I had my vehicle repoed & I had to use XXXX paychecks to get it back & now I 've gotten behind on my loans. I 'm job hunting also for a second income to get caught up since my husband passed. I have references on a loan with Loan Express & a man named XXXX that works there is constantly calling all of my references & my work supervisor on a daily basis even when they 're at work or home repeatedly & also leaving messages on their phones on a daily basis. I sent them a letter stating my references names & phone numbers & asked them to please stop calling these people constantly. However my inlaw told me that yesterday he called her while she was at work repeatedly so much until she stopped answering because he started using other phone numbers to get her to answer & my other references say the same has happened to them too. Also, I do n't know why he 's calling my supervisor but it has gotten me in trouble at work & he wants him to stop leaving him messages also.

The choice I made for the best description is not valid. I wasnt able to choose anything else. XXXX My complaint is that I spoke to XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 about XXXX I advised XXXX that I had a plumbing issue and I was not able to make payment until XXXX/XXXX/2016. A XXXX representative was advised of my arrangements and spoke to me on a valid number that is listed to my account nevertheless loan express called a reference and/ or skipped traced on my account after speaking with me. THIS IS HARRASSMENT! I have proof that my best friend was contacted by XXXX with the phone number XXXX on her cell number XXXX in attempts to verify location info. There were several calls back to back on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I have proof of these unlawful calls as well.

Call violation. On my installment loan it was documented 2 years ago to not call my place of employment. Until recently that has been upheld. I know when someone tells you do not call, it's illegal to do so. Ive had an issue with the manager of the financial office calling me recently at my place of employment. Yes i know my payment was due, however if a number is marked do not call you cant call it. I contacted the main office 3 times letting them know there was call violations. When i spoke to the office i reiterated it and ths asst manager said yes, i see it on your account and ill let the manager know. She has again called me at work.

A relative had taken out a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX United States XXXX Texas and used me as a reference. Every week 4 times a day I get a phone call about the relative that has not paid the loan and I did not sign for the loan. I have told them I will reach out to her about the debt that she owes her and yet they still call my phone every week looking for her.
