I never received my initial collection letter ( or any letter ever ) regarding this debt. therefore, I never was informed about my 30 day grace period to dispute the debt, to prevent this from incorrectly affecting my credit. For this to be on my credit, is a violation of the FCRA. That is my first issue. Next, I know the they have my contact phone number, because it has been the same since middle school, and I believe I received a call from the reporting agency in XXXX XXXX, but they did not say the Mini Miranda, and they did not try to confirm who I was, and that is a third party violation, according to the FDCPA. I did not feel comfortable on the call ( having a knowledge of the minimum requirements for a collection call ) so it was a short call. That, to the best of my knowledge, is the only attempt they have ever made to contact me, on their end. I still saw my old neighbor frequently, and know for a fact that there was someone already occupying the apartment not even a month after I moved, ( moved out beginning of XXXX XXXX ) so that being said, before XXXX XXXX ( the month this was placed on my credit ), they would have received a mail return on the address. in XXXX XXXX I, with assistance from my father, contacted the Original Creditor who is still the owner of the account ( the apartment complex office, XXXX. ) and we advised them of the same, previously mentioned, issues. We advised the on site manager that I was disputing the dollar amount that they are claiming that I owe. After discussing the issues a little, we learned that the Collection Agency is just a small local Agency. We then informed her that my father and myself are both in the Collection business and the call was being recorded, that 's where the call went South. The lady AFTER openly discussing, then claimed that she could n't discuss, and that the XXXX is the OWNER of the account now, and was trying to hurry off the phone. Before she terminated the call on us, we reiterated and made it VERY clear that there have been violations here, according to both the FDCPA and FCRA, and that we understand that the apartments are not the reporting agency, but due to us advising her of this information and her doing nothing about it, that would make the complex office associated with this violation. And the lady Laughed at that comment as she was abruptly terminating the call on us. As the Original Creditor, they should be able to tell their reporting agency of an issue. Or at least advise them of my dispute. Re-checking my report this past week ( 3rd week in XXXX XXXX ) I see that it is still on there and it is NOT FLAGGED AS DISPUTE. I believe that is another Violation of the FCRA. To my knowledge it should state something along the lines of 'pending dispute. ' or just be removed during the investigation. While filling out this complaint, I thought to call the Reporting agency, Collection Services of Nevada just to double check, and talked to a man in the legal department, and asked if they are Debt Buyers, or just a third party agency. He said they do not purchase debt. I then asked him if they OWN ANY of the accounts that they report, and he confirmed the answer was NO. So, 1 ) I never got my final bill, no itemization as to why i would ever owe that much, and i do n't know what my initial move in deposit was applied to, or if it was even applied at all? 2 ) I never received my initial collection letter that has the 30 day Dispute disclosure ( FCRA violation ) 3 ) on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ( I have the recording ) I clearly advised the manager that I was DISPUTING this. My credit was last updated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and as of today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX there is NO DISPUTE flag, which is another FCRA violation. 4 ) The manager i talked to gave me false information, and incorrect information and laughed and hung up on us.

My husband and I pulled our Credit on XXXX, and unfortunately came across an account that has been Reporting every month the past 2 YEARS, stating we have n't paid when in fact we Paid In Full, With Cash 2 Months after the Creditor Reported it. I went to the Original Creditor XXXX, Spoke with the Manager, showed her my Paid Off Receipt from XXXX, Showed her the picture I took of My Credit Report and gave her the Collections Name : Collections Services Of Nevada & Number. She then went behind a desk for a brief moment. Came back and said she left a message but no one answered and it would n't be until Monday that We hear anything. I then left, and immediately called as I got in our car ( Hubby was driving ). I got right through to the Legal Department and Spoke with XXXX from Collection Services Of Nevada. After explaining our situation, she got ahold of XXXX who was the Representative on our account who was going to put in the XXXX for it to be deleted from XXXX of our Credit Reports. XXXX then told me that someone just called while we were on the phone and Reported that we had paid it off in full 2 years ago! She then requested She get a Fax number from us so she could send over the XXXX form right away and that she was also sending it in the mail. I went back to City of XXXX, Spoke with the XXXX and requested ALL our payment history from the past years and that I was well aware she JUST NOW REPORTED that we paid it off. I asked her several times why she lied to me and pushed me out the door. After printing all my requested information, she apologized and got teary eyed. Now I was n't looking to make this lady cry, I simply want answers as to why this was n't handled property or CORRECT 2 years ago!! I was told by XXXX from Collection Services Of Nevada that this will be handled BUT given the prior history, I DO NOT feel comfortable and need this handled as this was not right!!! Not only have we had a current Power & Electric Bill with the Creditors XXXX the past 2 years because we have to, it 's hpw our lil town has Electricity, but come to find out they NEVER reported is paying it off the past 2 years! When we messed up we had to pay them EXTRA money to get power back in our name, so what happenedS when the Original Creditor Messes up OR the Collection Agency??? I signed a contract on or about XX/XX/XXXX for 1 year ( 12 months ) of XXXX for my son. The terms of the contract were {$100.00} to cover the cost of the uniform, etc, and 12 monthly payments of {$99.00} each ( total monthly payments to be {$1100.00} ). My debit card was charged {$100.00} by XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for the down payment. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, my debit card was charged by XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$99.00} for the first two monthly payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX my debit card was also charged $ XXXX monthly payments, except instead of being charged directly by Martial Arts Legacy it was being charged through their payment company. When I noticed the XXXX charge, I called the billing company and told them to stop billing my debit card. They agreed, and I guess in turn notified XXXX XXXX XXXX, who then informed me that I still owed them 2 payments. I told them I had already made all of my payments, and they responded by stating they would send my account to collection for the final 2 payments ( which I had already paid ). Not including the down payment ( which I knew was separate ), I made 13 monthly payments of {$99.00} to Martial Arts Legacy when I should have only made XXXX. This summer I received a letter from Collection Services of Nevada ( CSN ) stating that they were attempting to collect a debt of {$190.00} for XXXX. I went to their office and provided them with a copy of my contract, along with copies of bank statements showing that all of my monthly payments ( plus one additional ) had been made. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another letter from CSN stating that they " do not agree with your position '' and claiming that they had " supporting documents '' that showed the debt was valid and that they 'd sent me " validation of the debt. '' Just for good measure, they threatened to file a law suit if I did n't pay. They have never sent me copies of their " supporting documents '' nor " validation of the debt, '' I have provided them with proof ( bank statements ) showing that all payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX were made, yet they are still reporting this to credit agencies and threatening me with a law suit. Can you please help me resolve this?

XXXX for my, then XXXX yr old daughter XXXX. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX. through the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Nv. I pre authorized the work on XXXX. The XXXX was done on XX/XX/XXXX. A XXXX later, if there was some problem with the covered amount, they had plenty of time to know. I came to pay it in full after a XXXX months of small pmts. and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's staff said I owed XXXX I have a written pre auth for {$630.00} So I said they needed to call XXXX XXXX again and straighten this out. It went back and forth, They would say I only owed XXXX then back up to XXXX ... I got a note from XXXX, a office staff person at XXXX XXXX 's, saying that she called XXXX and I and my daughter were fully covered and she resubmitted, that was XX/XX/XXXX ... months later. XXXX XXXX, I got a statement form XXXX XXXX Saying the amount I owed my provider, {$630.00} exactly. I sit here now XX/XX/XXXX, The Collection Service of Nevada has garnished my wages, I make {$XXXX} per hour, and I will have trouble feeding my XXXX children, and making mortgage. I have had this problem with XXXX other dentists in the XXXX area ...??? Is this just how they do business? I ALWAYS have gotten a pre Auth. and always say " Please make sure this procedure is covered to the amount quoted ''. Is that some kind of a joke with dentists? You sign that you will be responsible, Then they do not make sure you are covered to the amount quoted. Knowing full well that you will be on the hook anyway. So when I talked to XXXX XXXX XXXX month, before the attached my wages, The woman was looking over all my documentation she says, " they should have known before the final root canal and cap that you were maxed out ''. So did they know? Sounds like they might have. And XXXX other woman who works with me, has had the same problem with the same dentist, over billing after the quote, with the same Ins.

In or about XXXX, as assumptive debt creditor, Collections Service of Nevada obtained a judgment against my wife and me together for a single claim arising out of a claim made for our joint tenancy of a pre-XXXX XXXX NV corporate-managed rental. Subsequently they engaged the Sheriff of XXXX County, Nevada to garnish all relevant amounts, which said Sheriff regularly did, to absolute completion months ago. Nonetheless, XXXX/XXXX XXXX/XXXX continue to report re same CSN issue that A ) not XXXX cent of judgment has been paid ; and B ) per CSN, we have been suppressing our whereabouts from public discovery since at least XX/XX/XXXX to date of any new inquiry. Now, even my wife has contacted the said CRAs to inform them our unbroken tenancy since XX/XX/XXXX to date ( used for IRS, XXXX, voting, et al ) has been at the same property as where originally served with Court complaint ; in fact, the premises at all times has been owned/managed by a member of a prominent NV family ... his grandfather was a Governor, his step-brother is the current XXXX XXXX Attorney, and even the woman attorney for CSN ( plaintiff ) was then President of the XXXX County Bar Association and 10-year top assistant to the said City Attorney when he was a XXXX XXXX ; surely repeatedly directed to our lessor, CSN would have no trouble correcting its CRA position that we are suppressing our whereabouts since some point in XXXX ; surely by now also, CSN is in receipt of all funds et al collected in totality by the XXXX County Nevada Sheriff. Since nothing my wife and I have yet done is able to militate CRAs or CSN to correct such amount still due/have never been found errors most harmful to our attempts to get verification of residency via CRAs only, and harmful in casting us as people who still owe them money, I am submitting this complaint to CFPB for assistance.

Hello i believe the Collection service of Nevada has committed a FCRA violation. I reached out to the Collection service of Nevada to see if the debt was accurate or excusable in XXXX and on or around XX/XX/XXXX. I asked rep about options and what my due date really was she responded back with any amount is acceptable and your bills due the XXXX of every month. I mentioned I had already paid on the XXXX of XXXX or the XXXX of XXXX. She responded with thats great and if you want to settle you have to hang up and call me back with an amount.? I also explained to her that the XXXX apartments had a verbal agreement with me to hold off on sending to collections because of financial struggle and they violated and sent it to collections anyways. Two days later the Collections Service of Nevada reported me to the credit burros with inaccurate amounts and also reported that I was late or had a missed payment which was a false claim and a violation! I disputed it and the dispute came back with a correction possibly on amount but the late payment was still reported as accurate. I have all of my payment receipts and all are processed before the XXXX! my credit dropt significantly due to late or past payment on a collection! During a time that I needed to apply for a new product but couldnt because my credit was impacted by the violation of Collection Services of Nevada! Please help

This whole case with XXXX XXXX XXXX is nothing but a fraud. They have put on fraudulent get bill to me for XXXX dollars that falsified the document. If you look at page one on the documents that I have posted you will see a total of XXXX XXXX them. If you called your document number 2 you'll see that the carpet charges and all the relevant charges that should have been presented correctly or not balance balancing out on the payment. They do not have billing statement showing the charges for the maintenance supposedly that I have doja the apartment. I want these documents overlooked again and I want this case dismissed with XXXX XXXX XXXX immediately. I re filed for another case and then this issue it will be dismissed without prejudice. I'm gon na continue the fight it as long as I can get these people in trouble for what they've done to me and trying to wreck my credit and financial stability. XXXX XXXX is a XXXX neighborhood lousy service lousy plumbing and they don't do anything for the residents there. there's dog XXXX all over the place and you don't have any parking for your vehicle. XXXX XXXX damage done to the vehicles that are parked in their parking lot and it's just a big mess over there in the only way that they can make any money is to just raise around and not do the maintenance period

In the spring of 2016 I reached out to credit agencies including Collection Service of Nevada as I decided to work on paying off my bills. I updated my information with them of both my home address and my work address. I told them that they were free to contact me at my home address. They served me a lawsuit for small claims court at my work address. I paid the default judgement off within a week of the default judgement being awarded. I asked them not to contact me anymore since I had no more business with them ( because the debt had been paid off ). They just mailed me a document they submitted to the court that I had paid off the balance of account, but they mailed it to my work address, even though I asked that ALL correspondence be sent to my home address when I talked to them last spring. The return address is clearly visible to my employer and staff of the office I work at. Also, it is the policy of our office to have staff open the mail before it is delivered. Because I have asked multiple times for them to send me correspondence to my home address and not to contact me at work, and because they have repeatedly ignored this request from me, I make this complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Yes this company could not provide verification of debt. They have me pay more than the owed amount and has it reporting inaccurately on my credit report. My initial dispute was detailed and directly related to the account in question. A template response will not be an acceptable response. If you can not supply ALL of the above information in a timely manner as detailed in several laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I must immediately demand the permanent removal of this item from my credit report. This erroneous entry is detrimental to my overall credit rating and has caused me severe financial and emotional distress. If you choose not to provide the above-requested deletion or requested/required documentation of your investigation, I will pursue the enforcement of my constitutional rights via federal court proceedings. As you are well aware this information will come out through my formal discovery process and necessary depositions. I have recently studied constitutional consumer protection laws along with civil/federal court procedures. I will represent myself pro-se and will formally request a jury trial. I have documents from the defendant. Document number one. Document number one has a listing of the payments that are listed on the balance sheet. The total debt is XXXX . Document number 2 has replacement charges dad were done to the apartment after I had moved out I am not responsible for all the repairs that happened to the apartment after I left I was not responsible for all these repairs that they are charging with me with. To continue with cleaning charges on document number 2 or falls. On XXXX I mailed out a Debt Validation Letter to Sierra Outsourcing Solutions. They did not respond with the appropriate debt proof that was requested. I have never received anything in the mail. Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you have to respond to my validation of debt request within 30 days. Since you didn't, you have to remove my debt from collections as you failed to provide proof. Per my letter that I mailed out by certified mail, it states : 'If you have good reason to believe that I am responsible for this debt, mail me the documents showing my responsibility, including but limited to : Assigned contract proving this debt belongs to me, A last statement or bill providing how much I owe, Proof of the last action taken on the account, And proof that you are licensed in Nevada XXXX '' None of this was provided. You need to remove my collections from all 3 credit bureaus as you have violated the FairDebt Collection Practices Act.

Received a letter in the mail saying I need to call the company because I was in debt to my college. After this i called them and set up a payment plan. I then received a call on XX/XX/XXXX from a blocked number. This was the agent that I set up the payment plan with. I did not answer as I usually don't answer restricted calls. XXXX, the agent, then left a voice mail that i need to call her back not stating she was a debt collector. I tried to contact XXXX after work on XX/XX/XXXX after receiving a call every day of the week, but she didn't pick up. I left a message saying that i was not able to receive calls until after XXXX. Collection Service of Nevada ( XXXX ) XXXX contacted me stating I was being charged {$3500.00} for libelous content posted on XXXX against XXXX XXXX. However, in the contract, it states that if I were to violate the contract as determined by XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in its sole discretion, I would be provided 72 hours to retract the content in question. Until the collection agency billed me the {$3500.00} plus interest I had never been contacted by anyone about this content and no one had ever responded to the comment made on XXXX. Since receiving the bill from the collection agency I have removed the comment but did so without accepting guilt as the comment made was true and factual. I have asked that they remove the debt as I was never properly notified and they continue to send me billing notifications.

XX/XX/XXXX, an amount of {$330.00} appeared as a collection on my credit report. When I looked into it, it originated from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had moved out of the XXXX XXXX the previous year, XX/XX/XXXX. I had paid the pro-rated rent for that month plus my security deposit and left with a {$0.00} balance, according to their own records. Neither XXXX XXXX nor the Collection Service of Nevada sent any written communication to me prior to putting this amount on my credit. I did have an email and telephone communication with a representative of XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, which I believed resolved the matter as again I was provided with a {$0.00} balance invoice. I want to make it very clear that I am complaining that this company falsely reported the wrong origination of debt date - not the wrong amount of the debt. That option was not offered to me and I felt that this was the closet one. Sierra Outsourcing Solutions ( Collection Service of Nevada ) has falsely represented to the credit reporting agencies that a debt in their possession originated in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested back-up records for balance from them and was provided with an invoice proving the debt originated in XX/XX/XXXX. They have no records of a debt from XXXX. Per Nevada law, this item is past the statute of limitations and should not be on my credit record.

XX/XX/2010 Dr XXXX provided services for my daughter, after insurance paid we owed {$300.00}. Do to financial hard ship we were in able to pay. Now we are being harassed by Collection Services of Nevada for {$450.00} plus {$250.00} plus legal fees for a court order I have never been served with. In the process of trying to buy a home I have been getting all issues taken care of, they refuse to set up a payment arrangement for just the principal amount stating that it is in a judgment, even though I have not been served.

The Collection Service of Nevada is using the court system, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and local law enforcement XXXX XXXX ( fi le XXXX ) to steal money from me. Please see attached documents - ( paycheck stubs, etc. ) In XXXX Garnishment {$1500.00} - Collection Service reports only {$1100.00} received and is now XXXX , XXXX trying to garnish wages for same judgment in the amount of {$1600.00} - Please do something!

I was working on my son and his friends bike and I was approached in my garage by an aggressive man who was very rude in front of the kids. I had no idea what this was about, until he forced me to look at a paper. I asked him to leave and he was very rude and hostile. Apparently it was from a furniture store that my ex has all of the furniture from. I was XXXX on and was left with nothing but apparently the bills without being told.

It is for an apartment complex called XXXX XXXX XXXX which I never lived at. It is through the collection service of Nevada. XXXX XXXX is a rip off. I had nothing but plumbing problems. The thermostat heater went out for 2 days in the middle of the winter period the people that live there are scum bags. The charges that XXXX XXXX is charging everybody is over the limit that there supposed to charge. The maintenance on the property was extremely poor. In I'm not gon na pay this bill to the collection agency because I do not know it.

This is erroneous! Your agency failed to provide the monthly payment, terms, credit limit, past due, and date of last payment as it is missing from the report. It is your agencys job to investigate my dispute as it is severely affecting my scores negatively.
