However ; prior to ; Foster Care Placement Parental Rights ; is relinquish from the primary parental parents where it was determined that ; XXXX XXXX XXXX, was improperly neglected by his or her Parental Guarding therefore ; the State of Michigan and the Foster Care Agency, than appoints the -- - choice Foster Parent as Full Parental Guardianship of the -- - Foster Child ; who is determined as a State Ward in custody of that Foster Parents Care from the time of entry until he or she has phase out of the Foster Care Program.
Recent Active Activities : Most recently, returning from the State of Georgia, while keeping a consistent investigative challenge with regards to my developing credit report and my credit history where Im challenging credit history by bridging the gaps, to my puzzling Identity and how my identity has shown inconsistency with regards to fraudulent errors done by the below documented suspects -- -- other than my own interest which means I had no known knowledge that this type fraudulent activity would take place upon my identity or upon my personal private credit platform.
With that be stated -- - I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at your company. I did not open or authorize these vehicle accounts and did not authorize any vehicle to be purchase under my name or identity and never authorize anyone to use my driver license to register any vehicles with the Michigan Secretary of State -- - I request that it be closed immediately.
