College Foundation was the original servicer of my student loans and during the time that they had my loans they constantly redisclosed my loans every 3 months or so with inaccurate balances such as a loan going from a roughly $ XXXX balance to a XXXX balance then back to a $ XXXX balance at each disclosure. They also put my loan into forbearance/deferment during hurricane Matthew that hit North Carolina without my permission or advance notification. I received a notice in the mail state they were going to do this for those affected by the hurricane after they had already put my loans into that state. The last straw with them was when they denied my income based repayment plan renewal application because they stated they could not accept electronic signatures although they sent the application electronically. College Foundation then proceeded to hit me with a 60 day late payment reporting on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX. I consolidated my loans from them and they were bought out by the department of education in XX/XX/XXXX. College Foundation received the checks to pay off my loans XX/XX/XXXX. I later discovered that they reported 60 day late payments for XX/XX/XXXX on my credit. I called to have the derogatory remarks removed but they stated they would not as they had accurately reported. Months later I got an alert on my credit and they again reported late payments in XXXX on my report for 30 days late. I disputed all the late payments for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX through the credit bureaus. As a result of the dispute College Foundation removed the late payments reported in XXXX rightfully as the loans were paid off from them in XXXX. Instead of removing the late payment reporting for XX/XX/XXXX they changed the month to XXXX of XXXX and refused to remove them. I made commentary on my credit reports that I did not agree with the resolution. I filed a complaint with the office of the Ombudsman. I waited a couple of weeks and when I did not hear anything I followed up with the office of the Ombudsman and was told that they had another week to respond to either myself or the Ombudsman before the case would be escalated. I heard nothing after a week. I waited a couple more weeks before I contacted College Foundation again and explained that they were supposed to respond to either myself or the Ombudsman. The rep spoke with someone above her and the next day I received emails from College Foundation explaining they " corrected '' the month of reporting the XXXX late payments and removed them from XXXX and that was accurate. I got a credit alert the next morning stating negative items were removed on my XXXX account. I checked my credit report and for one of the loans held College Foundation removed all late payments reported in XXXX but left them for the other loans they held although all loans with them were under one umbrella payment. Additionally, I checked my reports again today XX/XX/XXXX and I noticed they went back and reported two 60 day late payment reportings in XXXX again well after the loans were paid and they no longer serviced them. I contacted the office of the XXXX again and provided my updated credit report to have the case escalated. I called XXXX and was informed that company once again went back and reported late payments for XXXX after they were removed with a previous dispute. The letters they sent to me still aren't accurate and do not match with what they reported to the credit bureaus. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this with this company. I just lost a mortgage in escrow over this along with {$5100.00} that I was set to close on XX/XX/XXXX.

My account was reported as past due but I wasn't able to contact them due to system issues on their end. Credit repair promised and not executed. I tirelessly attempted to contact XXXX in XXXX yo notify them of my new contact information and make payments. Their system was sending me through loops, I would wait on hold for 2+ hours just to be disconnected. This persisted for weeks and weeks. When I finally reached a representative, on a recorded line, they acknowledged the issues with their system and promised to fix my credit report. That was in XXXX of XXXX and the credit repair still has not been done. I've followed up multiple times, still no resolution. This was all said on recorded lines. I'd like XXXX to be required to provide me with copies of those audio recordings from the calls so that I can take legal action to have them perform the credit repair they promised they would do since this all happened due to their systemic issues. They told me on their recorded line they would fix the damage they caused to my credit and they have not made a single correction to date. Anytime I call to inquire about this, they always tell me they need to wait for a supervisor to be available and that one isn't available now so they'll have to call me back. This continues to be their story. I've hired assistance in this matter, I want them to either fix my credit report ASAP or send me the audio recordings for all calls between myself and them from XX/XX/XXXX through to today 's date so I can take alternative action to have this matter addressed and have my credit report corrected.XXXX was having systemic issues that preventing me from being able to communicate with them. I attempted to call on multiple occasions, I have phone records to back this up. At least 4 separate times, I called and was on hold for over an hour or more ( for over 2 hours on one occasion ) waiting to speak with a representative but the system would ultimately disconnect me. I tried to update my address, but was locked out of my on-line account. I had also told XXXX two times prior to this event that if they contact me during my work hours that I will not be available and provided them with those hours, however the only times they attempted to contact me were within my work hours when I could not speak with them. There is a recorded call where a reprsentative told me they would perform the credit repair. If XXXX is not going to follow through with their promise, then I demand a copy of that call along with all subsequent calls made to them to discuss this matter for my records so that I may take further action. I expect to have copies of these recorded calls no later than XX/XX/XXXX. They can be sent to me directly via e-mail or through a shared drive or another means of delivery. I have also called back since the XX/XX/XXXX conversation and a representative confirmed on our call that they pulled the prior recordings and found that I was told that this would be rectified, but the representative was unable to do it herself and needed a supervisor to assist. That was approximately XX/XX/XXXX. I would like copies of all of these recorded conversations so that I can pursue alternative action if XXXX does not rectify this.

I had 4 accounts with XXXX, with payment starting when I graduated from college in XXXX. I paid ALL monthly payments on-time, and in XX/XX/XXXX I paid off my loans in full. During COVID, under the CARES act, most borrowers with federally-held loans were automatically entitled to no monthly payments or interest until XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I continued to pay my student loans as financially I was able to. In XX/XX/XXXX I had my XXXX child. As a new mom, with a newborn in the height of covid, understandably I was a bit overwhelmed. I logged in to pay my student loans that fall ( as I did every month ) and the XXXX website could not find my account / allow me to login. I spoke with an agent over the phone- he mentioned there had been a system change/upgrade and 'submitted a ticket ' to have my account info linked or corrected. I made a payment and ensure there was no past due balance. Then the next month, the same account issue occurred again. As a new mom I focused on my newborn and didnt worry with the headache of the account linking issue, as I was under the impression that the CARES act covered my XXXX loans- I thought this for 3 reasons : 1/the CARES act covered my XXXX XXXX XXXX 2/as an XXXX, I never took out private loans and only took out federal loans, 3/the information online appeared as though XXXX was covered I was SHOCKED, I mean SHOCKED when I saw my credit report and 60 days past due ( DPD ) in XXXX XXXX, 60 DPD in XXXX, 90 DPD XXXX XXXX, 120 DPD XX/XX/XXXX and 120 DPD XX/XX/XXXX. My credit score that I had worked so hard to establish as a young adult and make solid had absolutely plummeted from a simple mistake. I understand that XXXX is reporting past due to the credit agencies, however believe this is inaccurate given the 1/account issue referenced above ( there are recorded calls with an agent acknowledging this ) and 2/the understanding about the CARES Act. I implore XXXX to remove this severely impacting negative information from my credit score. As soon as I was aware of the issue, I paid off the account in full.

I have two different student loan companies that have serviced me in the past as well as currently with my academic studies , College Foundation and XXXX XXXX XXXX. My complaint is for College Foundation ( CFNC ). I have a letter dated from CFNC XX/XX/XXXX that states that my forbearance was approved for the dates of XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. I also have a second letter showing that my deferment was approved from the dates of XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. Although my forbearance was approved from XXXX, CFNC reported a total of 14 missed payments to all three of my credit profiles recently! I have contacted CFNC on a number of occasions and have even disputed the inaccuracies through the credit bureaus and all of them have come back as the information being valid when I have a letter from CFNC on their letter head stating otherwise. If my forbearance was approved for that time frame XXXX, there should only be 1 late/missed payment reflected for the gap between XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, not 14 missed payments. This is severely important to me because I am in the process of trying to purchase my first home and this correction could really boost my score. I also tried explaining to CFNC that although they are different from XXXX XXXX XXXX, that I have had the exact same issue with them that has since been resolved but CFNC is unwilling to assist their customers on these inaccuracies. I would also like to mention that CFNC and their processes are severely outdated. All information must be handled via fax or by mail, they don't allow any of their information to be updated online which could have originally avoided all of the reporting issues of me being late due to an invalid address they had in their system years ago. I would also like to say that if it wasn't for my persistence, I wouldn't get anywhere due to the unwillingness to help by their customer service agents answering my calls each time. This last time, I refused to hang up until I spoke with a supervisor which resulted in a 52 minute hold.

My father co-signed for my private student loan fro m the College Fo undation o f NC. In 2011, h e filed for bankruptcy. At that time, CFNC apparently sold off my loan to some guarantee agent, but I received no communication from them about this. They claim to have mailed me a single, paper letter in the mail, but they mailed it to my parent 's house, and I never received it because I was living at school. They had my email address and phone number, and I had previously received communication from them via email, but I had never had any contact with them through the mail. I never got their letter and was left completely clueless as to the status of my loan. When I logged into my online account, it showed a {$0.00} balance as well as a credit for the principle balance, so I assumed that it was being handled through my parents ' bankruptcy. They al so reported my loan as closed to the credit bureaus, and nothing from the guarantee agent ever hit my credit report ( I also never received any communication from them ). Apparently, it spent the entire 5 years my parents were in bankruptcy garnering interest, which they have now added to the princip al balance of the loan. I had no way of making any payments on the loan, having never received any contact information for the guarntee agent, and there was no contact information on their website or any other indication that the loan was still active. Had I been provided with a means of paying down the loan, I would have done so and would not have allowed it to sit for 5 years gathering interest. I have tried contacting them numerous times about this over the last few weeks, but they claim that since I missed their " letter '', they are absolved of any further responsibility to me. I am not even sure this letter even exists and, they were unable to provide any proof of mailing. I have also requested a statement detailing how they have calculated the interest due on the loan for the last 5 years, and they have not provided that either.

I use a non-profit business, XXXX XXXX XXXX, to help me with my loans and understanding payments, terminology, options, and other miscellaneous issues that are relevant to student loans. XXXX XXXX is my representative from XXXX XXXX XXXX and together we have phoned XXXX as a conference call on multiple occasions over the past few years to get answers to some questions regarding my private loans. On Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to reach CFNC by phone to discuss my increasing monthly payment on my private student loans. XXXX has stated in previous conversations that they do not work with 3rd party callers ( despite my presence on the line and confirmation of all of my account details ) but when we have requested to speak to a manager in the past, we have been transferred to the appropriate person and have been able to discuss my account and ask questions. When XXXX and I phoned XXXX together on theXX/XX/XXXX, the first representative was very abrupt and rude in our requests to speak to a manager. We explained that we were both on the line and just wanted some questions asked about my options for repayment plans. Finally we were transferred to an assistant supervisor, XXXX. XXXX was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had an aggressive, impatient attitude towards the two of us and was completely unwilling to help or discuss anything with us. She disconnected the call by hanging up on us without letting us know she was ending the call. An assistant supervisor from XXXX hung up in our face within less than two minutes of being on the phone with her, which took us over 20 minutes to even get through to someone we thought would be willing to help. I am doing the best I possibly can to repay my loans and XXXX is not only offering a lack of assistance in helping me to do so, but also is very unprofessional and disrespectful in their customer service.

College Foundation Inc. and XXXX- well, it's hard to sum up. But, it appears that while I was in law school, my mother took out some loans in my name. It is clear from the amounts and dates that they were not for tuition or housing. I have disputed these for many years, and despite them being PRIVATE, the XXXX XXXX apparently backed them or bought them, or something. I disputed them for many years with them. Eventually, I stopped paying the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because the things were just growing and they would not agree to anything reasonable to resolve them even though they were disputed ( and private and past any statute of limitations which should apply to private loans ). Then I got sued. I filed my disputes then, statute of limitations, personal jurisdiction. The judge ignored these and has also ignored the affidavit from my mother stating she signed for these loans. Jurisdiction was allegedly based on the fact that I " signed them '' in XXXX - however, there is NO EVIDENCE that I signed these. They did not have a notary or anything, and yet there is evidence that my MOTHER signed them. I have spent way too much energy trying to deal with this without any help. There is also no evidence that the funds were ever disbursed to me. I have requested it, but they have not provided it in discovery. They supposedly supboenaed XXXX XXXX XXXX, but I have received nothing from that for over a year indicating there's any evidence that this money ever benefited me in any way. In fact it's negatively impacted my credit for my entire adult life. There 's only room for me to select one company but it started with the College Foundation Inc and moved to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

I have 3 student loans with XXXX and I have paid off two loans before the deferment period. I paid off by calling them in person and asked for the latest balance and paid the balance on the same day I called to ask the balance. After I have paid off the two loans, I received the letters from XXXX that my loans are paid in full. I check my online account nearly every week and the two loans I paid off disappeared from my loan list. So I was sure that I have paid them off and I am in the clear. Months later, I saw that there were some balances on the two loans that I paid off suddenly. When I called and ask XXXX, customer service can not give me the answer and just told me to wait for unknown amount of time and they may send a letter in the mail after they ask some other department. I asked to transfer me to this department to get the answer and they said they can not do that. If a student can not even trust that her loans that she thought were paid off were not paid off and accumulating interest without her knowledge. Then why XXXX sent me letters that I have paid off my loans? This is very irresponsible system and should be fixed. If I can not trust this, now if I paid off what is left again, how can I be sure that I wo n't see any surprise balances two or ten years later? And worse, if I do not check my account because I was under the impression that I have paid off my loans. Below, I attached proofs of my last 4 statements : from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, where two loans I had paid off not even show up on the list and suddenly in XX/XX/XXXX, it showed up. How can I as a student trust this institution?

I originated a personal loan ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with College Foundation , Inc. back in the mid XXXX 's ( XXXX? ) and needed a cosigner because I was un school and in my early twenties. The account has been in good standing and I have made payments on time throughout the life of the loan. Two months ago the company changed their policy and began sending my cosigner a statement that looks identical to my statement and asks for the recipient to detach the payment sub and submit a payment. It is addressed to my cosigner and does not explain anywhere that it is simply a statement and not a bill. The ONLY difference in the statement is that hey cosigner 's has printed above the amount required for payoff " SURETY ''. I have complained to the company asking that they change their cosigner statement to clearly identify that it is NOT A BILL so that recipients are not upset or concerned that the primary loan recipient has not made their payment or that they now owe money as well. I was told by both customer service representatives that they will not change their statements and only informed that they would pass along my complaint to the billing department. When I asked if they understood why this was an issue that needed to be fixed they said they did not see it as a problem. This is unacceptable. Outside of paying off the account in full or refinancing without the cosigner the situation will persist. This company needs to be held accountable and asked to make a simple change in their statements to avoid hassles for their loan holders and possible duplicate payments received by them in error.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was past due on my College Foundation Inc student loans. I applied for a forbearance and was granted the forbearance which in turn brought my account current. My new due date was XX/XX/XXXX. I also applied for an Income Based Repayment Plan. I waited for my credit report to reflect my status and it did not. I 'm in the process of opening a business and have been trying to improve credit ratings to qualify for a start up loan. When my report did n't update, I began disputing the information. I have disputed the status of my account at least 4 different times and it keeps reporting as 120-149 days past due. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was also approved for the Income Based Repayment plan with a payment of {$0.00} based on my household size and financial burden. So my next payment was due XX/XX/XXXX. My accounts are still reporting as past due. On XX/XX/XXXX, I faxed copies of my XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX statements showing my due dates, {$0.00} past due, and {$0.00} balance. I was told by XXXX XXXX at XXXX she could not use the info. I called College Foundation to see what they were reporting they are claiming that they have been reporting my current status as of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX and XXXX from XXXX requested a letter to be sent to me showing my current status. So I called the credit agencies XXXX, and XXXX again and they said it is XXXX updating a past due status because they corrected it on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported it late again.

I saved up {$35000.00} to pay off the remainder of my student loan in full in XX/XX/XXXX. They said they would send me a statement that my loan had been repaid in full. Now that it 's tax season ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I logged back into my profile page to find the XXXX. It was nowhere to be found. I called and after a fifteen minute wait, XXXX answered my call. I asked why my neither my XXXX nor my loan payment statement from when I 'd paid it off had been mailed to me. She claimed that both had been mailed to the correct address and that my online profile would n't display any pertinent information because I 'd had the gall and audacity to pay off my loan and my online features were now blocked ... We confirmed and reconfirmed my address. Every other account and employer has been able to get me my documents via the mail except for this institution. It 's highly improbable that BOTH documents would 've gotten lost in the mail. Because I never received the paper in my hand stating that my loan was satisfied, I have anxiety to this day that there is still some kind of unsatisfied balance floating out there with accruing interest. And because they 're unable to get me a XXXX in either the physical or electronic form, my taxes may suffer. This is an official complaint against COLLEGE FOUNDATION OF NORTH CAROLINA for their incompetence, sloppiness and mistreatment of patrons who are in good standing.

I was part of an IBR with College Foundation of North Carolina. When I needed to redo my paperwork there was an error in the initial application. I immediately sent in a new application. In the interim I began to receive invoices for upwards of $ XXXX {$900.00} per month, far beyond my means. I spoke with representatives and the gave me a forbearance while the problem was resolved. During this time I still made some smaller payments to show good intent. I never received notice that the forbearance was up, but did start receiving bills for $ XXXX again. I continued to make small payments and reapplied for an Income Based Repayment plan. I finally received notice that my application was rejected because I was already on an IBR. I never received notice of my IBR being accepted and was unaware of the proper amount I was supposed to be paying ( the website was down for maintenance for months ). In the meantime, CFNC reported me as 30/60/90 days late on my payments. Since I technically have 4 separate loans, this report lowered my credit score by almost 150 points overnight. I have disputed the credit reporting multiple times and written a letter of goodwill, but have been resolutely rejected. I am trying to refinance a home right now and can not do so because CFNC 's callousness is beyond the imagination.

I 've complained about how payments are applied to my student loan serviced by CFI, Inc to no avail. They continue to overcharge on interest. They say they use simple interest calculations, but they are n't. I 'm overpaying in interest every month. Over 50 % of the monthly payment gets applied to interest on a loan with a interest rate of 3.625 %. I 've paid over $ XXXX on a $ XXXX loan, and still have a principal balance of $ XXXX. the $ XXXX paid has been applied as follows : $ XXXX to Interest, {$12.00} to principle. Why does $ XXXX ( original principal ) - $ XXXX ( principal paid ) not equal $ XXXX? Why is my principal balance still $ XXXX. They have mishandled my account for quite sometime. My wife could calculate her CFI payments and interest and determine what her balance would be before she received her statement because it really is math. For some reason, my loan is undeterminable. They do what they want to do with the payments I send in. It should be easy math, but it 's not. They keep pushing my loan due date out despite my request not to, just because I make extra payments. We ca n't get anyone to fix the problem. They should be investigated. There is no telling how many other student borrowers they are overcharging. Educated at XXXX XXXX ( now XXXX university )

I attempted to renew my income based repayment program and the paper never went through after repeated attempts. In XXXX of 2015 I began consolidation of multiple student loans. College Foundation of North Carolina was notified. They delayed the consolidation process and while my loans were in the consolidation process the continued to report them as being delinquent and past due. I have submitted several disputes about this with them. I had issues with the other student loans companies that were part of the consolidation and those issues have all been fixed. College Foundation North Carolina admitted to the mistake on there end but refuses to change the reporting on my credit report. Currently the account is closed and paid % 100. There is also a period of late reporting which was caused by them not processing my deferral request after several attempts. CFNC was very hard to deal with they were one of the only lenders who did not except electronic submission of documents and there was no way for me to confirm that they had actually received documents or processed them in a timely manner.

I was unaware my loans were not a part of the overall federal student loan payment pause. I was told even though my loans were federal student loans, they were " commercial '' federal student loans and had been exempted from the federal pause. This information, in my opinion, was not properly communicated to borrowers and set many of us who had never been late making payments on our loans up for delinquency. XXXX XXXX XXXX During the time my loans went into repayment, I was on a medical leave of absence from work and was unable to afford payments. I had all 8-9 loans placed into forbearance. Despite placing my loans into forbearance, College foundation INC reported my loans as 60 days past due in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried several times to get College Foundation Inc to remove the delinquent marks from reporting, or to remove the paid and closed tradelines altogether -- but with no success. I am submitting this complaint to have the delinquencies removed from credit reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

I am so amazed at how CFI allowed my credit to take a hit when they now we are impacted by COVID. I have never had a late marker on my student loans and now after building my credit up for all of this time these XXXX loans have killed my credit. The company is reporting adverse information to the credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I send the company a dispute letter asking for proof of the adverse information they are reporting to the credit bureaus. The company provided a generic letter stating they are not able to change the delinquent ratings reported to the credit bureaus. The company did not provide any proof for the adverse information that they are reporting. I have disputed this issue several times with the credit reporting agencies ; and they claim they verified the information as accurate. The credit reporting agencies is verifying the information through there XXXX system with a code ( a electronic third party data base ) and not doing a reasonable investigation as stated in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The company is responding to the credit reporting agencies with an XXXX code. The credit reporting agencies can not verified 100 percent of the information as accurate without any documentation or proof.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681 ) says ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. So whenever there is a violation under the FCRA, it impairs the efficiency of the banking system. This is a violation of my privacy with my consumer report, since I control what is listed and what is not. In the event that any accounts are reported without my written consent, that is considered identity theft. This is a violation of both 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2. This leads way to civil liability against the credit reporting agency for negligent and willful noncompliance under 15 U.S. Code 1681n, which allows for {$1000.00} per violation, for account listed without my expressed written consent.

In XX/XX/2020 I called to get a deferment and was giving the run. I was told that I received one several years ago and was not allowed another one basically giving me the run around. Then the pandemic hiy and I have since called on several occasions and can't get through. I understand the pandemic we are living in however I received a letter XX/XX/XXXX advising that my payments will resume and they have nothing to do with COVID-19. Unfortunately a lot of people are struggling during this time its hard enough trying to keep a roof over my head, food on the table and clothes on our backs. I need a deferment and I can't believe during this time College Foundation is using unfair practicing to either force people to pay or ruin their credit. They love to send stuff to the credit bureau that's another topic all by itself also.

Late payments have been reported to credit agencies but the loans were supposed to be in forbearance. When trying to contact the company you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get someone on the phone and even then they will give you incorrect information. Their website has been consistently down so even when I tried to access my account it would not let me and would tell me to try again later. They have made it impossible to get correct information and to keep loans current. I have had a 100 % payment history on my credit report my whole life until this incident. I have loans with the company that XXXX transferred the majority of my loans to a long time ago and have had ZERO issues. I don't know why XXXX makes it so hard and then unfairly reports credit issues.

I have filed multiple disputes with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX each disputed was responded to with results verified. I then sent in dispute letters requesting how the late payments were verified and received no response. Each bureau is reporting a 90 day late payment for XX/XX/XXXX on all 11 of my XXXX accounts and I was never late. Each bureau is also reporting multiple late payments for my 3 college foundation INC accounts. XXXX is showing a 60 day late payment for XX/XX/XXXX while XXXX and XXXX shows the payment was on-time and not late. In Accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. These accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate.

I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Thank you. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.

Thus far they have communicated that disclosures were sent to me at the address I had on file at that time. I am only trying to determine if CFI can validate that I signed any of the following : 1. I need to know if I signed any of the documents listed, or if they can validate that I have done so by providing a copy of said documents with my signature.

This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I 'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

During the national COVID Pandemic, I struggled to make payments to the creditor. I was not able to work and had to file unemployment ( for the first time in my life ). I did fall behind on payments but did catch up on all late payments and have been making on-time payments since that time. I contacted the lender regarding this situation during and after the pandemic, and they indicated that there was nothing they could do. I was working with a corporation at the time that closed all of their 300+ offices nationally during the pandemic.

As the ( CFI ) College Foundation of North Carolina loan in question is almost 14 years old, I requested a promissory note with the exact amount borrowed, along with how interest is calculated. I received a Master Promissory Note that gave no indication as to amount, and did not adequately explain calculation of interest. Given the age of the loan, I want to determine how much was originally borrowed, and if the lender still owns my debt. Please help me determine ownership and amount of my loan.
