I applied for a business cash advance on behalf of my company XXXX XXXX XXXX. I submitted all required documentation as well as allowed them access to verify my bank account. They sent me a ridiculous offer with outrageous fees and I declined. They then came back with reduced ridiculous fees but demanded that I provide them with my log in credentials to my financial institution which I declined so they proceeded to withdraw their offer for funding. The following day they attempted to take their processing fees of {$950.00} out of my business bank account via XXXX which I did not authorize so I put a stop payment on it. The company then proceeded to file a lawsuit against me in the state of Oregon which I do not conduct business in and is impossible for me to attend any proceedings stating that I was in breach of contract by refusing to pay their processing fees and were now fining me {$10000.00}. They have submitted an information subpoena and restraining notice to all of my financial institutions freezing all of my accounts and assets and have even submitted the same documentation to XXXX claiming that another business that is owned by me is included in that law suit when it is not. The only business listed on the application to that lender is XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have frozen accounts belonging to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. This has been described to me by other financial institutions as predatory and fraudulent lending practices. Because they have frozen my assets I am not in a position to pursue them legally.
