So on theXX/XX/XXXX I spoke to someone in customer service because I was unable to make my payment due to the fact that I recently had a baby and was on maternity leave and would be returning to work soon. I told the girl XXXX payment would be late since my first check was going to be on the XX/XX/XXXX I first asked her if I could do both months on the same day she told me no. Okay I then asked if it was okay for me to do one payment that friday theXX/XX/XXXXand the payment forXX/XX/XXXXshe said it was fine just to not brake the agreement i then said thank and if it was anyway she can give me her name and send me an confirmation email with the agreement she then refused and said she couldn't do that. I left it alone and said okay. So fast forward to today the XX/XX/XXXX i get a call from the finance that my payment was due on theXX/XX/XXXX u then tried explaining the situation to the gentleman and he sent my call to the lady I had spoke to she then answered my call and was super rude started to scream at me saying I never said that and that she would have never made the agreement and that there was nothing she could do since my car was out for repo, I then told her I wanted to speak to her manager. I was on hold for a really long time different people kept answering my call and wouldn't even talk to me and just kept forwarding my call until I got to the manager. Which was super ride screaming at me saying I was a liar! Because his employee never said that and he couldn't help me and that if I didn't pay at the end of the day my car would get repo! He wouldn't even give me a chance to speak so I hung up on him and told him I would file a complaint. He then called me back extremely rude threatening me that he would go for my car then.

The original lender COASTAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION is reporting my account with an incorrect charged off balance of {$5900.00} and closed. This information is not 100 % accurate. The lender agreed in writing to a settlement amount of {$2500.00} after the debt was sold to remedy a portion of the balance. Additionally, the lender is reporting the monthly payments as late and the account has been closed and discharged. This does the greatest amount of damage to my credit report and credit rating.

Coast Acceptance Company continues to call, sometimes under a restricted phone number so I can't see who it is. Continues to call me at work even after demanding they don't because I'm not allowed to take calls at work. Representatives threaten to repossess my vehicle. Under the contract they can't do so until it is 30 days late, which it is not, nor has ever been 30 days late. Company calls almost daily, and multiple times a day. Leaving voicemails each time.

I purchased a car threw a dealership, I gave XXXX down the car was XXXX XXXX for the 2 years I payed XXXX every month and this last year I struggled but I still Im managing to make payments the financial depart says I owe XXXX XXXX still but I have proof of other wise please help
