XXXX which is now called XXXX XXXX, indicated that I owed them fees for servicing my account but did not stipulate which years they were talking about in an undated letter sent to me in XX/XX/XXXX. I invested my rollover retirement money with whom I thought was a legitimate investor, but it was nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme. Real money was wired into the account, but it ended up being only a worthless piece of paper. I lost most of the money that the broker took, but {$510.00} was still left in the account. In XX/XX/XXXX, {$1500.00} was added to make a total of {$2000.00}. I am a XXXX Veteran taken advantage of by someone who I thought was investing my retirement money to help me. Instead I was led to believe this investment was legitimate, but it was only a scam that took advantage of my ignorance of investing.
XXXX XXXX, you sent me information for me to tell you what was in my account XX/XX/XXXX. This is after I contacted you, to ask you what funds were in my account in or around XXXX XXXX. One of your representatives told me that my account still showed it had {$11000.00} in it. I proceeded to tell the representative that I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX, that there was nothing there because XXXX, XXXX XXXX had filed Bankruptcy in XXXX XXXX and was finalized in XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX said XXXX XXXX received this same information. The biggest question I have had for both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX was why am I finding this out XX/XX/XXXX? Why was I not notified in XX/XX/XXXX? This lead me to believe that both were working together in this " Ponzi Scheme ''. I also have many questions and concerns about XXXX XXXX charging me fees for an account that is not even there. 1. XXXX XXXX, why was I not alerted about the possibility of something going wrong with my account before I reached out and contacted you? 2. How am I being charged fees for an account that has XXXX dollars in it especially when you were sent a copy of the bankruptcy by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, that they had no assets for its clients? 3. A representative named, XXXX XXXX contacted me to tell me that I am supposed to tell XXXX XXXX what dollar amount that I actually had in the account, when I am the customer asking the same question? How much do I have in the account? Then you avoided my calls. 4. If XXXX XXXX was tracking the money, what was the last transaction made?

XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX transferred {$10000.00} of money out of the account in XXXX XXXX on a promissory note, XXXX XXXX also adjusted the account later in XXXX XXXX saying the account was increased by {$1500.00} before XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX filed for Bankruptcy. How was the {$1500.00} transaction made? Did you just pencil that figure in or what was XXXX XXXX issued in order to make this transaction? XXXX. If {$1500.00} were added to the account, should not you have at least {$1500.00} of money in there to take care of your fictitious fees of {$610.00} you sent to collections in XXXX XXXX? Should not there be a copy of a wire of real money or some other trail sent to you in order for you to adjust the account with that sum? My lawyer sent a letter to try to sort this out, but you sent me to collections and said that I received {$11000.00} by sending me a XXXX and sending it to the IRS which is fraudulent because i did not receive any such money.
" No Money was requested by me or No monies were sent to me by your organization. '' This statement was in the promissory note. I did n't ask for a payout or continue with another one year agreement. I thought this was the actual money in my account and not a worthless piece of paper. I asked XXXX XXXX to send me a fax of what I had in the account. They sent me the fax on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, with what I thought was true figures of income. I was under the impression that XXXX XXXX was doing the investing.

To whom it may concern, This is a two part complaint against both parties involved. This complaint is against Credit Management Company. According to my credit report, on XX/XX/16, Credit Management Company opened an account for an amount of {$420.00}. They have the original creditor listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 1. ) I have no idea who XXXX XXXX XXXX is. 2. ) I am completely unaware of an amount of {$420.00} 3. ) I 've never received anything in writing from Credit Management Company stating they had my account. Nothing was ever sent to me in writing showing who/what this is for, a balance breakdown, nor an option to pay before it was reported to the credit bureaus. I received a phone call from Credit Management Company and that 's how I was made aware of the debt. XXXX is the representative that I spoke with and he confirmed the account was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and for {$420.00}. I advised him that I do n't know that creditor. He had to place me on hold to further research and came back to say that the balance is from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since the creditor name and balance did not match, I requested that he send me proof of ownership and he advised that I would have to speak to the original creditor to get that information. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & spoke to XXXX XXXX who advised that account was sent to a collections agency for {$290.00}. She was n't able to send me original documents confirming my debt but she did send me a " payoff '' letter to my email stating that {$290.00} was the balance & if I paid it off that they would update my credit files. She explained that the credit agency should not be reporting a different amount than what they sent. The address listed for XXXX XXXX on my credit report is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX XXXX There are multiple discrepancies with this account and creditor. 1. ) They are reporting an inaccurate balance.
2. ) They are reporting an inaccurate name, address, account & phone number of the original creditor. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Credit Management Company are reflecting a balance on my It is illegal to report inaccurate balances and illegal to have inaccurate information reflecting on my credit report. It is illegal for them to decline my request for proof of ownership and to refer me back to the original creditor. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Credit Management Company are reflecting an active balance on my credit report so points were deducted from my credit score twice for what 's to be one account. I 've tried contacting both parties are neither took accountable in removing one of the accounts from my report. They both kept referring me back to the other party. Reporting inaccurate information alone, is grounds for dismissal. I filed a dispute with XXXX as well and the representative said that nothing is matching on their end either. They could n't fine one similarity that showed it was duplicate record. RESOLUTION : This needs removed in its entirety from my credit report.

This complaint is about XXXX XXXX not telling me in advance how much my prescription of XXXX was going to be in advance before shipping out. (According to my physicians office no other specialty mail order company ever ships an expensive drug to the patient with out getting a payment from the patient first) and also not going over with me how the co pay card that XXXX gave me to use so that I could afford the drug to begin with. XXXX XXXX had made an agreement with my husbands employer to not allow the co pay card to go towards our deductible. I never saw this new rule nor was it ever explained to me when I started using the drug and the co pay card. I was told that by using this co pay card it would take care of all of my out of pocket expense for being able to afford XXXX.
So I started using XXXX going through XXXX XXXX I believe in XX/XX/XXXX. I’m not exactly sure when I started seeing a bill, but I didn’t really pay attention to it because I was told that my co pay card would cover my bill. I never was told that I couldn’t receive XXXX until I paid for it. The drug was always mailed to me. I never gave it a thought until I started receiving statements saying “Due upon Receipt” That prompted me to call. Then to my surprise, I was told that I actually did have a balance a rather large balance of $XXXX this bill was from XX/XX/XXXX, I called them on XX/XX/XXXX. Up until this point I was still being sent the XXXX without a phone call or interruption of my medication until I tried to order it again on XX/XX/XXXX. Then I received a text saying “The copay for your medication has changed. Tap the link to confirm the new amount so we can ship:
When I called I was told my account was sent to collections and I would not be able to receive my prescription until I had a reference number from the collection agency. I had to stop taking my medication cold turkey. I was so upset by this news that I actually got a XXXX and wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days.
XXXX is needed for my condition that is so bad that I actually XXXX the XXXX in my XXXX (XXXX) XXXX. Which is the reason I needed to go on the XXXX XXXX. I had to have XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to repair the XX/XX/XXXX after which I needed XXXX XXXX to learn how to use my XX/XX/XXXX again. I was told I needed a XX/XX/XXXXto keep this from happening again.

I received an alert from my credit monitoring service advising of a negative item. My credit score is usually around XXXX so i take it very seriously. Surprised, i disputed the item with the only credit bureau company reporting it, XXXX on XXXX advising it is not me. They responded on XXXX advising the item would remain. I have never done business nor received bill nor have any knowledge of the original creditor showing or the collection company reporting it, Credit Management Co, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX PA XXXX, XXXX. I called Credit Management Co on XXXX and spoke with XXXX at extension XXXX, who verified the account doesnt belong to me based on my SSN and DOB. In fact she asked if i had a son born on XXXX, but i pointed out my dob is XXXX so that is not possible. She verified the last XXXX of the XXXX reporting were XXXX and the DOB didnt match. I also pointed out the original creditor appears to be some XXXX system that is in an area about XXXX hours away from where i live. She said she would add a comment to the account so that they could let the credit bureau know the account does not belong to me and should not be on my credit report. I called XXXX that same day to advise of all this, and gave XXXX @ their special Service department all the details of my conversation with Credit Management Co, including the extension of the person i spoke with and the last XXXX of the SSN they verified the debt was against, which does not match mine. XXXX re-opened the dispute on XXXX. XXXX said that the first time they sent the dispute to Credit Management Co, that company simply responded advising the account did belong to me. I was confident this was going to be resolved since i took the initiative to do their job for them to verify the account doesnt belong to me. Today however, XXXX, XXXX advised me the item would remain. How is this possible? Why is Credit Management Co damaging my otherwise PERFECT credit by reporting something that they already verified doesnt belong to me? They are not doing their job. Please help get this resolved

Date : XX/XX/XXXXCredit Monitoring Agency : I have noticed that the wrong account of collection was reported to my credit file by Credit Management Company. I want to dispute the wrongfully reported account as it was paid on XX/XX/XXXX.
When I have received the invoice from Virginia XXXX with wrong amount, I had called their billing dept on XX/XX/XXXX and talked to XXXX XXXX in XXXX office. She asked me to pay the {$300.00} ( the agreed amount ). She told me that she will adjust the account accordingly. I had paid the {$300.00} as per our discussion. ( Pease see the proof of payment and my note on the invoice as summary of our discussion. ) It was paid through card with written memo as full and final payment and Virginia XXXX XXXX processed payment as full and final payment. ( Please ask for card payment signature proof to Virginia XXXX XXXX, you will see my memo ) I have attached the supporting document to support the unlawful. I am asking for full investigation of abuse of system by Credit Management Company to collect money which was paid to original creditor.
I had paid the full balance of the service received from Virginia XXXX XXXX as per agreed.
Please see the proof of payment - XXXX bank statement traction of {$300.00} ( Agreed amount ). I have provided the proof of agreement and payment to Credit Management Company ( please see attached latter dated. XX/XX/XXXX to Credit management company ) On the same letter, I had asked to provide me further document to validate excess amount of {$120.00}.
The Credit management company has never responded to my letter and did not provide any proof to validate the excess amount {$120.00} which they want to collect from me.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information to dispute this account and remove from my credit file. I would appreciate if you remove this dispute account from my credit file.

XX/XX/XXXXI contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX concerning six accounts reported to the credit agencies without being submitted for remaining payment to secondary insurance. It is the responsibility of the provider to seek payment due from the insurance companies listed on file. They only reported to my PPO coverage with XXXX XXXX and was advised denied for no referral on file. The billing department at that time is supposed to reach out to obtain proper documentation to have claims Re filed and paid. Instead they never tried to get paid they immediately decided the balance owed is mine without submitting to other insurance on file. XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and my pcp at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. The claims are being resent for processing and the XXXX XXXX Representative contacted all parties and advised will take two weeks to process and another 30 days for claims to reprocess and then secondary insurance will need to be notified of remaining balance owed to be paid by secondary insurance then if a balance is left I will be responsible for that balance. Since this is going on XXXX XXXX XXXX still have all accounts listed in collections knowing they have to wait for all claims except two to be processed. Two claims will be sent to secondary insurance XXXX XXXX assured for payment. Which at that time they are not allowed to bill a balance due to XXXX and XXXX regulations they are under a fee schedule. This should be removed from my credit until all processing of all accounts are complete.

I had requested from Credit management Company to provide me with legal validation on the alleged claims that they claim I owe and had requested that they provide me proof of there ownership of this account. I had also request a copy of a signed authorization by me with the alleged original creditor to release my personal private information and the contract that I had with Credit management Company. I made this request in writing sent via certified mail return receipt to Credit management. to this date I have received no response from the company only that XXXX states they have verified the debt. I had request from XXXX the information the method of verification and the Supervisor stated that it is not kept on file it is electronic. I have also disputed these account to which I have no account numbers for only a dollar amount of XXXX and XXXX with all three of the CRA XXXX and XXXX have removed as unverified but they are continuing to report to XXXX. I demand validation from this collector. I demand they produce a valid contract. I demand they produce a signed authorization. They shouldn't be on my credit report for any reason but since they are, they certainly should not be there without an authorization to collect information and make communications about me and an alleged account. I do not owe this alleged debt that they are claiming I owe. I demand these items be removed from my XXXX credit file.

A medical bill from XXXX XXXX was sent to collections that I was unaware of, never received. I discovered this because it went right on the my credit report. No attempt to collect the debt by either by either XXXX for this supposed amount owed or by collections. Spoke to XXXX on XXXX and was told it was n't there bill and referred me to XXXX billing. Spoke to them XXXX and was told that the bill was incorrect and would be taken off and I would receive a letter of confirmation. Spoke to collections on XXXX to make sure it was taken off and it was n't. Spoke to XXXX from XXXX billing on XXXX who told me the previous agent I spoke to was incorrect, that I owed a different amount listed on my credit report. I spoke to collections the same day and was told a completely different amount than what XXXX told me and what was listed on my credit report. I began to dispute the validity of the debt because of the different answers I had been receiving and was told I would by collections that a letter would be sent to me for proof of debt. This letter was never received. I now believe this is fraud. I may have received services on the supposed day of the debt but I believe this is false charge they tried to sneak in due to getting different answers from different people and failure to provide proof of debt.

XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to call my home number. We receive so many scam, spam and fraud calls that we do not answer unless we know who it is or what it is about. This company leaves voice mail messages that they are calling about an attempt to collect a debt. Many people in this household listen to those messages which I'm pretty sure it's illegal for them to leave such messages that anyone in the household could screen. I personally told them that they are leaving messages that anyone in the household can hear and that no one knows about any debt that they are trying to collect and suggested they send a letter. They have not done so. We do not know who they are trying to contact or for what debt.
After receiving another call today I called them again to tell them the same thing but I was continually interrupted by the person on the other end. So the person was told they were going to be reported. Couldn't say anything else because the person on the other end continuously interrupted. To our knowledge no correspondence has been received from this company. Their number has been blocked before. It appears they change numbers.

X/XX/2017 XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a couple of bills to credit Credit management Company located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pa XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX.
I disputed The debt collection due to XXXX XXXX never submitting claims to both of my medical insurance with XXXX XXXX and XXXX. They removed them from collections in XX/XX/XXXX and sent to be paid. Once again they sent straight to collections without even a phone call or letter for me to dispute or even set up a payment plan. I noticed it still shows the original date of collections filed XXXX XXXX/2017. But that was canceled and removed so the bills can be sent for processing. Once completed with the claims processing and payment to XXXX XXXX this would start over from XX/XX/XXXX as month 1. I contacted XXXX and once again claim it filed. I keep being advised from management co the original creditor have to remove from collections and was responsible to advise of the collection. I have not received anything from either parties after claims were submitted in XXXX 2017.
Shows a balance of {$420.00} Re filed XXXX XXXX, 2017 not four months ago. This is a fraudulent charge

The debt was opened in error by the Provider, who knew that was opened in error and never stopped it from being sent. I went to the doctors office and never received the service, which was still billed. I called my insurance company and they advised they were unable to stop the claim the doctors office would have to do that.
I then left it alone and never followed up until I went to make an appointment and was told I could n't as there was a billing issue. I spoke with the billing department who cleared the issue and noted they did see in their notes of the mistake. I also asked them to have this pulled back from collections as it was sent in error. The billing department for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said it would. This call was done in XX/XX/XXXX and still reflects on my credit report.
The debt agency, which is a third party also made multiple contact calls to my cell phone, without my permission from a dialer.
I also submitted a credit dispute as the item was reflected on my credit report, which was rejected and the collection agency said it is not their fault they are just collecting the debt.

My home phone number has fielded repeated calls from a debt collector at XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX . At XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX , the caller left an automated voicemail for a " XXXX XXXX , XXXX '' but nobody by that name has ever lived at my house. Ever since then, the caller has either left voicemails without stating a name or no voicemail at all. For most of this year ( XXXX ) they have called on Saturday mornings, usually before XXXX and often up to 18 t imes within a minute or two. I 've tried blocking their number, but their harassing usage of robo-dialers sometimes gets past my provider 's call-blocking system. Their most recent vxmail ( Sat XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX ) again says that they 're a debt collection company but does not mention the name of the person from whom they 're trying to collect a debt. In any case, nobody at my house has any outstanding debts to be collected. I 'm not sure whether they 've been trying to reach " XXXX XXXX , XXXX '' for 2+ years, but whoever they 're trying to reach THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER and need to stop calling me.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I had received a call/phone message from the subject collection agency, when they were previously duly advised per the attached correspondence to which there had n't been any other subsequent communication from them until now regarding a supposed amount owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, which their client had either neglected or failed to timely bill me for. Thus, as a result, I had disputed the charges under contributory circumstances, as it took their client greater than a full calendar year which to bill me. There had n't been any communication from this Agency since XXXX XXXX, which is suspect for another date of service that I have with XXXX XXXX which may be causing them to look at ALL dates of service that I have with them, which there are only XXXX ( including this XXXX ) that are disputed. Since this agency had n't responded since XXXX XXXX with any other basis for collection and that their client had failed to resonably bill me within a full calendar year 's time, any other action at this point would seem possibly political and vendictive to me at this point.

I 've always had medical insurance and XXXX bills are showing up on my credit score. When I called to pay off a settlement agreement from XXXX $ to XXXX XXXX I called to pay it because it was due by the XXXX of XXXX 2015. I was having issues with my health insurance and being billed for things after my original copay. When I talked to the representative for conemaugh he told me that the insurance must have been set straight because I had a XXXX balance. Well I called XXXX in XXXX they said it was put into collections. So the office that billed me said it was paid and not put into collections but collection 's says they have it. I was trying to pay the XXXX $ and just found I 'll this out. Plus several other medical bills in collections. Some I probably owe but others like the previous XXXX I had insurance with. On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, my mother received a call from Credit Management Company asking for myself. She then proceeded to ask them what the call was in reference to. The caller informed her that I supposedly owe some debt, the amount of the debt, and the creditor that the debt was owed to. My mother relayed this information to me and gave me the specific information. I had called Credit Management Company on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire about this debt, that I had no knowledge about, because I wanted to see if it was valid. I had informed them that they had violated FDCPA [ 15 USC 1692C ] 805 ( b ) by disclosing this information to my mother. XXXX, from Credit Management Company, had stated it could have been an automated message which disclosed this information. I informed him that this communication, regardless if it was an automated message or a person, came from Credit Management Company and still illegally disclosed this information to a third party.

I have never even had a medical loan in my life! I paid XXXX the owed amount of {$55.00} on XX/XX/XXXX via my bank.
XXXX will not recognize my payment. Twice I provided XXXX a copy of the cancelled, endorsed check as proof of my payment. I also spoke with a XXXX representative who informed me that my case had been " elevated '' for review. I requested XXXX to stop sending me dunning notices. The representative told me that it was not possible for XXXX to stop sending the dunning notices and I should just ignore any future notices as my matter was in review. Even so, my case was turned over by XXXX to a collection agency, CMC. I spoke with a representative of CMC and explained that I paid the amount on XX/XX/XXXX. She said that I needed to mail XXXX a copy of the check. She was unable to verify my payment. I mailed a copy of the check on XX/XX/XXXX to demonstrate proof of payment.

I have six accounts in collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Dates of service and amounts reported to my credit was incorrect. I called XXXX XXXX and was advised the debt can not be removed. The claims were only submitted to my primary insurance with XXXX XXXX and not my secondary insurance with XXXX. For XXXX/XXXX/XXXX {$550.00} for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX {$26.00} and {$230.00} for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX {$1200.00} my insurance at XXXX XXXX paid leaving a balance of {$540.00} to be billed to XXXX. For XXXX/XXXX/XXXX {$680.00} and for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX {$660.00} XXXX XXXX paid XXXX leaving a balance of {$420.00} to be billed to XXXX. XXXX XXXX reported the wrong amounts to all three credit agencies and never requested any referrals needed for procedures and would not do anything after I spoke with XXXX in billing three times.

I get this account bill to my house, I had Medicaid coverage, bring the bill to the department of Children and Family, send them a fax in XXXX occasions so that it will be settled, then no receive any information about this situation, checking my credit report I find this account, seeing it reported I contact with the company I explain the details of my medical coverage respond to what it was late because he had already reported that if could remove called before being a communication error between the hospital and the agency, requested delete it from my report I paid already the same, I not responsible for data error that did not occur correctly between companies at the right time.

My son was covered under the State Medicaid insurance. Our local health plan did not bill them correctly and I have contacted both the state and health plan to resolve this. They're supposed to have been talking and sharing the information to get this corrected. I have told the credit management company this on several occasions.
They just called me and started the call by asking me to verify my son 's social security number and birthday. I told them I was not comfortable sharing that information with someone who had called me. Instead of offering me their number to call back to, the woman simply told me that she'll just keep calling me and my wife until the matter is resolved.

I received two calls with in 2 minutes and then another one les then 30 minutes later just today and at least 4 times a day any given day.I will receive 3-5 calls more before the end of the day. They leave pre recorded messages as well that cuts off so you do n't know the name of the company. The phone number that is calling all day is XXXX. When I told them that they are calling too much and I was reporting them the lady laughed at me. It 's for medical that I 'm disputing at his time so they should n't even be calling me. Their collection efforts are abusive at his point and need to be stopped.

On XXXX XXXX, someone called from XXXX and said her name was XXXX and she was with Credit Management Company, which is a debt collector. We asked her to send verification of the debt and to stop all phone calls in the process. She was very rude and said " We 'll keep calling ''. They have never sent any verification and every time I refuse to give them sensitive personal information, they get extremely rude. I have recordings of calls asking them to stop calling and send verification. They just do n't. They have never sent a single piece of mail to us and wo n't provide an address.

Debt is for trash bill. Credit management contacted my parents on Wednesday XXXX XXXX, 2015 regarding a delinquent balance ( that was never delinquent ). Told them the dollar amount and threatened to place a lien on their house. All thus after my parents told them that the debt did not belong to them and they were contacting the wrong person. They again contacted my parents again on XXXX XXXX, 2015 even after the conversation on Wednesday when my parents told them they were contacting the wrong person.

I have a medical bill on my credit report. I carried state insurance at the time of the services. I contacted the doctors office and it was to be taken care of. Now its listed on my credit report. I called the debt collector and explained the situation and asked that it be disputed. She refused to dispute it and hung up on me. The creditor information isCredit Management Company ( XXXX ) XXXX am dumbfounded to be treated so rude and I am upset that my rights were refused.

This issue involved a disputed amount to be paid to XXXX XXXX in XXXX. There should have been no payment due on my part but I lost that battle with my insurance company 4 years ago. I contacted Credit Management company in writing on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX offering to settle this debt for {$120.00}, which I consider very fair, but have yet to hear back from them. I would like to get this issue resolved but lack of communication from them makes resolution impossible.

I have contacted the original creditor and was informed that they never submitted the hospital bill to my car insurance or Medicare. I feel that they should release me from liability on this due to the fact that I was not informed of it until it was too late to submit it to either of my insurances. The hospital I was treated at received their payment. This was for the emergency physician I do n't feel this is right and should be removed.

Company of original debt, XXXX and it 's collector, Credit Management Company were both notified multiple times that the debt had been satisfied. Entity and collector were provided with receipts and emails from practice manager indicating as such. Company was sent notice on XXXX XXXX, 2016 to cease and desist collection efforts. Company sent that notice back to us with an envelope demanding payment.

I was turned into collections by Credit Management CO acct # XXXX for a medical bill at XXXX Hospital. I have never visited XXXX Hospital before. The account is not in my name or birthday but it is my SSN. I can supply them with my Social Security Card to verify it is not me but I ca n't get this taken off of my credit report. I know for a fact that this loan has been paid in full, because the payments were coming directly out of my paycheck from my employer. I received these services while hospitilized in a hospital far from a VA hospital and could not be transferd to the VA hospital. It was an emergency hospitilization.
