I received a parking ticket notice for my daughters car which I cosigned for. They don't mention my daughter 's name once. The letter is supposed to be from a debt collector. It is supposedly signed by an attorney. There address is to a XXXX XXXX in MA. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA. According to the XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Age XXXX Lives at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA XXXX. Not Collect Park, the name of the company that sent the letter. They have an XXXX number. XXXX, I called and got a sketchy answering machine, but it did identify as collect park. There is so much fraud going on today that I think this letter is a scam. I did not pay them anything. Their website they want me to pay at : XXXX XXXX XXXX looks fishy too. I have gotten legit collection letters before and this looks nothing like those.

I accidentally parked my car in the wrong ( unmarked ) lot on XX/XX/21. Within 5 minutes I realized I was in the wrong spot. I came back to move my car but was already booted. When I explained the mistake to the attendant ( who I did not see when I parked ) she was unmoved and made me pay her on the spot {$80.00} before removing boot. Payment proof attached. The parking company XXXX ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TN XXXX hired Collect Park out of XXXX, Az to further harass me, and to incredibly try to get me to pay an ADDITIONAL {$60.00} Clearly an illegal and abusive practice.
