I was sent a letter about a debt owed in the amount of {$390.00}, dated XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a payment of {$200.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, because I had just gone back to work. After I paid the {$200.00}, I received a lawsuit stating I owed the company {$390.00}. I was not given credit for the amount I paid. I wrote the attorney that the company hired and sent in a copy of the money order that had been cashed months ago by the company. Showing that the company gave the lawyer false information. The attorney again filed false information to the courts on XX/XX/XXXX, stating that i owed {$39000.00} ignoring the facts that I only owed {$190.00} and file again false information in court which i am writing the Supreme Courts against the lawyer for filing false information to the courts and getting a judgement with false information. When i made this loan the company did not give me credit for interest when paying off another loan it was combined with this loan.
