I completed an application for an FHA loan with Citizen Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX, for a home purchase. The address of the property is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX and was listed for {$200000.00}. I also asked the lender to consider my application for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX for {$190000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, to which he agreed.
I asked the lender several times for confirmation that all required documentation was received and a loan estimate. I could not get a clear response to these questions or whether my application has been denied. I have yet to be informed about the status of my application. My credit report was pulled by this lender, and it appears that they do not intend to give me a resolution.
