They called me and a lady left a very rude message claiming that a court order in my county would be filed. That they know where I live and work and very hateful. Collection attorneys usa called. My loan was with XXXX XXXX and its for {$300.00}. They are trying to scare me saying they will proceed in my County. They have my whole social security number as well and are calling my mother in law after talking with me.

this is not my debt i dont owe this company I never applied for the XXXX XXXX account. I have not lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX in over 5 years. My name ispelled incorrectly and I don't know who this creditor is originally and don't owe this company. This was identity theft and someone or somebody applied for this account. I want all collections stopped on this file immediately.

I received a letter stating I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX of dollars. I have never financed through XXXX, I have great credit/financial history and they need to provide proof of when I took this loan out and how someone was able to obtain this information under my maiden name.
