In 2019 I was granted a loan modification on my home. But due to an error. My loan went to a limbo, until Coastline Capital Fund 6 , LLC, bought my loan. I discovered through an investigation that this company " cherry picks '' homeowners. I was forced to file a XXXX XXXX in order to keep my home. In the XXXX the investor did not accept my loan mod and my payments went from {$1500.00} to {$3200.00} a month, after that I was force to come up with almost {$8000.00} within 40 days. Now I'm paying attorneys to defending and once again.
