Filed a complaint yesterday against XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) called us and again threatened legal action. And refused to validate the debt. XXXX sent a letter to XXXX yesterday requesting all communications be in writing and that the debt be validated. Today the debt is {$340.00}, not {$790.00}.
