In XXXX of 2020 I initiated a dispute with XXXX on my installment account with Chester County Auto Finance and XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership in Pennsylvania. I initiated the dispute because of the " balance/amount owed '' information was wrong on my report. This was a current installment car loan. Due to the creditors not responding to the dispute within 30 days the account was removed from my report which caused my score to drop almost XXXX points at the time and lose credit history and payments. I reached out to the creditor Chester County Auto Finance and the XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership. Throughout my conversations with them over the past 2 years, they have refused to report my account standing to XXXX. The creditors have told me everything from that I must report the account to the credit agency, that they have already reported the account, they can't report the account, I must send a formal letter for them to report the account amongst others. I made over XXXX on time installment payments after the dispute including very large payments to pay the loan off early. The XXXX on time payments over XXXX years on a $ XXXX loan that was paid off early was never return to my credit report and is still not on there over 18 months after the loan was paid off. This has caused negative effects on my credit score, credit report, credit history, and my potential on getting loans and better interest rates.
