I reached out this morning via email to have my ACH revoked. I explained that I was going through a hardship.I asked if they accept debit card. I explained that I am waiting for a new debit card because my debit card I had was compromised. I get a call at around XXXX I called back and I spoke to a woman and she said that my ACH was revoked and now my account is in default and I need to set up a payment and I can no longer borrow again. I explained that I sent an email explaining that as soon as I get my debit card I will call to set up payment arrangements. She wasnt trying to hear it the lady said you will receive XXXX calls a day. I am on a fixed income and Im barely making it. I do not need this harassment with the phone calls and emails. I would like communications to cease and desist until I am able to get back on my feet to make more money. I got a call at around XXXX from ( XXXX ) XXXX when I called back it rang and it said XXXX XXXX is not available please leave a message. I hung up because I have no idea who this is and when I looked up the number it was from the loan smith. The account isnt past due yet and they are beginning to harass me. I have dealt with a lot it is taking a toll on my health mentally and physically.

I believe that the loan I have with this company is illegal in the State of Florida and may be considered predatory lending. The original amount financed is {$1200.00}. APR is 647.79 % with a total finance charge of {$6000.00} over the life of the loan. Semi monthly payments of {$360.00} began on XX/XX/XXXX. Most recent payment made was XX/XX/XXXX and the last payment is scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. Payments are being debited from my XXXX XXXX checking account via ACH. I would like to know if I am within my legal rights to rescind my authorization for ACH debits and to place a stop-payment with XXXX XXXX. If I do this, can The LoanSmith legally still collect in Florida since they are governed by a Tribal Lending Authority in another state. Loan agreement is attached.

They emailed me a payment plan of {$50.00} going into the year XXXX. This is when I started emailing questions and not getting no replys! I have been looking through all emails, and I remember they sent me a balance why before my hardships and it was like {$500.00} something.white this pmt plain its back to {$800.00} something! Am I crazy or just misunderstanding!!

In XX/XX/XXXX, I applied and was approved for a {$200.00} loan. Looking into the loan further, I noticed the interest rate is 660.01 % or a ( 1 ) time payment of {$61.00} and then ( 9 ) payments of {$120.00} for a total of {$1100.00}. Somehow this seems extremely high and should be illegal. Pay XXXX in interest for a {$200.00} loan is quite high to say the least. Is this really legal. Thank You XXXX XXXX

I received a loan amount. I have been paying it down and but the amount never seems to go down. Rather it is higher. They are hard to work with and the accounting records seem to not include all of the payments. This is a predatory loan and they are not helpful. They just want their money. They put my account which was in good standing in past due now even before the due date.
