In XXXX XXXX , I got behind on my credit card with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to having a baby and being on unpaid maternity leave. I could n't catch up and pay the minimum amount due so I ignored it for a while. About a year later, a debt consolidation company ( CFS2 ) co ntacted me on XXXX XXXX 's behalf in order to consolidate. I worked out a deal where I would pay back half of the debt over a course of a year which amounted to about {$2400.00} and the other half would be reported on a XXXX Cancellation of Debt which I filed on my taxes for the year XXXX . Since then, I keep having call after call from a different company/firm trying to collect on this same debt. I tell them that I have fulfilled the debt through a debt consolidation company and they say thank you and we will take care of it. Then a month or two later, I get another call from another company with the same story. So I tell them again what I did and they leave me alone. I have seen where they are going so far as to call my brother in another state and my in laws trying to find me. This is utterly ridiculous and I need help! Any help you can provide would be fantastic.

Hi, XXXX XXXX fro m CFS2 called my employer attempting to locate me and was rude and threatening to the person who answered the phone. When they asked for his name and number, he hatefully replied with his name and told them they could look on the caller ID to get his number. He then proceeded to tell my employer that " I would know what this is about ''. My employer came to me to ask if everything was ok and told me to handle my business. My fellow co-workers now know that I am having financial trouble and have bill collectors after me. The nice la dy that answered the phone also sent me an email that reads : " XXXX , You received a phone call from a gentleman ( not a nice person at a ll ). XXXX XXXX , from CFS2, te l : XXXX CFS2 h elps consumers achieve financial recover This was definitely not a new business call. '' Can you please make sure this company does not harass other people at their jobs? Thank you, XXXX

XXXX XXXX has called my job where I work in a call center. So any of my coworkers can get the call and they are trying to track me down. The problem with this they number they are calling for my job they are not supposed to call that number because they number is for internal use only. When I explained that to XXXX he continued to talk over me in a very rude and condescending manner. He basically told me it 's their job to track me down and they have a right to call my job if they can not reach me on my personal number. I asked him to stop calling my job and to take my jobs number out of their system. He would not provide me proof of this and continued to be condescending to me. They can cause me to lose my if they do n't stop calling my job. It is adding stress to me that I do n't need.

I disputed a CFS2 trade-line on XXXX of my credit reports. These were initially disputed on XXXX XXXX, XXXX to XXXX via certified mail and XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Each of these were verified by CFS2. I subsequently received letters from CFS2 dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, XXXX stating they did not have the necessary information to verify my account and would need 60-90 days to do this. I disputed this trade-line again with both XXXX ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) & XXXX ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) and CFS2 verified both accounts again.

This debt was part of a business debt and not mine personally. The date the account was delinquent should be XXXX not XXXX and is over 7 years old. This is an attempt by a collection agency to keep the collection in force by changing the open date.

I 've called back to have them stop and told them they are not allowed to call my employer. They repeatedly told me they do have a right to contact my employer. Refuse to stop contacting my employer.
