| I closed on a VA loan and on the very day of XX/XX/2019, while I was signing the closing documents, Chaos called XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL, asking that the the closing check not be cashed because there was a problem. XXXX told Chaos it was too late because the funds had been distributed already. The closing was completed, after which Chaos was to be paid {$2200.00}. as the first payment on XX/XX/2019, and after which I was informed that my mortgage was to go to XXXX XXXX at Chaos address in XXXX XXXX, effective XX/XX/2019. My first payment was sent toXXXX XXXX /Chaos Home Loans on XX/XX/2019, at Chaos XXXX XXXX Address but was lost or never cashed. It was never found. The XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments to XXXX XXXX were processed without any problems. .The XX/XX/XXXX payment, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Check XXXX XXXX, was dated XX/XX/2019, was cashed and deposited into a personal account at XXXX XXXX XXXX by someone named " XXXX XXXX '' or XXXX XXXX '', but has never been credited to my mortgage. As such, my credit rating has plummeted to the XXXX, and I can not refinance my VA loan. My XX/XX/XXXX payment was returned by XXXX XXXX due to non-sufficient funds. Had it been presented the next day a second time, it would have been paid, but XXXX chose not to present it a second time, and that check also was given to " XXXX XXXX '' and has been lost to this current day. I am asking that since I talked to a Manager, named XXXX, at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, a call that I'm sure was recorded, and she said during the call that she located the XXXX check. I asked that it be posted to the account. She agreed to do so, but it was not done. Since XXXX received my payment of {$2200.00} from my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX, and failed to post it to my mortgage, I seek a refund of that amount so that I can make my XXXX payment and bring my account up to date and that all late fees be cancelled. How Chaos called me on a day that my wife and I had decided to move to this home, I will never know, unless my wife and I targeted because of our age of middle XXXX 's. Further, I plan to file a complaint with the VA Inspector General to investigate the practices of Chaos Home Loans and XXXX XXXX so that checks from Veterans should be accounted for, i.e., the lost XX/XX/XXXX payment from our XXXX Account and the lost XXXX payment from our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Organizations such as these should not have VA loan rights to service Veterans loans. | ||||||

| On XX/XX/2020 XXXX called me and inquiring how my VA loan was going. I thought he was from my employer. So, I realized he was not from my employer after already giving him my social security number and birthdate as well as my husbands. I told him I was not interested in applying for a loan as I misunderstood who he was and that I would obviously originate a loan with my employer instead of them. I told him to make sure all information about my husband and myself be deleted. On XX/XX/2020, after talking with my husband, I called XXXX at the phone number shown on my recent phone calls : XXXX XXXX MI. I asked what the name of the company was and the NMLS #. A XXXX XXXX said it was XXXX XXXX XXXX and hung up when I asked the NMLS #. I called again and they said the company name was Chaos Home Loans. Then I would have to wait for a call back from their loan officer. I left another phone message to call me and have not received an answer. | ||||||

| OnXX/XX/2019 I applied for a VA home loan through Chaos Home loans everything was going good and we where supposed to close XX/XX/2019 that didnt happen and got pushed to the XXXX that didnt happen either we finally signed papers on the XXXX of XX/XX/2019 since then they have not funded the loan they keep coming back and saying there is an issue and they need more documentation I send it to them they tell the title company the funds ha e been sent then say it is held up by the bank. To make a long story short we keep getting lied to here it is XX/XX/2019 and they still have not funded the loan. I have a numourouse amounts of text and emails showing everything I am saying. | ||||||
