On XXXX XXXX I paid off my previous pay day loan and immediately set up a new payday loan with her for me to pay this new loan on XXXX XXXX. I convinced her the timing was ok ( she says I can not do it for longer then 30 days ) which is fine with me.
But this is 1 of 6 pay day loans I have ( 3 locally & 3 online ). I have been messed up since XX/XX/XXXX ( maybe it was XXXX? ) Last week I had learned previously that if you do these loans too often there is a way to get out of it. So I asked 2 of my 3 local loaners how I could do that. XXXX, the manager at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Calif.. XXXX now will set me up to pay {$75.00} for months in a row when I go in next week on XX/XX/XXXX th to pay. XXXX told me be sure I to come in that day when my loan is due and tell the employee I want to do the $ XXXX month for 5 months.
XXXX has always been a pleasure to work with.
Then I called the 2 nd one of the 3 local companys. Same process I will do there.
Then I called the manager ( only one employee ) at the 3rd local company Check Cashing & Loans at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I have been dealing with her for probably 20 years of pay day loans. I am sure she knew what I was asking for ( the same deal - 4 payments of XXXX for 4 months in a row. She said something like We dont do that. Then I hung up. She is wrong & I know that.
