I signed up for their debt consolidation program on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX ( please see Exhibit A ) and they were supposed to negotiate ans settle all the accounts enrolled in the program.
I was sending {$370.00} twice a month according to their program. Aound XX/XX/XXXX, after I realized tthat this was going to take longer than what they ( CDR ) told me I reached out to XXXX XXXX
XXXX, after many many attempts, finally I was able to talk to him and asked him how my program will be solved if it's moving so slow then XXXX XXXX said I qualify for a " graduation loan '' that could pay for all the accounts he's already settled including XXXX, by XX/XX/XXXX I had already sent around {$7500.00} total. I got thhe graduation loan for $ XXXX and XXXX XXXX paid all the accounts EXCEPT the XXXX card, he never paid a dolalr intc that account and he refused to talk to me anymore but last time I spoke witt him he said that I will be reesponsible for the XXXX and I had to deal directly with them. I ended up wiht a $ XXXX loan which paid for those other accounts but now I had to deal with $ XXXX XXXX balance and he refusesd to return my deposit of {$7500.00} dollars, when he had enouchg money to pay for the settled accoutns and still take his fees. I began working with Citizens Debt Relief XXXX years ago. They have been unresponsive, taken over {$12000.00} in fees but have only applied {$3800.00} towards my debt. I have repeatedly asked to cancel the account and receive a full refund. They do not return calls, answer the phone, respond to emails or chats. I have a legal right to cancel this service and receive all funds that were sitting in escrow. This company continues to ignore my request for full repayment.
