Our lease was up with XXXX XXXX and we were finishing the final stages. According to the reports XXXX XXXX sent me personally : on XX/XX/XXXX we paid a payment of XXXX which XXXX told us was left owed as a deficit. That shows on the statement as bringing it to XXXX balance. On XX/XX/XXXX the bike was returned and it shows XXXX balance. It does not show a balance again until XX/XX/XXXX. Thats when I was sent a letter regarding an amount of XXXX and given till XXXX to review and call in and it has no actual due date. It also states on the letter that it had already been reported to our credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX the bike was sold for more than assumed and it cancelled some of that balance leaving XXXX. And this is the first date this amount was shown. On XX/XX/XXXX my credit was reported 30 days past due with a past due balance of XXXX ( not even a balance on the statement ) which is only 10 days from the day the charges were added. It dropped my credit score 114 points XXXX says our account remained open and thats why it was reported past due, there was no balance to pay or report until XX/XX/XXXX and reported it over 30 days late 10 days later. Customer Service continues to tell me they will show the account paid/closed. That does not take this fraudulent past due report off and it will remain for 7 years. I have made that clear to her and explained that is not how credit works. She has ignored my requests for a credit contact and gives me the run around with reporting it PAID/ CLOSED. It is paid and closed I also want that incorrect past due off my credit. As of XX/XX/XXXX there was XXXX balance again. I have filed with the XXXX also and they responded with the exact statement XXXX, which says I was never 30 days late but that is what was put on my credit report. It has dropped my credit 114 points and will affect us buying a house if not removed!

A voicemail was left by XXXX on my clmobile phone. I was in a meeting and listened to my messages. The collector stated that he wanted to pick up the collateral. Now everyone at my work knows my business. I had contacted the company to let them know once I receive the notice of intent or demand letter that I would either bring cure current or surrender unit, but only after I receive the demand letter. I have a copy of the voicemail saved on my phone. I spoke with the repossession manager and advise him what his collector had done and he advise that he listened to the voicemail and no FDCPA or CFPB laws were broken. I, myself work in the XXXX field and formerly in the XXXX XXXX field. I am familiar with FDCPA as well as CFPB.

I recently verified my latest credit report and I noticed that an account is reporting fraudulent information on my credit report. I have been a victim of Identity Theft, my information was stolen and used to open this account without my permission or knowledge. The account CHROMECAPITL XXXX with an alleged Balance Owed : {$9400.00} was incurred due to fraudulent charges, which according to XXXX XXXX Liability policy I am not liable. I DO NOT HAVE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am a victim of identity theft and I have submitted a notarized affidavit which serves as a legal document to my identity theft. I am also a victim of the XXXX breach and opted out of the settlement because I have suffered extreme losses due to the breach and the identity theft. I need the fraud accounts that are in my letter that is attached removed permanently from my file as I have also contacted the creditors as well. This is extreme in violation of my fair credit reporting act rights and I will seek legal recourse. I have also attached the printout of me being affected by the XXXX breach as well.

I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from chrome capital llc I had a perfect payment history with them for three years the end of the lease was coming up and the told me where to drop off the motorcycle and I did just as they asked then they sent me a letter saying that there was damage to the motorcycle I disputed their claim via email and heard nothing back from them then all of a sudden it showed up on my credit report as a charge off I dont understand this at all please contact me my email is XXXX Thank you
