I was added as cosigner on a student loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX . When I fiiled out my portion of the paper work I added three stipulations for the loan : 1 Interest would be paid during school to avoid a Higher amount of principle at the end of school. 2 I be notified if the loan payment is late. 3 d o not put the loan through if the stipulations are not agreed to by all parties. XXXX XXXX XXXX took my information, removed the stipulations, forged my signature on the note and pushed the loan through. they then sold the loan to First Marble Head and then XXXX XXXX XXXX . The loan is serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX and despite 11 years of attempting to resolve the fraud with XXXX I am still unable to get any where. My credit has been and continues to be effected by the false reporting and including my name on a loan I did not agree to or sign for. I have spent over XXXX hours on the phone, sent in a fraud packet in XXXX , contacted the governors office in Nebraska and Pennsylvania and Inspector Generals in both states as well. My credit is still effected. XXXX and XXXX are the only negative marks on my credit history since XXXX . I have maintained a perfect record of paying off my debts including XXXX of my own student loan fees. I have no problem paying off what I owe but I will not have my credit held hostage or gi ve in to extortion on a loan I did not agree to or sign for. There is no online capability to make payments, so there is no possibility to track electronically. All payments have been made my mail with a check. I have tracked some of these payments with check numbers. I finally was able to communicate with someone with XXXX a few yrs ago. I found out we were not on the same page of payments made. I found out their address had changed when I received a return mailed check, no one had told me their address had changed and I had to research how to get a hold of someone there. When asking my bank for proof of payments, they told me they destroy all bank transactions that are older than XXXX yrs old. XXXX does not have any proof of transactions either. My payments are divided into XXXX different accounts when received for deposit. It also takes a long time for them to get deposited. I do not receive any confirmation, and was told I never will receive any kind of receipt.

I have private student loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As of last XX/XX/XXXX it was with XXXX a collection agency. I was paying on it every month. I Called XXXX to continue my scheduled payments and they said XXXX had taken it back. I have not heard from XXXX. I have called XXXX they couldn't find my account, they sent me to XXXX XXXX XXXX, they couldn't find my account. Next they sent me Recovery Specialist Cognition Lending. This company could not find my account.So inXX/XX/XXXX I received 2 tax forms, a XXXX with the Interest on my loan and a XXXX, Cancellation of Dept. Well there is still a balance of XXXX on the loan. This is not a good thing. I am still responsible for this dept.

I use XXXX XXXX XXXX to pay for college. They charge a fee to break the amount into XXXX payments. I have made XXXX payments for the Fall semester and have been charged a late fee. I do not believe I have been late. Last year they tried to charge me late fees because I did not send in the same amount every month. I think the late fee is a scam.
