There is an account on my credit report that is reporting late payments in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX which is incorrect. I was never late on this account and XXXX is the only credit reporting agency reporting this information. Furthermore, the statement on my credit report says that it was " past due two or three times ''. This is not accurate reporting and does not meet FCRA guidelines. I am requesting that Coast 2 Coast lenders submit an AUD to XXXX to fix this error. At this time, I am only asking for this account to updated to paid as agreed or removed from my credit report. If this is not fixed within 30 days, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action due to clear violations of the FCRA and defamation of character. Please see the attached credit report and update this account immediately :
