I never received any money from a payday loan company that is claiming we received a loan in XXXX of XXXX and made a payment in XXXX XXXX. An arbitration company called me 6 times in the past week ( XXXX/XXXX/XXXX - XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) in an attempt to collect this debt. The source of the call was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Arkansas. I stated that I suspected the loan was fraudulent, as I had filed for bankruptcy in XXXX XXXX and my bank statements had been subject to intense scrutiny during that time period. The man I spoke to refused to notate that I suspected fraud and instead said I " claimed to have never received a payday loan in my life. '' He told me he would not notate my account because having a bankruptcy would " make this all go away. '' He told me I had 48 hours to contact them with the case number in order to stop debt collection from proceeding. I know this because I called back about ten minutes later with the bankruptcy court case # and got a different woman who read aloud to me, verbatim, the notes the man made on the account. She told me that the account had already been closed " for once '' and when I tried to get her to notate the bankruptcy court case " for peace of mind '' she lectured me on the proper way to deal with fraudulent loans and reiterated that " it all went away when the account closed. '' I had to ask several times for her to please put the information on my account before she would do so. I have contacted my bank to inform them that they should be on the alert for possible fraudulent transfers, as this company had my former address, where I banked, where I used to work, and my husband 's name. I advised them that I thought the demand was fraudulent both because I never received or sent funds to a payday loan purveyor and because I had a bankruptcy open from XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I have statements from my husband 's account from XXXX XXXX in case you need to verify that we never made a payment. No other bank accounts were active for us at that time.

I have been receiving numerous calls to my work place from a man name XXXX who says he is with City Management Group. He says I owe a debt of XXXX dollars for " XXXX XXXX ''. There is no such thin as XXXX XXXX it is known as XXXX XXXX. I found it to be very " shady '' I asked him numerous times to send me a paper bill to my address which they said they did but sent it to an older address of which i have not lived for almost 10 years. They kept asking me to " Take care of it '' over the phone using a credit card and i said i was not going to give any personal information over the phone unless I have verification of the debt via paperwork. They would not oblige, and kept harassing my place of work and I am a police and medical dispatcher. They called today while I was dealing with a call and i told them to politely call when I 'm not on duty to which he says " I never answer '' but they never call after XXXX which is when I 'm still at work. I hung up after telling him i was busy at work dealing with a call and i hung up. He proceeded to then call me back requesting to speak to my supervisor which is me. I told him that over and over how this debt would be handled and he has not obliged and instead harassed me for the last month or XXXX. And keeps threatening me with " further action '' Yet no " further action '' has been taken. The number they are calling me from is XXXX which is in XXXX XXXX. I 'm in XXXX XXXX. Ive researched the number and most websites have listed it as spam and harassing. I do not mind paying a debt if it is real, but i have reasons to believe this is not a real debt especially after I refuse to give them my credit card which i do not have XXXX and he tells me to go buy a prepaid card and put X amount of money on it. If this is a debt that i owe I gladly would pay it, but there are easier ways of going about trying to collect a debt and this guy XXXX has not done so and has been very unprofessional, rude, and threatening. I have recorded lines proving so.

Both my family and I had been receiving threatening phone calls and voicemail to provide my information so that they may contact me about a debt i supposedly owed. After calling them back the man proceeded to tell me i was being sued by XXXX XXXX for a debt i owed them and the only way to differ that was by making a payment. At the time i agreed and made a payment of {$110.00} and set up an arrangement for monthly payments. This month ( XXXX ) the day before they were due to withdraw the money my XXXX year old son got ill and had XXXX. I had to take him to the doctor and as a result had a list of medication i needed to purchase for him. I call the company right after his doctors appointment and they said the payment had already been submitted and there was nothing they could do. Today the payment was declined and a woman called me back in a rage. Asking if I was on probation because they would be suing me and pressing charges and the police were going to show up at my job and arrest me, unless somehow i cam up with {$60.00}. At that moment it made me think. I did some research and I found quite a few people had been through the same thing and that it was a scam. I proceeded to call XXXX XXXX ( the company they said i owed money to ) and was told that they do not use a collection agency by that name nor do i have an active account with them. I immediately called my bank and had them cancel my card and block them from making any other withdraws from my account. The woman from the " collection agency '' called me again to see if I was going to make the {$60.00} payment and i told her i knew it was fraud to never call me again because im filing a claim with the FBI. She again go infuriated and started using fowl language so i hung up and have n't heard back from her since. The telephone numbers they have contacted me from or have had me use to contact them are XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX. I was told the company name is Citi Management.

In 2012 I took out a payday loan of around {$1000.00} from the " XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX, Illinois while working in a part-time sales position. A couple weeks after taking out the loan, I lost my job. I secured the loan with a personal check which was processed repeatedly to the point I had to close my account because I did n't have the money. After a couple of years, I began receiving repeated phone calls from a collection agency that would n't identify themselves threatening that a summons was going to be served on me for the debt and that if I did n't pay, I and my family members would be arrested for check fraud. I was cussed at repeatedly and called at all times of the day and even at night and the company refused to provide anything in writing. After a while and blocking multiple XXXX numbers on my phone, the calls stopped. Now, another couple years later, the calls have started again from multiple companies in regards to this loan. My XXXX XXXX XXXX grandparents are receiving repeated phone calls and vague voicemails telling them that I have violated XXXX and that the case will be forwarded on for legal action and that I am required to respond within 24 hours. I have never received anything in writing from any of these companies, but they are calling me at work and if I do n't answer, they keep calling. I 'm beginning to get scared as to what else they are going to try and that I ca n't stop them from doing so. The previous agency from two years ago threatened to have my mother arrested. Also, the most recent phone call I received, I had to ask if the phone call was being recorded and the guy on the phone would n't tell me and just kept yelling at me if I have a habit of not paying on loans that I take out.

Citi Management in XXXX is the problem. I contacted them stating my situation and the transaction was still attempted. I know they received the call because it was confirmed through one of there worker. They also called my job threatening to send some type of action to my job and they spoke with my HR department. I was informed and called them to work out a plan. The first person I spoke with tried to help but then I was transferred to I guess a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX and she did not try to help at all. She is terrible and her customer service is even worse. She went in to some explanation that was not what I wanted to know. She even stated I know that is not what you wanted to hear which was correct. I called for help to resolve the situation and she did not attempt to help. The issues that really upset me is calling my employer when in fact they had my email address whereas they could have emailed my because I could not be contacted via telephone and secondly the threat of legal action when they received they call of my situation. I would like some type of legal action taken against them or legal action that I can take against that company.

A XXXX XXXX @ Citi Management Group keeps calling at my place of work after she was told by myself and supervisor to not phone me at my place of work. Personal phone calls can get me into trouble. I repeatedly asked for the alleged debt i owe to be mailed to my XXXX XXXX so i can verify the info. I was refused and was sent a email instead that had no real info. She requested that i pay the debt over the phone at that very instant. I requested the original creditor, amount, name, phone and address and was denied that as well. The said debt is from 2011 and that is all the info i was given. Today she called my work again as well as my cell phone. My supervisor took the call and was told by XXXX XXXX that i owed a big debt and wanted my HR contact to garnish my wages. She called my cell phone 2 times in a row and left a voicemail stating if i did not contact her by the end of the day she would move forward and take legal actions. I still have no idea who the original creditor is.

Company named City Management Group contacted my step-mother and then myself to try to collect a debt I do not owe. When I contact them with the reference number they provide they never disclosed it was a attempt to collect a debt, or had me verify my identify. Was told I owed money on a payday loan from XXXX 2013 however the address that they stated the loan was taken out under was not me residence at time and I had left that residence 2 year prior to " said loan ''. When I asked who the loan was through she said it was a payday loan but could not provide me with the company whom the loan was through. When I asked for copy of the loan document she told me she did n't not have access to them. This companies phone number is XXXX and I spoke with a XXXX XXXX. I did set up payment plans but when I realized this was scam I contacted my bank to cancel my card. Just wanted to make you all aware.

Citi management group keep calling about a loan i supposedly had 1 year ago, due to the harassment and threats i made XXXX payment of {$77.00} then XXXX further payments. they called the other day for more money but i was not able to pay the full amount, this resulted in me being told i would be taken to court and arrested. Also my amount owed would go from {$1300.00} to {$2800.00}. I was told they would tell the court i refused to pay the payment amount when i actually offered to make a reduced payment because i was not in a position to pay the full amount. I requested a copy of our " recorded '' conversation and was told she would n't play these games with me and i would be seen in court. Also i never received any paperwork with details of my loan or payment plan, i requested these several times and was told i would receive them. I NEVER ONCE REFUSED TO PAY THE LOAN IN QUESTION

I have received numerous calls from this company. They do not ever say it 's an attempt to collect a debt, they call me after requesting them not to, and they are harassing and bullying. I asked for proof of the debt and got an email stating a XXXX card and an amount, but I have not been contacted about this debt at any point in the last 5 years. I have no knowledge of actually owing this debt. They tell me they will contact my HR/payroll department at work and take my wages, although there is no judgement against me for this supposed debt. They have stated this over and over for the last month and no action has ever been taken. It appears they simply want to harass people into paying without proof. I have also asked them to not contact me and they still do. When I question their tactics or way of doing business, they hang up on me and call back later.

Citi Management group has sent me a letter and called and threaten to send me to jail if I did n't pay ... .they sent me a letter of debt. but sent me a deferent person letter ... .I brought this to there attention and they resent me the same letter but just change the name 's. The account number stayed the same and the address from NC. now they are calling me from deferent number threaten me to pay this or it will be turn over to the court and I will have legal matters. And I explain to then the I would like to take care of this issue but all the information is in correct ... My last conversation the man told me he was sending a letter to my payroll department and collect from them ... and then this guy XXXX call back and told me that i was n't going scheme out of this and just hung up on me ... please help..

On XX/XX/2018 I received an email from someone claiming to be the General Manager of Citi Management Group , LLC. This person did not provide their name. This email claimed that a balance of {$550.00} [ sic ] is delinquent and had been given to them for recovery. They identified the original lender as XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is an organization with which I have never done business. In response, I replied to the email to notify them that I was disputing the debt and to provide a cease and desist order.

Left a message on my mother in laws phone threatening legal action against me. No one would give any actual information and the person who left the message, XXXX XXXX, according to XXXX XXXX, is no longer employed there. Called under the guise of City Management Group. They XXXX people 's names and call anyone who shows up as a relative with a public number. They could not reach me because my number is not published but they called my mother in law and left a message because her is.

I keep receiving a call from XXXX, A company called City Management. This guy says his name is XXXX. He claims he has a complaint against me from XXXX from some payday loan place. I asked him to send me the paper work, he is refusing. I told him to send me the paperwork or stop calling me. I hung up the phone. He called right back, and in the message he left, he was reading me my rights.

When I finally had a chance to answer them I ask that he not call me at work and to mail me any correspondence.
