Someone who identified himself as XXXX, who conveyed, and stated that he was at this illegal, and unjustified foreclosure sale yesterday dated XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX p.m. XXXX Standard Time at the XXXX located at XXXX, XXXX, Go to First Attachment, on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX and had the audacity to make a illegitimate bid for {$450000.00}, after he, and the commissioner XXXX # XXXX was properly notified, and informed about the Notice of XXXX that has been filed, and on record with the United States, State of XXXX, Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, which is over a year ago. Go to Second Attachment. XXXX, XXXX is also listed as one of the Defendants in the active Quiet Title Civil Action Case. Go to XXXX Attachment. XXXX made an illegal, and unjustified bid, as XXXX was told, as well as the commissioner that XXXX XXXX XXXX is not a bona fide purchaser, and everything they were doing was documented, with other witnesses watching, and observing in the same vicinity as they were, and this will get reported to all who oversee this kinds of criminal activities, and witnesses are ready, willing, XXXX able to provide affidavits of everything that happened, and transpired at this illegal, and unjustified foreclosure sale.
