I know a woman by the name XXXX whom had a personal vendetta with myself was indeed fired over this particular situation however this bank is still reporting on my credit derogatory two different times still monthly and I have disputed it redundantly and I have contacted the bank personally. I purchased a vehicle through coastal finance located on XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX. This car had several mechanical issues and broke down in 2010. XXXX expert mechanics informed me that the car was not repairable. I called Coastal Finance to alert them to what was happening and that the vehicle could be picked up. Coastal Finance did n't believe what I was telling them so a man by the name of XXXX had the vehicle towed from XXXX, NC to XXXX, NC to his personal mechanic. He phoned me to say that the account would be closed and charged off as I had gap insurance. This account was due to fall off next year and after 6 long years of inactivity they report a missed payment on my equifax credit report and added an additional {$1300.00} to the original amount owed. Now my credit score has dropped and this old account is showing open and different missed payments are appearing. This company is lying to keep this account on my credit.

Coastal financial company is still on my credit report from over 10 years ago. They claim its not fixed because my birthday is incorrect on there end but I provided what I needed to they need to remove my account
