XX/XX/XXXX I pulled into Parking lot of XXXX XXXX located in XXXX 's XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I parked my vehicle in the parking space stepped into the XXXX XXXX to do my groceries, I was shopping about 30 minutes, exited the XXXX walked into the parking lot to put my groceries into my vehicle, upon approaching my vehicle I noticed that my driver 's side fender and door was damaged. I tried to open the door and it would not open without struggling and making a popping noise so obviously somebody did a hit and run on my vehicle. I couldn't even start my vehicle so I had to get a jump from a good Samaritan. Immediately I notified Chicago car center the XXXX department agent who I pay biweekly " XXXX XXXX '' now this is at night time so they are closed so I left a detailed voicemail and I emailed her as well stating exactly what happened and I even demanded a tow company even though no one answered the phone and this is a voice mail and email. I got jumped I drove to my motel room which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX room # XXXX XXXX Illinois XXXX and parked my vehicle.Now XX/XX/XXXX in the morning I called XXXX XXXX from Chicago Car Center the finance agent because she did not call me and I ask her what are we going to do about my vehicle 's damages she told me to send videos and pictures of the body damage and can I drive my vehicle to UR boss service department in XXXX Illinois on XXXX XXXX, I told her the car started so yes I XXXX XXXX to ur boss service dept. in XXXX, IL on XXXX XXXX. Now I already know that my 3-year warranty expired for mechanical repairs XX/XX/XXXX.
I arrived at XXXX XXXX XXXX to deliver my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX white vehicle to their service department to have them repair the mechanical damages and they did not repair my mechanical damages till XX/XX/XXXX is what they told me over a phone call which made me lose XXXX jobs ( keeping my car from XXXX made me lose XXXX jobs ). I was employed with XXXX jobs and in them making me lose those XXXX jobs now I have no income at all and have starved from XX/XX/XXXX till today XX/XX/XXXX today 's date. They made me have to wear the same dirty laundry since XX/XX/XXXX up until XX/XX/XXXX which is today 's date because my clean laundry is in my vehicle, my groceries are in my vehicle, my purified water is in my vehicle, they all know this because I told them all of this on several recorded phone calls to hurry up and repair my car and you've had it since XX/XX/XXXX that you are making me lose my jobs and you are keeping me in dirty laundry and you are making me starve my groceries are in my backseat of my vehicle and I wasn't behind on payment 's till they kept vehicle from XXXXThey have made me not be able to pay for the motel that I'm in, I am two weeks in debt and each day is {$60.00} to be here, check out time is XXXX XXXX each day. I owe {$60.00} * 12 days to the motel owner .Furthermore they made me lose my two incomes which has made me not able to even pay my finance payments to Chicago Car Center , they have attempted to defame me to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX reported me as delinquent of {$800.00} when they are the reason why they did not get paid, they made me lose XXXX income, they made me have no way to eat since XX/XX/XXXX, they are responsible and they need to be held accountable, they are the reason why I have nothing at all and I'm on the verge of being on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX like a homeless individual. Before I notified you with this complaint I called XXXX and did a dispute over phone call upon the Chicago car centers unprofessionalism. XX/XX/XXXX they reported me as delinquent to XXXX of paying {$800.00} to Chicago Car Center when they know good and well they made me lose both of my jobs and that I was never behind on any payment because they give a 10-day grace. So I was only late 2 days out of the 10-day grace period and today XXXX XXXX on a recorded phone call stated her self this above information about 2 days i was over my 10 day grace period back in XX/XX/XXXX pertaining to payments therefore out her own mouth she just proved my case that I never was late on any financing agreement until they made me lose XXXX jobs by keeping my vehicle from me since the XXXX of XXXX to this very day and they need to be accountable, reliable and scrutinized for it.
Now on Friday the XXXX a XXXX XXXX from XXXX finally gives me a phone call and tells me that a week ago they are now partnered with a company called XXXX XXXX and they are a company that will finance mechanical repairs for their customers and she said that they'll call me before the business day ends Friday which they never did so I left a voicemail Saturday the XXXX of XXXX stating they never called me.I left a voicemail and no one called me back Saturday from XXXX or Sunday from XXXX because they don't work on the weekends so I called them this morning the XXXX of XXXX and I spoke to a XXXX and then a XXXX and XXXX told me in a phone call that he made to me from a number that I do not recognize that XXXX the XXXX of ur boss forwarded him the XXXX XXXX application for mechanical financing and I gave him my social security number over the telephone and all the other pertinent information he requested to do the application for XXXX XXXX that was to call me Friday but didn't. XXXX told me this process will be XXXX hours and turner acceptance will email me. My car is in the possession of XXXX XXXX XXXX and chicago car center since XX/XX/XXXX and these entities made me lose both my jobs and I'm on the verge of being put on the streets and could die as a homeless individual due to what they've done to me a law-abiding citizen father of XXXX and a consumer who pays his bills on time up until these two entities made me lose two jobs and starved me kept me in filthy laundry as well.

I financed my XXXX XXXX XXXX through the Chicago XXXX Center in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX was my finance account manager name. They where accurately reporting to the credit unions when I first financed the vehicle, they also accurately reported every payment until the beginning of XXXX. When the COVID-19 outbreak occurred they INACCURATELY reported to the credit reporting agencies that no payments where made due to COVID-19 which was incorrect. After I reported the discrepancy to the credit reporting agencies and provided proof that payments where being made the account was removed from my credit report instead of being corrected. The loan is now paid off and closed and it should accurately reflect that on my credit report. I spoke to someone from the Chicago XXXX Center over the phone regarding this situation and was told I would received a follow-up call but never received one I never heard back regarding this situation.

On XX/XX/2020 XXXX I dropped off my vehicle with the XXXX XXXX XXXX service repair department in XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL and they didn't have my vehicle ready till XX/XX/2020 XXXX. My finance payments are XXXX every 2 weeks and I belive my finance contract needs to be revised not deferred. A consumer isn't to pay a company for a product not being provided.
They have withheld the vehicle over 45 days and I believe The Company is not entitled to any payment during that time.

Lender is stating that Ive made no payments in XXXX and is threatening repo. I have proof that I have been making payments and communicated with via text message about discrepancies. On XX/XX/2019 i was told i owe {$360.00}. Ive made {$200.00} payment on the XXXX. Leaving me a balance of {$160.00}.
