Hello, Today, I fell victim to a student loan consolidation fraud and I need assistance. I received a phone call saying they ( XXXX XXXX is the marketer that called ) were associated with the student loan advisory board and when I called the number he left, ( XXXX ) XXXX, they said they were with the Department of Education, which I now know was a scam but did not catch it sooner. The promised to consolidate my loans and spread out my fees for this over 4 months paying {$210.00} a month, and {$160.00} plus {$19.00} afterward for 120 months.
The number that called me was ( XXXX ) XXXX, and his name is XXXX XXXX. The person I spoke with XXXX who's emplyee number is XXXX Station : XXXX and phone number is XXXX.
Please help.

this company keeps calling saying I have a returned check from 20yrs ago and threatning court action but they will not send anything to me in the mail proving it is my debt, I have requested more than 3 times that they stop calling and mail something to me so I can see the prof ... ..they are also calling my mothers phone, my fathers phone and my house and cell phone, I havnt spoken to my father in over 17yrs and what could my mother possibly have to do with it?

Welfare issues me rent checks to pay my rent but someone stole the rent checks out of my landlord 's mailbox now I have a idea of who the person is that stole the checks but welfare informed me that 3 of my rent checks where cashed the rent checks are in my landlord 's name but my landlord say they never got them and the never cashed them so I dont know what to do iam on the verge of being kicked out on the three plus iam three month back in rent because the checks where stoleing

A XXXX XXXX called between XXXX XXXX on Tuesday of XX/XX/XXXX. She said I have 3 counts against me and that I will need the amount of {$6000.00} for bond or spend time in jail until my court hearing and if ca n't pay spend up to 2 years in prison.
The three counts are 1. intent to defraud, 2. thief of use weapon or something like that, 3. larceny by check.
The company name is XXXX XXXX, check was supposedly written back in XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$350.00}.
