I am writing to discuss some concerns I have with the company CLX Systems at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX MN XXXX. This company, as I understand it, is a medical debt collections business. They were assigned to collect a debt that I owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MN. The debt was approximately {$260.00}. I was charged this amount for three fillings done in XX/XX/XXXX, after being given an estimate of {$0.00} -- the clerk at XXXX XXXX XXXX assured me that my insurance would cover the fillings.
When CLX Systems contacted my about settling the debt in XX/XX/XXXX, I promptly responded. I set up an automatic payment arrangement with CLX, where I authorized them to take {$35.00} from my health savings account each month. Payments were withdrawn on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for a total of {$100.00}. XX/XX/XXXX was an abnormal month where my employer had three scheduled paydays -- falling on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. The third paycheck did not have any benefits deducted from it -- including the health savings account deduction. For that reason, there werent enough funds in my health savings account at the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX when CLX tried to withdraw the fourth automatic payment.
At this point, CLX called me, and I promptly researched what had happened ( I wasnt closely monitoring my health savings account ), called CLX back and made a {$70.00} payment from my XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. At this time, I was under the impression that CLX would continue taking automatic payments from my XXXX account.
CLX did not take any more payments from this account, they did not call me, and they reported the {$93.00} remaining balance to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX-- automatically taking approximately 40 points off my credit score. If I had known that they were intending to report this to the credit bureaus I would have settled it immediately. The representative from CLX assured me through the whole process that nothing would be officially reported to the credit bureaus.
To make things worse -- when I pulled my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX ( in an attempt to qualify for a home loan ), and saw CLXs claim, I called them immediately and paid the remaining {$93.00}. The representative, XXXX, was fairly rude and made derogatory comments, like now, dont you feel good about yourself, now that you have fixed your mistake. It was very unprofessional.
I would like them to remove this from my credit report. I also would like to see CLX be subject to more oversight -- I have not been treated professionally or ethically, and I think that its possible that they are treating other people in the same fashion.

I obtained a loan from XXXX in the amount of {$600.00}. I was making payments to them and unfortunately I had to close my bank account. XXXX sent my file over to a collection agency that is called Westwood. They threatened to take me to Jail, to sue me and to file legal action against me. When i asked the representative at XXXX to email me my file so I can review it he told me to shut my mouth. XXXX also contacted a family member of mine and left a voicemail disclosing personal information regarding my debt. When I told the representative they are not allowed to do that he told me they are going to take me to court and im going to lose and he is going to take the money from me. He refused to give me the companies business license and refused to provide me an address for their business. I dont have an issue paying my debt off, but I will not be threatened and harassed.

I received threatening phone calls from Westwood XXXX. They also had a 3rd party person call and he stated he was a Sgt. With the Indiana State Police to my father and mother. He said he had a warrant for my arrest and needed to find me. He also left 3 intimidating and threatening phone calls on my voicemail. He threatened to show up at my place to " deal '' with me. My parents are old and he just about gave my mom a medical issue because he was so threatening to her. She was scared.
I did pay all but {$200.00} of what was owed. My credit card was compromised and I had to cancel it. Immediately I started receiving threatening calls. Once again that they would show up at my house or my place of employment. I was not even given a chance to speak with them to explain the situation before the calls started.

I was attempted to be contacted by a person posing as a process server from a spoofed local area number ( not a working number when called back ) stating that they couldnt contact me so they were going to call my place of employment and supervisor as means to get ahold of me stating there was a location order out for me. They also contacted a friend and family member of mine stating that they were looking for me to serve a subpoena. The RECORDED message on my phone stated that I could stop any legal action by contacting your office at XXXX.
There is no subpoena on record with the local court in XXXX County and no order of location out for me either ( last I checked those are issued in family court on child custody cases ).

I am being continually harassed by CLX Systems/Westwood Management , Inc. They call my house and my cell phone multiple times, sometimes many times in the same day. Now they are harassing me at work. Now, they are faxing and calling my office to in an effort to embarrass me.
It is on going and relentless. I would like it to stop.
If you would be so kind to help stop CLX Systems/Westwood Management, Inc from continually harassing me I would greatly appreciate it.

This collection company " clx systems '' seems like a fake company. Their website has a phone number, XXXX area code, that is disconnected. I tried a second number, XXXX, that is an automated system that just bounced me back and forth trying to sell me different products. I 'm starting to think this company is not real. All i want to do is pay the debt so it can be removed from my credit report but there is no way to get a hold of this " clx systems '' collection agency.

I received a call from a gentleman regarding an outstanding debt to my place of employment. After I explicitly informed him of why the debt was outstanding and disconnected, I received yet another call to my employer 's line. Only this time it was a recording and has been occurring on an ongoing basis for several weeks. Calls have also been placed to my mobile device ; however, I have been able to block them successfully.

This debt collector called and was threatening, asking me repeatedly if I intended to pay a debt I know I did not incur with an Orthodontist? I have never been to an orthodontist. I told the debt collector I needed validation of the debt and he told me " blah blah blah - whatever are you paying this or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! '' I told him no and that he had no authority to call and threaten me at my place of employment!
