Good evening team, I 'm filing a complaint on behalf of XXXX and since I co signed on the loan I feel the need to let your agency know how we are being treated. My wife lost her job XX/XX/XXXX due to health reasons. We continued to pay North coast according to our loans terms all the way through XX/XX/XXXX/ XX/XX/XXXX of this year until it became impossible to keep up with the loan term due to us losing an income and having XXXX children to cloth and feed and provide housing and on top of all the medical bills. XXXX, decided to do a voluntary repossession around XX/XX/XXXX/ XX/XX/XXXX some time after agreeing to do this with North coast they told us once the sell vehicle they will call and set up the remaining balance to pay monthly and drop the interest rate to XXXX %. XXXX, heard from Northcoast from the time they came and picked up the vehicle until they pending auction sale and they told us we had to pay {$150.00} to keep our account current and XXXX paid the {$150.00} and that 's the last I heard from Northcoast until Monday XX/XX/XXXX when XXXX called me and demanded a payment because we agreed to make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX to me ) the last I heard was that we were waiting for them to apply the amount they received from the auction ( if they sent something somewhere I never received anything. On the XXXX when they called me at work I was threated by XXXX to make a payment by the XXXX or else. She threaten to send my loan to their legal department. Caught me off guard because I thought we were waiting to finalize the new terms with the minus auction amount. XXXX customer service to say the least is not how a consumer should be treated when we are willing to settle the balance. I just feel getting threating calls at work is not acceptable and embarrassing for me at my employer where I hold position where I lead. I want to pay the debt but the threats is uncalled for. I even offered to pay the amount due on my next pay on XX/XX/XXXX to avoid any issues. I just want Northcoast to be transparent in regards to what monthly payment is due and how much because I was never informed and I ca n't speak for XXXX. If you want to hold me responsible I need to be informed what is owed and not be threaten to be sent to their legal department. I offered to pay on XX/XX/XXXX but they refused.

I am a co-borrower a car loan with my ex-husband ( XXXX XXXX ). The car was bought XX/XX/XXXX.At first, I was paying half on the car. My ex could no longer make the payments werein XXXX XXXX ( formerly known as Northcoast Financial Services ) contacted me for payment. I began making the entire payments, XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, took my ex husband off of the white title but not the loan. XX/XX/XXXX I tried to trade the care in and when they ran my credit it was found The finance company has never submitted to the Credit Bureaus my payments. I I contacted XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX, who assured me that it would be taken care of by XX/XX/XXXX. n the meantime, three days later I followed u by sending Dispute Letters to all XXXX Credit Bureaus and a Registered Letter To XXXX XXXX XXXX . XX/XX/XXXX I went back to the same Car Dealership and was told the car was still NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORTS. I again contacted XXXX XXXX and again he assured me it would be taken care of. In the meantime, the Credit Bureaus never addressed my disputes so I turned to the XXXX and am working with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX has been in touch with her via emails and they keep giving her different dates of when the issue will be resolbed. I think they keep changing the date because I either made my last payment XXXX XXXX or it will be XXXX XXXX so they can deny the loan.

I have told XXXX XXXX whose number is XXXX several times that my husband has lost his job and will be back at work at the end of this month. Via email and phone. Today I get a harassing text and phone call from someone stating that they are an investigator named " XXXX '' and that they are calling the Sheriff to come to my house. This was also communicated to my parents and friends I have listed as references on this motorcycle loan. The person than began to text message me repeatedly after I asked them to please stop. This has caused more stress than our financial situation we are currently going thru. I want this harassment and threats to end. We have never been late on any payments until this loss of employment happened. We should not have to deal with such harassment

This company has been pulling my credit randomly without my authorization. Once I got a hold of XXXX and seeked legal advice I told them everything about this company and they told me to still report it to you. This company I had an auto loan that was in default. They turned to XXXX to reach out to friends and family. They got a hold of a friend and told him personal info regarding my information on how much I was past due etc. All this was done on social media XXXX. Once I found out that this was illegal I want to make sure this did n't happen to anyone else. This company will give out details to anyone on XXXX. *On the info I uploaded with messages it is kinda scattered dates because thats how it came forwarded to me*

That is almost 7 years ago, inquiry 's fall off credit reports in 2 years according to the CFPB. Also, the credit application sent from XXXX XXXX date at the top doesn't match the date where the signature XXXX XXXX says I've signed. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

I have had my car that is finance through XXXX XXXX XXXX for 2 years as of XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX the was no longer reporting. I have back in fourth for almost a year with the finance company and the credit buruea on which both are stating that are not at fault. I also back in XX/XX/XXXX submitted a complaint through this agency Consumer Protection and back in XXXX I stop receiving updates and no response of the status nor when I looked online.
