yet, this invalid debt remains on my credit report, despite me trying numerous times to have it removed.
