This information was deleted off of my credit I was mailed a copy and XXXX XXXX who was the original debt collector and now I have another debit collector trying to get payment to pay off the debit. I spoke with Clarkson Law firm advising I am unable to pay the full amount {$1800.00}. They sent a summons before I knew Clarkson and XXXX had the debit. The original lender did not contact me for payment and it was obviously sold to another debit collector. Now that I had it disputed here I am with a summons that I believe should not have been sent. I reached out but they could not help me settle this payment. I advised them due to covid-19 and unemployment I could settle for {$200.00} they declined the offer.

Judgement that I was unaware of was placed in the State of XXXX for a car repossessed in XXXX. I bought a home in XXXX of XXXX with a credit check done. Nothing was said about this judgement. XX/XX/XXXX I was served paperwork that I was being sued by a collection agency here in XXXX XXXX for that old debt. They have filed a affidavit with the county of XXXX XXXX that I must pay the amount of {$4200.00}. I do not believe this debt office owns this debt and have improperly represented themselves has owning this debt. I also have had extensive XXXX XXXX and and XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX for my job and this judgement was never brought to my attention.

Clarkson XXXX XXXX XXXX are debt collectors attempting to collect a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I would like to know who gave Clarkson and XXXX XXXX my personal information. I did not agree to any contracts with Clarkson and XXXX XXXX to pay this company anything. I did not authorize Clarkson and XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, or XXXX to use my personal information. Recently I priority mailed Clarkson and XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and l XXXX letters and each company is well aware of what will be the outcome will be if they continue to harass me.

We made an agreement but they had a change of address and moved and did not notify me. So I was still sending my money order to this scam company and now they send me a letter saying that I am going to jail because I did not pay. I called them an told them my mail was coming back to me that I mailed them and the man that answer the phone told me resend it and I did. Now they sent me a threaten letter saying I am going to jail due to non payments. The company is XXXX and XXXX phone number is XXXX.

XXXX XXXX/ XXXX has repeatedly changed the amount that they claim that I owe that is currently in collections on my credit report and every month and it has also been increasing by the month while in collections which is illegal. When i called them to discuss this I am being told that they no longer deal with my account and it is now in the hands of a law firm Clarkson and XXXX. Adding monthly to an account in collections that is no longer being handled by the company at hand is not legal.
