XXXX year old medical debt that collection company XXXX bought yet have another collection company walla walla collecting for them. Walla walla is difficult and unwilling to work work me or help at all. Have a judgement for this debt, walla walla filed garnishment against me over XXXX years ago which I got them to drop because of lack of communication after not even knowing they were collecting for XXXX as I hadn't been getting any correspondence for several years about debt after moving back to XXXX. Then suddenly they sent letter threatening legal action which I thought collection companies weren't allowed to do. I ignored it because I didn't even know they were collecting for XXXX as I wasn't informed all those years. They filed garnishment. Was dropped, didn't hear anything again for almost XXXX years. XXXX year mark on judgement was coming up, thought I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Then coincidentally before XXXX year mark, I get paperwork via regular mail with judgement extension filed and granted and another garnishment shortly after. I contacted them via email, explained things and my situation about how I can not afford a garnishment being on a single income and supporting XXXX people/rent and that I would end up losing apt . Vice president responded telling me to call another person yet she is vice president. I deal with XXXX and panicked trying to call. After consulting with online lawyer, I sent payment plan proposal and initial payment offer via certified mail and fax. Didn't hear anything until I emailed. After having to ask when I would hear back about my offer, was simply told " we won't stop garnishment ''. No offer back/offer to work something out, no sympathy no nothing at all. My message back asking why they were unwilling to work with me/help went un answered which was back in XXXX, XXXX emails sent to president of walla walla XXXX ( found his email online after quick search ) got no replies either from him and I know emails went through as they were not returned. So ignored as they were probably tired of hearing from me basically begging them to drop garnishment/help! Almost {$700.00} being taken a month from my hard earned money, already struggling and havent been able to pay bills/rent on time. Honestly not even worth being at my job anymore on my feet all day in and in pain to have so much of my money taken for a very old debt. Half amount owed is all interest and not even original debt. I was informed collection companies buy debt for very little usually so mostly are making profit when collecting. All over XXXX I had to have and still XXXX years later trying to come after me. This is why sadly people now have to choose between getting medical care they need and probably ending up with a debt or skip getting care and suffer. Have received over {$1300.00} from garnishment.

Approx. 18 months ago, I began paying monthly payments via check to The Collection Bureau of Walla Walla Inc ( CBWW ). I have NEVER missed a payment up to this day. Approx 12 months ago, a Cease and Desist Order was placed on this account by me which was repeatedly ignored by CBWW causing me to purchase extra features on my phone in order to Block Calls from CBWW. On XXXX/XXXX/16, I was served a lawsuit by CBWW demanding full payment to the tune of {$1700.00} despite only owing {$900.00} at this time. Several attempts to request ANY copies of me acknowledging owing this bill AND copies of ANY payment arrangements signed by me have not been provided. On XXXX/XXXX/16, I spoke via telephone to a CBWW employee named XXXX who admitted that I never signed ANY paperwork accepting responsibility for this bill AND she ALSO admitted that I never signed ANY payment arrangement with CBWW. AFTER I was served, the CBWW actually cashed ANOTHER check from me for {$35.00}. These creditors are being paid every month and are even cashing my checks AFTER I was served!! This lawsuit is illegal and unnecessary causing me an additional {$600.00} bucks plus almost 2 years of interest which is an outrageous illegal scam to rack up fees to purposely keep me in debt. This collection company has a systemic fraudulent office practice of knowingly racking up debtors cases when the total due amount gets lower than {$1000.00} purposely causing debtors to represent themselves in civil court, where they often lose and BINGO another {$600.00} bucks is added to their file. In my case, I have NEVER acknowledged even owing this bill, never signed any payment arrangement, and have a clean perfect record of paying every month!

Received garnishment in mail for a medical bill from 8 years ago. I am so confused because first it's a garnishment filed in XXXX state from a judgement from 8 years ago. I live in XXXX and have for 7 years. Second I don't recall ever receiving anything in mail either at all or not for a long long time since I've been in XXXX from XXXX stating you had the medical bill which I thought was required. If it was sent years ago then I'm not going to remember that and new letter should of been sent to my address in XXXX. I have received 2 letters this year recently from a different collection place called collection bureau of walla walla stating they had the account. How can two collection places have the same debt? I don't understand that and why wait so many years before filing this? I didn't even remember about the medical bill until receiving the collection from other company. I do not want a garnishment against me, it's embarrassing for employer to see and if the max % that's allowed is taken out, I won't be able to afford all my rent and bills anymore and will end up in even more debt. I can not afford and it was for medical procedure I had to have done and insurance barely covered. I was going to set something up with the collection place that sent me the letter to either lower amount or make payments here soon but then this showed up from a different collection company... .very confusing. I would rather make payment arrangements or do anything else other than a garnishment. I'm so upset especially since it was medical issue I didn't have control of.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was in court in XXXX Oregon for a claim that was filed against me by the Collection Bureau of Walla Walla XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Listed are bills that include City of XXXX XXXX for {$37.00} which was incurred and the statute of limitations started on XXXX XXXX, XXXX when the account was closed and the deposit was applied. Oregon Law states that the statute of limitations must not exceed 6 years which is 2190 days and this bill was incurred 2205 days prior to filing. So it is exempt. There is a bill for XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$250.00} for eye glass lenses. These were never paid for nor picked up and are still in the possession of XXXX XXXX XXXX They are not my prescription nor did I order them. In the process of figuring all of this out, Collections Bureau of Walla Walla , XXXX obtained ALL of my medical records without a court order or without my written consent. XXXX advised me on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX that she had in her possession my medical records that listed my diagnoses, history, and medication. This claim was purposely filed XXXX miles from their office instead of filing it with the court that is only XXXX miles from their office.

We were forced to move out of our rental in XXXX of 2021 due to Covid and had to get into a cheaper rental. The entire month we left notice, we were hounded to move out and ended up not even using the the whole month. The last 2 weeks, we got XXXX and had to quarantine and were unable to finish moving out. The company XXXX XXXX XXXX threw all of our stuff away and then we never heard from them again. We checked our credit report last month and found that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has a collection account for XXXX XXXX XXXX for an amount over {$4000.00}. Weve never received any type of paperwork at all. Weve dealt with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the past. They have tormented us, as well as family members and friends who have accounts in their hands. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to resolve any issues, and will NOT take payment plans or anything like that! We CAN NOT deal with them because we feel like they will retaliate against us just like they did in the past. They make it impossible to get the important paperwork that we need. We dont know what else to do. We would be able to work with any other debt collector who got that account, but we can not deal with them.

Explanation of complaint : I went to the hospital at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Wa. had XXXX XXXX removed and after I was healed up I went to a follow up with the doctor that did the Procedure at his office at XXXX XXXX XXXX and he told me the procedure was not necessary and that the hospital did it to make money off of me and I wouldnt get a bill from him never got a bill in the mail from him one day I get a letter from collection bureau of Walla Walla after the doctor retired or moved and I told them the same I was told and disputed it and I filled a complaint with Washington department of health and am still waiting to hear back today XX/XX/22 I got a notice of small claims and says I have 14 days to respond case # XXXX out of XXXX XXXX before I had a chance to hear back from my complaint I had made just got the bill today XX/XX/22 from the doctors office by email and Im not disputing all of it only XXXX of it Im disputing I made a complaint to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they waved all cost because of what happened

First call from Walla Walla Collection Bureau was on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I asked them to identify themselves, they never gave their name, stated that I owed on multiple debts, I asked for the name and birthday on said debts, they gave me information that was not my identity, so I asked for supposed debts to be sent in writing by mail. I have never recieved any mailed confirmation. Second attempt from above company was on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, again I asked for confirmation of debts to be mailed, never recieved anything. Third attempt was on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, again asked for her to identify herself, never gave me her name. I again asked for the name and birthdate of the name on the collections she gave me a name of XXXX and birthdate of XXXX. I again stated that was not me and I was not even born yet, I wanted the supposed debts to be mailed to me to verify that I owe anything. I have yet to recieve anything from this company.

I opened a savings account and deposited a check that turned out to be forged. I alerted the bank and asked that the Bank stop payment on the check because it was a forgery. The bank did not do it. Because the check was from a company in XXXX it caused a balance due to the exchange rate. I spoke with the Bank President who said they would write it off. The next thing I heard was from Walla Walla collection agency. They called me by phone. I tried to explain this to them by phone. They then sent me some information by mail which they told me by phone I should have received. I responded with the facts about this debt and how it was not my fault. They never responded and so that led me to believe it had been resolved. About two years later they placed a derogatory remark on my credit history without contacting me first. I wrote them to try to resolve this and they continue to ignore me.

I had a XXXX XXXXk account that went delinquent and was closed at {$240.00}. I did not realize that the account had allowed final deductions than then resulted in overdraft fees. Cbww obtained the account and they garnished my wages for a total of {$580.00} and are still wanting another {$290.00}. I know that collection agencies often purchase debt for ALOT less than owed. So my problem is since they have made double what my original owed amount was I believe this to be a fraudulent and heinous act. In hopes of taking advantage of someone and taking their money for an accidental mistake that is now Infringing upon their credit score and life. The Walla Walla Collection Bureau keeps trying to garnish my husband for an account that was already paid for. This has been ongoing for at least 5 years. We fight with them about debts that have been paid and they re ask for payment. This time I was fed up and took them to court, the judge ruled in our favor and dismissed the garnishment and account. The collection agency has NOT been reporting anything OTHER than it is still OWING. I am getting frustrated because we are tying to buy a home and these people keep reporting negative. I have a ton of documents proving they had already garnished him and things have been paid. The account I need them to take off is for a XXXX for XXXX. This is the debt we need taken care off.

Several months ago those companies sent me a demand for payment, generic letter. I sent them a debt verification letter asking them to verify the debt provide me with the information they need to provide, and asking them to only communicate with me by mail. They responded with a random page from an attorney saying I owe money, but no additional details that I had requested or any information of me agreeing to pay the debt. They began fraudulently reporting this debt on my credit report, so I sent them another letter requesting the same information, to verify the debt and to only communicate in writing. Now they are calling me. And not communicating in writing as instructed.

Collection Bureau Of Walla Walla was hired by XXXX XXXX Court to recover unpaid fines. My case was accidentally sent to cbww. I made XXXX {$25.00} payments before getting the fine got recalled by the courts. Cbww has only reported XXXX of XXXX payments to XXXX XXXX courts. I was being harnessed, called a dead beat by this group of unprofessional bullies. I 've contacted the owner ( who has been less than apologetic when I proved that I had been correct about telling the collection agency that they were fired by XXXX courts

I had my wadges garnished in the amount of over {$4000.00} for a fine from district court that was {$1300.00}. The last payment/garnishment was 3 months months ago. In fact they garnished extra and refunded me over {$800.00}. I thought great that 's over. Well this week I get a bill for a remaining {$24.00} that has collected Intrest over the past 3 months making what they are charging me {$250.00}. I called and asked for an explanation and well no answer just run around.

We got a letter from a lawyer who was seeking a motion for summary judgment for the amount of {$3400.00}. We called the lawyer whose secretary gave us the number of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. We agreed to pay by debit the amount of {$3400.00}. Confirmation number XXXX. Our bank shows they took {$4400.00}. We have frozen the card used. This has to be fraud. Do we have any recourse?

The Collection Bureau of Walla Walla states that they made there one and only call to me XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, that is false I have 3 separate incoming calls from them and each time they called they tried collections on debt that did not match my name or birthdate. Each time they called I asked for proof of debt to be mailed to me, I have yet to recieve any proof.

I keep receiving letters from the Collection Bureau of Walla Walla for a credit card debt that I did not create and I do not own it. I have filled an initial dispute with this collection agency. Therefore, because I am disputing this debt, it should not be reported to the credit reporting agencies.

Walla walla credit bureau has contacted me repeatedly for a debt that has already been paid. The debt is no longer on credit report and I received paid documents over 5 years ago. They call constantly but will not give proof of debt. Just demand money.

In Court, the Collections Bureau representative admitted that they filed a lawsuit on a claim that was OVER the statute of limitations. I have the recording of the court proceedings where the representative admitted to filing it falsely.
