cherry technologies loaned me funds to receive services from XXXX XXXX XXXX ; however, XXXX XXXX XXXX did not provide the services that I thought I was paying for. I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX to resolve this but was not getting any cooperation from the company. I then turned to Cheery Technologies to dispute the charges and with very little thought or consideration, Cherry Technologies denied the dispute due to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX " no refund '' policy. BUT I never received the services I was under the impression I was paying for. I was even willing to pick another service in exchange for the services I did not receive but XXXX XXXX XXXX would not communicate with me. After my dispute was denied I attempted several times to talk with someone higher up And I believe that person would have been XXXX. I responded to the dispute determination email requesting a call, I've called attempting to call and talk to XXXX but was either told " he is out of the office '' or " a message will be sent for him to call me back ''. After several months I recently heard from XXXX and it was via text message and i felt as if his tone was condescending. ( I am assuming " XXXX '' is a male as I have never spoke to that person. ) and that conversation via text he let me know the account will be " charged off '' Below you will find the the dispute letter that I submitted to Cherry Technologies : " Unfortunately I was not given an order invoice or receipt. I do not have proof showing treatments/ services not rendered nor do I have evidence practice did not follow their policy. You will have to reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for that information. I had a virtual consultation with a young lady who seemed to have been the company 's marketer, not a healthcare professional but a marketer. My initial request was for XXXX XXXX XXXX but in between the time I submitted my request for the XXXX XXXX consultation and my virtual consultation I had found that XXXX XXXX XXXX offers awake XXXX. During my cosulation I explained my goals and she presented me with options and also explained the XXXX XXXX process to me. I let her know I will give it some thought due to my other half coming home from an almost year long deployment and I would not have that much down time to heal from the XXXX XXXX procedure. After giving it some thought I decided to go with XXXX XXXX XXXX to get me through the summer and later in the year move forward with the awake XXXX preferably in the XXXX. So I then applied for Cherry and was given {$2000.00} credit but was only going to use $ XXXX for the XXXX XXXX until I talked back with the same person I had been in communication with and she had presented me with XXXX XXXX, I believe that is how it was worded. When I asked what is that? '' she explained that my collagen would be placed in my XXXX to help rebuild the collagen in that area BUT when asked if I would have immediate results I was told yes. And according to the ONE document I do have it also implies my results would be immediate. A few days later I drove from XXXX to XXXX. I arrived at my appointment as planned. I never meet with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as I am assisted by a medical assistant the entire visit from check in to check out. As the XXXX is drawing my blood in preparation for the XXXX I asked about the results that are on the companys XXXX page thinking I was having the same treatment done as what was posted, her response to me was you will have to show me which picture you are speaking about because our IT person does not always specify what the treatment the patient had done and we moved on and never readdressed the XXXX results. She also explained to me that I will not have XXXX therapy completed during that visit due to the XXXX being injected into my XXXX ( at this time I am still under the impression I will leave with some results ). After my blood is drawn and spun so the collagen can separate from my blood I am then roomed, before pictures are completed and then a numbing agent was applied to my XXXX in preparation for the XXXX XXXX. When the XXXX starts injecting the XXXX injections I then use my common sense to realize I will not have results during this visit. When I checked out I asked if Ill have results during my next visit and she assured me that I would. When I returned home I canceled my next appointment that I had made at my first visit in XXXX so I could research the XXXX process since I was poorly educated when offered the service. In my findings I learned XXXX is used in combination with other procedures such as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that gives one immediate results but the collagen is added to help rebuild. I also had a consultation with a XXXX in XXXX who confirmed XXXX injections are not beneficial for the XXXX. **Please note I completed a survey that was emailed to me from XXXX XXXX XXXX. In that survey I voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction about the process and company and I never heard back from anyone regarding my one star, laundry list of concerns survey that I had submitted. After doing my research I attempted to call the office to discuss my concerns and was prompted to communicate via text by their automated machine ; however, no one ever responded in the chat via text. So the next day I called the office and was successfully able to make contact with a live person. I explained my concerns..which are : After my consultation with the marketer and perseverating on my options, I had informed her I will move forward with XXXX XXXX in the Fall when I have down time to heal from a procedure as such but wanted XXXX XXXX to get me through the summer as XXXX XXXX will give me some immediate results. so I say all that to say I do not understand why I was offered something that was not even necessary nor was it going to give me the results I was looking for and was promised I would get. The Person I talked to at this time confirmed XXXX does not give immediate results. My other concern was the company considering a refund on JUST the XXXX as I had initially AT THAT TIME planned to still move fwd with XXXX XXXX I was told no refunds but you could transfer the balance to another treatment or procedure. I was aware of the refund policy but figured since I was sold something that was not necessary and was told otherwise about the immediate results I thought a refund would have been considered. After voicing my concerns, frustrations and agreeing to the transferring of the funds in exchange for another service or procedure I was promised a call back from the general manager to discuss the next steps. It has been maybe two months since I have made contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have yet to hear back from anyone from that company. At this point I would like my Cherry account credited with the full dollar amount. I have no desire to do business and invasive procedures with a company who conducts business as such. I have lost all trust in XXXX XXXX XXXX so I would like to dispute the charges I am being held responsible for. I apologize for not making payments and the ignored calls but I dont feel its fair for me to have to pay for a service I did not receive and was also misinformed about. It took time for me to figure out how I was going to complete the dispute form due to me not having the required documentation to complete the form. On page 2 I can not move fwd with submitting the form without attaching documentation, documentation I was never provided with from XXXX XXXX XXXX. So in lieu I have attached this document. Cherry should consider investigating why clients are not provided with the required documentation needed to dispute a Cherrys loan. Thank you for your time, XXXX XXXX ''

I answered an ad on XXXX for a facial for {$89.00}. I went in and received the services and paid for the services. I purchased XXXX more for which I paid. I was not aware that I had contracted with a financial company for services for which I did not receive. I tried to resolve this issue with XXXX and Cherry. Cherry said they paid XXXX and I had to get the money repaid by XXXX. I am a victim of predatory behavior as I am a senior on a fixed income. I spoke with XXXX and and owner and was assured the issue would be resolved. I kept being harrassed by Cherry Technologies and was reported to the credit bureau as written off and in collections. The credit bureau contacted me to inform me of this situation. My credit has been destroyed. I lost XXXX points. I am struggling to pay my bills working a part time job just to get by. My ambition is to pay my credit cards off. When I lost my job, I had excellent credit. But I was forced to live on credit cards until I could find gainful employment. Now this. My health is deteriorating because of this stress. These people saw an easy prey. Ruined me! I will never trust credit card companies again as they are in the business to enslave people who are in dire straights. This is absurd. Please help me.

Applied for 0 % financing for a dental procedure. My credit score was in excellent territory based on their web site example. Also provided XXXX plus in proven liquid assets. Instantly approved but was not offered the 0 % program instead I was offered 15.99 % and higher. I contacted company to complain and they gas lighted me saying my score and assets must not be enough but that they can't see the information on their end. I told them I had not been turned down for 0 % financing in at least 15 years and it must be a mistake. They do nothing about it and tell me tough. Offering programs then changing the terms with no proper guidelines is illegal and predatory. I took my business to XXXX XXXX and was instantly qualified for 0 % 12 month program no questions asked. I notified the dental office and the XXXX about this predatory behavior and I'm extremely disturbed at other reviews I've now read about this company.

I applied for two installment loans through Cherry Technologies for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Cherry XXXX paid XXXX XXXX XXXX the full amount of the loans up front. XXXX XXXX XXXX breached the contract and created a hostile environment for me to return to. There can be no expectation of a standard of care. I notified Cherry Technologies in writing and by phone several times to get a refund of the unpaid loan balances from XXXX XXXX XXXX who has ignored all communication from me and the XXXX to resolve the matter. They claim to have a no refund policy but refuse to provide documentation to support that. Cherry Technologies contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX who offered gift cards as a solution. Cherry Technologies has been been provided documentation to show the breach of contract as well as my concern for my safety and is not resolving that matter.

On XX/XX/2023, I applied online for a line of credit through the companys website. Cherry Technologies, XXXX immediately denied me an extension of my credit. This denial is XXXX violations of ECOA / Regulation B, by denying me and further discouraging me from applying for an extension of my credit.
