in regards to case XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida. XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VS XXXX XXXX ( PRO SE ). Plaintiff law firm of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is a confirmed DEBT COLLECTOR as stated on their signature on emails as well on court documents. They were NOT hired by the condominium Association. As of this date they have violated several areas set by the FTC. They refuse to contact the opposing attorney ( myself acting pro se ) in setting court dates for hearing. They are after a debt which was written off many years ago by the condominium association. They receive a percentage of the debt if they win. The law firm is trying to also get ridiculous attorneys fees as well and astronomical interest added to the original debt owed which was written off. They are unethical, unprofessional, liars, cheats and your typical debt collector violating the agencies whom over look them. I have all of the paper work if you need to see.
