I was unemployed in 2012 and filed for deferment of my federal and private loans and completed all paperwork as requested. XXXX XXXX XXXX properly deferred my federal loans but did not apply the deferment to my private loan and did not inform me that the private loan was not deferred. Due to this they defaulted my private loan, despite me completed all of the required paperwork. I was never informed that this could not apply to my private loan. This situation has caused me much financial hardship since and has been a very large burden to deal with, despite being employed now. I am demanding that XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and or whatever collection company is involved, restore my private loan back to a current status, as well as restore my past credit history to reflect my loan not having entered a default status, being that it was due to the negligence of XXXX XXXX XXXX that my loan defaulted and not any fault of my own. I have made multiple attempts to try and get this situation resolved ; however, I have not received any correspondence addressed to me despite the fact that I have attempted to reach out multiple times to all parties involved and XXXX XXXX XXXX always being aware of my new address. I am requesting an immediate restoral of mine and my co-signer 's credit to a positive credit reporting, as well as an opportunity to resume reasonable payments to my account as long as it is not made in a negative status. If this matter is not corrected in an appropriate and ethical manner, I have already seeked out an attorney and will proceed to pursue this matter legally.

I have been sued for two private student loans in XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida. These loans are past the statute of limitations in Florida as they are more than six years past the first payment due date in the notes.
I am a 100 % XXXX XXXX adjudicated since XX/XX/2013. I have had legal representation on all debt since 2013 and XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified of my XXXX and legal representation. It is a violation of the FCRA for these actions to have happened at all without response to or contacting my legal representation.
Additionally the companies have tried to present this as credit card debt and not promissory notes, fraudulently misleading the court.
These actions also violate the consent order by the CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX case Case XXXX

XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX continue to call and email me even though a XXXX QWR prohibits any contact other than my attorney. The law firm Clarfield, Okon, Salomone & Pincus, P.L. has admitted to have the QWR, but hired the firm above to collect an unsubstantiated debt. I am in process of reporting this violation to the FLORIDA BAR, but this is a DIRECT VIOLATION of my rights and fits a continuing pattern of MALICIOUS and TORTUOUS interference with regards to the fraudulent debt this firm is claiming. Since XXXX the bank, servicers ( XXXX ), and attorneys have blocked my ability to work as a XXXX figure XXXX to the XXXX and financial industry, by reporting this fraudulent debt.
